Unbelievable, we waited over two hours for our order. We called in the meantime. The delivery driver was on his way. We called again after half an hour. The excuse was that the order hadn't gone through. It was great after a hard day's work outdoors, and at 9:30 PM still no food. We will never order from here again; it's truly scandalous.

Ordered sushi for 80,- first waited 1.5 hours until we were finally called. Whether we could wait an extra hour for our food…. After an unclear explanation and a long time on the phone, the booking was cancelled without any certainty of a refund. The lady on the phone did not even want to give her name and actually hung up because it took too long for her.

Delicious food! The Winter Special Box and Chick*n Avocado Roll are highly recommended. Delivery could have been a bit better but still within what I consider reasonable delivery times compared to other delivery companies (25 minutes later than stated order time). Had food delivered so can't say much about the atmosphere. ;)

Unfortunately after waiting 1 hour I got cold food, the crispy rolls were anything but crispy but more soggy, the ebi roll was also no longer warm due to the long wait but also very tasteless, it also seems like the ebi rolls are not fresh because the rice falls apart completely. The girl on the phone did speak to me politely when I called to ask where it was, but I personally would not recommend it.

Cheers. This is the first time I've ever eaten something really nasty. Delivery: the bottom of the bag fell apart, so half of the sushi was in the living room. Food: Reluctantly ate the other half of the krispy box menu. Way too greasy, salty, strong and tough. The sushi structure fell apart, while the meat could knock someone off their scooter: tough as the sole of a shoe, as if it came from Dahmer's freezer after 13 years. This has nothing to do with sushi. And from the looks of the responses, I'm not the only one. For the record, I relayed this experience by telephone. But I was told that “everyone likes it.”

I placed an order 20 minutes ago and only later saw that there was a promotion starting at €25 when I called the store to ask if it was possible to correct my order to qualify for the promotion. The lady says that the promotion is no longer valid 😂 and that it starts at €30. When I said that it is stated that way on the app, she said awhyes, your order is ready for delivery, in short, I don't feel like helping you because the lady wants to go home.

Ordered food at 6:00 PM and it should be there at 7:00 PM. At 7.30 pm we called to find out where the sushi was. After calling 10 times, an employee answered the phone. He told us that it would take another half hour because of Valentine's Day. I tried again at 8:30 PM, but unfortunately no one answered. In the end I ordered a pizza from Domino's, which fortunately could be delivered within half an hour. Unfortunately paid €52 for bad service and no sushi

Really that bad, I order a sushi bowl with some extra food via home delivery on February 14 at 6 am, it doesn't seem difficult to me, right..... The poke bowls are always great. I don't know the rest. Ordered two poke bowls today at 5.47 pm. It is now 7:51 PM, 2 hours later!!! And still nothing. I tried to call, finally succeeded at 7:14 PM after being canceled every time. Really sounded like she didn't know anything. Yes, it was ready so it came our way. More than half an hour later than I called, still no food. This really was the last time I ordered here. Valentine's Day or not, you know it can be busy on such an evening, so plan your staff accordingly. Customers cannot be victims of this. Currently I'm just getting canceled again while trying to call.

I don’t recommend this restaurant !!! I ordered with Uber eats with an estimated time of arrival 7:30-50 PM. They didn’t call me to announce that they will be late, after I tried to call them 7 times, they finally picked up the phone around 8:15 PM… to announce me that my order will arrive in 30 minutes… 1 hour and 15 minutes is not a delay, it is just a bad management, if you can’t absorb the rush, don’t automatically accept the orders. It is a shame ! If you’d like to have a quiet evening with a sushi movie night. Advice : choose an other restaurant because with this one, it is not going to happen. Order made Thursday December 21st. On top of this they forgot the most expensive item from the order. Run away from this restaurant

Afgelopen weekend voor het eerst een bestelling gedaan. Over de bezorging waren we zeer te spreken. Deze was nog korter dan de voorspelde tijd. Wat wel jammer was, was dat de Maki's warm waren en niet goed gerold. Deze vielen namelijk helemaal open. Ook het zeewier er omheen was erg taai. De andere sushi was droog. Dus voor een eerste bestelling was dit erg jammer. We hebben ons vooral geirriteerd aan het feit dat de maki's echt warm waren...... ik denk niet dat dit de bedoeling is.

I don't understand all these bad reviews! I have been eating weekly, for more than one year, sushy from Mr. Susi & Miss Wok with absolutely no problems. I've tasted sushi in so many other places in Europe and this is definitely good sushi. Even compared with some expensive restaurants. Those that don't like the taste i advise you to go back eating the aquarelle from mc donalds, as usual! Sushi is not for everyone. I have seen one complaining about different sizes sushi rolls! Djeez ! What kind of autism you suffer from buddy? I kindly recommend this place

De sushi van mr Sushi Breda is een beetje alsof je een bestelling binnen krijgt terwijl je helemaal geen sushitent hebt. Je weet niet wat je moet maken omdat je normaal altijd magnetron maaltijden eet. Je stuurt je broertje naar de toko maar hij weet helemaal niet welke vis en rijst hij moet halen. Eigenlijk moet je nog even naar het café, dus je vraagt je zusje van 8 om de sushi te rollen. De bezorging laat je door je buurjongen doen, toffe gast. Maar MAND!!! Dit is vrijwel de lekkerste&smaakvolle sushi die je in breda kunt halen! ze zijn zéér hygiënisch en Vers!!!. Als je ergens anders sushi besteld dan weet je nooit zeker of je 100% verse ingrediënten,goed bereide en belangrijkste van allemaal: eten dat met liefde wordt klaargemaakt krijgt. Hier proberen we altijd mee te denken met de klant en we proberen ons altijd te verbeteren (bezorgdiensten zijn nu ook sneller MITS het druk is) wij hebben 6 bezorgers 3 scooters 2 fietsen en 1 auto. soms lukt het gewoon eenmaal niet om alles op tijd te brengen als het ultra druk is (grote gerechten nemen veel tijd in beslag.) Als u echt wilt dat het op die tijd moet BELLEN! (met een geldige reden natuurlijk ;D) Conclusie: Bestel nu en je zult genieten van de kwaliteit!, Je zal er geen spijt van krijgen!
