Worst sushi ever!! The nigiri had the thinnest slice of fish ever, and the uramaki was as big as a small maki. Even the supermarket that doesn't specialize in sushi has better than this. They only gave me one bottle of soy sauce for a box for 3-4 people. That's how many negative reviews I see here...

Super bad! I had sushi delivered for 19:15 delivery. At 20:15 still nothing so I called, but they didn't answer. Finally drove there just before closing time and our order was ready. There were 2 delivery people standing around doing nothing and all the people behind the counter. But too bad to answer a phone or to deliver what was paid for. Don't order here!!

Ordered a pokebowl with shrimp yesterday. 14.50 euros for 1 bowl of rice, a lot of cucumber, 4 chopped shrimp, 5 slices of avocado and a thin line of sauce. After 6 bites my garnish was gone and all I had was dry rice!

Ordered today via home delivery because of Valentine's Day. We placed an order around 6:45 PM. After waiting an hour, still nothing, but we kept the hope. After half an hour we still had nothing. We tried to call Mr.sushi. At first it seemed like the phone wasn't working. After calling a second time, the phone worked, but the connection was disconnected by the company itself. We tried to call a few more times and the call was always hung up within a minute and a half without hearing any sound from the restaurant itself. I have never experienced this at a company that treats customers so poorly.

Total disaster. Ordered at half past four (!) - delivery time of 65 minutes. Called at six o'clock. They said: another half hour. Called again at seven o'clock: it will be there in 20 minutes. With apologies and that a call would be made later to express regret. Anyway, half past eight for dinner. The sweet delivery person also thought waiting three hours was bizarre and indeed said that they would still call. This hasn't happened again... why say at six o'clock that it will be half past six? If you can't make it happen, say so - and we'll arrange something else.

I would actually rather not give a star, but then I can't post my review. After more than an hour and a half of waiting, I just received two Pokebowls for almost 30 euros and only received 1 small bottle of soy sauce. I immediately called to ask why they only added 1 bottle. Got two different stories. Story 1: "There is never soy sauce, because there is already sauce in the Pokebowl (mayo???) Story 2: "Yes sir, you have to order that with it because no other restaurant offers that. Then you should have ordered an extra bottle via our website." I look at the site and don't even get an option to order extra. I indicate this and I get another story, that they always add two small bags and that I am lucky that I get a large bottle (because that is more than two small bags). I say that I am dissatisfied with the service, I am told that the lady herself also prefers a lot of sauce and that she completely understands me, but that she can't do anything about it and that she will talk to the website manager because she can change something, but that she is busy now and cannot help us. In other words: I haven't had anything like this in a long time. I had bad service and I will tell everyone around me about this. I can certainly advise against this to everyone

At 9:00 PM (2 hours late!!) the delivery person finally arrived with the wrong products that were clearly being reheated (the middle of the box was warm and the inside of the sushi was cold). We were regular customers until our last order last week. We placed our order at 6:30 PM. At 8 p.m., after several attempts but continuously in conversation, we finally asked a friendly girl on the other end of the line how long it would take. She said that our order had been taken by the delivery person at 7:30 PM. Finally we called again at 8:50 PM and asked to cancel our order because we had already eaten something else. She indicated that due to illness they had too few delivery people... That can happen of course, but at a certain point you have to stop taking orders. When asked when we could expect our money back, this had to be discussed with the manager first. To date, I have not received any money back and have not heard from this manager again. In short: no more Mr Sushi for us

As Sushi enthusiasts, we thought we would make our contribution yesterday and order delicious food outside the door, as we often do. No sooner said than done. Sushi at Mr. Ordered sushi, box C and soy beans. Upon arrival, after really looking forward to sushi, it was unfortunately a disappointment. The sushi was not only dry but completely fell apart when picked up. It was so dried out that you could almost say the sushi was leftovers from the day before. I have eaten a lot of sushi but never anything like what I was served here. The soybeans were cold and not fresh.

Order not fully delivered, called immediately... it would be delivered later. Hours later no one had arrived. When I call I am told it is busy. It is special that a subsequent delivery is placed at the back. It hasn't been made yet and it isn't on its way yet. If I indicate that I want to cancel it and get my money back. I will receive an email address and everything will be arranged. Now 2.5 weeks later, no money, no response to several emails. They pass it on to the boss by telephone, but he doesn't say anything. Disgraceful treatment and service. Tip: check first, then pay! Or not, because they find that very normal.

A really great experience. Great sushi. I had ordered in advance and adjusted the time to later so that they could plan better at the branch instead of having to deliver it impossibly quickly. This ensured that the order was delivered exactly on time. Really great, class. I have not experienced that with other delivery services. The syshi was delicious. The rice was well cooked, the salmon was wonderfully fresh and a great quantity. Definitely worth ordering again. Tip for anyone who wants to order here: indicate what you want 1.5/2 hours in advance and then set the time to two hours after you order it. This way you are guaranteed fresh sushi and the timing of the delivery service is great.

Terrible stench they cause in the waste cage, in the beginning when they were there I even had problems with rats in the area. Won't be long before this happens again. They also speed across the pedestrian area, despite several requests to take it easy and not drive over the terraces. They don't care. Will never order anything from here.

Mr. Sushi and Mrs. Wok have a waste room that stinks and bothers the surrounding residents. Complaints have been made several times, but the problem still persists. Simply emptying the containers more often and having them cleaned is Mr. Sushi apparently not an option. When I walk to the adjacent bicycle shed, I first have to pass through a cloud of stench. In addition, we as residents are very afraid that this mountain of food waste will attract mice and rats. Given this unsanitary situation in the business premises, I have strong doubts about the hygiene in the business itself. No sushi from this place for me.

When I called back the girl on the phone said that it was part of it and blamed us?! There was no solution that could be arranged from Mr. Sushi. We just went here for the first time, because the sushi place in Maarssendorp is closed on Mondays. When we enter we are told that they are closing. There is nothing about this on the website and you can still order via home delivery. What a miscommunication and lousy service. This was the first and the last time. Tricks! Next time, don't eat sushi on Monday and just get sushi in Maarssendorp. They know what service is there!
