Nice and cozy place, food is top-notch!

You create the atmosphere largely yourself, of course, but the restaurant certainly did not disappoint. We were allowed to decorate the room ourselves for an aunt turning 80, and for lunch we were served delicious crustless sandwiches, drinks of whatever we wanted, and a tasty tomato soup in a glass. The appetizers were tasty and served at the right temperature. The service was quick, friendly, and attentive. We had a very pleasant time!

Cosy restaurant with good sound insulation, so no chicken coop. The food was good, but the turnover was far too slow. Our table was also glanced at out of the corner of an eye, but an apology for the slow service only came after we paid the bill. Also, I feel you can't remove empty glasses from the table without asking if anyone wants another drink; offering a drink while we waited would have been an option too. Unfortunately, it wasn't a very positive experience for us, but luckily there are plenty of alternatives in Berkel.

The food is fine, the steaks are highly recommended. The staff is very friendly, right from the greeting upon entry. A very minor downside was the quite long wait between the starter and the main course. But otherwise, everything was fine. We will definitely come back here.

Today, a friend and I had lunch at this establishment. There was a street fair outside, and unfortunately, there was no more room on the terrace; no problem, we sat inside and enjoyed ourselves. The service was friendly and attentive. Drinks arrived quickly and orders were taken immediately. So far, so good. Then it took quite a while; we ordered another drink and asked the waitress if it would take much longer. After that second drink, it took another 25 minutes before our lunch was served. Unfortunately, it wasn't very warm anymore. My friend had a light lunch and I had a cheese omelet. It tasted fine otherwise. But waiting over an hour for a medium-warm lunch was a shame. It is a beautiful place, and the service is neat, efficient, and correct. But the food really didn't get more than a 6 from us. You would think that more staff would be deployed because of the street fair, and perhaps that was in the service, but probably not in the kitchen. We won't be going there again next time.

Yesterday evening, around 11:00 PM, we were told at the door that the last round had already been served, even though the website clearly states that the closing time on Thursdays is midnight. My regular social group, who very frequently come here for a drink after sports night, was clearly very disappointed by this. And this was not the first time in recent years.

We have eaten here for the third time in less than six months. What stands out immediately is the restaurant's atmospheric ambiance and the friendly welcome from the staff. The menu and the daily specials are presented in a very pleasant manner, in a polite yet "casual" way. The staff regularly check on the status of the drinks and ask, without being pushy, if everything is to our liking. The food was once again fantastic: deliciously fresh, very hot, and beautifully presented. We ate here last night with my wife, and before that, twice with friends. We will certainly be dining here with many more friends and promoting this fine restaurant within our extended circle of friends. It is highly recommended for a lovely evening out!

The food was great, and the service too. There was someone smoking though, which was a downside.

I wouldn't organize a baby shower or party here if you have allergies. I organized a baby shower, and three times they promised to take allergies into account. A few weeks later, I suddenly received an email saying that they couldn't accommodate them after all. What incredibly bad service and a huge disappointment!

Had a delicious lunch. The price-quality ratio is great. I ordered the Muller&Co club sandwich and it was fantastic.

Our waiter Thijs was truly amazing; it was a pleasure to watch him work. You could clearly see that he takes pride and enjoyment in his work. Furthermore, the drinks were top-notch; I would definitely come back more often.

We have been coming here for years with great pleasure. The food is always of a high standard and the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. We even celebrated our wedding at Muller&Co, and that was a resounding success. Esther and her team really made it a fantastic day — everything was arranged down to the last detail and we didn't have to worry about a thing. Our guests were just as enthusiastic as we were. Highly recommended, whether for a dinner or a big party. We love coming back here!

Tasty High tea, good service and cozy restaurant

After having enjoyed delicious dinners and lunches on several occasions and being very enthusiastic about the excellent service and hospitality, we had our amazing wedding at Muller en Co. on June 11, 2026, as the icing on the cake. After visiting many venues, we felt like we were in a warm embrace with Esther. From the very first moment, we were in love. The location is fantastic and versatile. For instance, the roof can open and close. They are completely proactive and can arrange all kinds of extras, such as a photobooth and balloons. Truly top-notch. Truly amazing. And then there is the day itself. We were assisted that day by Jordy and Thijs. And both we and all the guests are full of praise. The food was delicious (so compliments to everyone in the kitchen as well!), and the service was outstanding. I simply do not have enough words to recommend this venue.

Mouse walks between tables without any fear. Strange feeling, guests seem to accept that. P.S. Got a phone call from the restaurant representative explaining the regulations and limitations imposed by law make it very difficult to get rid of the animals. Let's change the regulations maybe?!

Fine place for drinks, nothing special. The average crowd here is 40+, so I don't think the music is really my thing. The wines and the bar menu are fine! The service is a bit slow, but it is very busy.

Nice place, we liked our coffee and appreciate they went out of their way to accompany our requests too! Just adding the meals we had which was delicious!

A new lunch menu today. Unfortunately, our favorite lunch dish, the hot meat sandwich, has been removed from the menu. Now that's a reason to look for another restaurant where we can enjoy a delicious hot meat sandwich again. Too bad, Muller.

I've had lunch here a few times. It's a nice place, and the staff is friendly. The menu isn't incredibly extensive, but it does have plenty of choices. The taste is good, but I'm really disappointed with the portion sizes. The "12uurtje" (supposedly for a big appetite) is definitely not enough for a big eater, and the small, thin sandwiches with steak cubes are very sparsely filled, especially for the price. After the last time, I think I won't be back for lunch anytime soon.

The cappuccino and cake were delicious. It's a lovely place. I'll definitely try it sometime; it looks great too.

I had a delicious mackerel salad at the cozy Muller&Co. They also have gluten-free bread and are very accommodating regarding allergies. Very nice!

It is a beautiful establishment in an ideal location: there is enough parking space for bicycles and cars, it is located on a main road and on the edge of the center. I used to come here more often than I do now, but I still find it a cozy place. Especially the garden at the back is a really nice place when the weather is good! In any case, we visit the annual herring party and it provides memorable evenings. The staff is neat and looks well-groomed. The last time we went there for dinner, I found the food to be a bit less in quality than before, but a good level of flavors is still offered.

Absolutely terrible value for money. First of all, the food takes a very long time, much longer than in other restaurants. Secondly, you also get very little food. I had a 12-uurtje snack that was listed on the menu as "big appetite," but nothing could be further from the truth. A slice of bread with something on it, a mini wrap, soup, and a single croquette without bread. And all that for €17.50. At 't Waaltje and many other restaurants, I get much more food for less money.

Yesterday we celebrated our eldest son's birthday. We received a very warm welcome with a personalized card of congratulations on the table. We had a fantastic meal: monthly and weekly specials... Compliments to both chefs 💐 The service was friendly and professional... they took their time! The chef even arranged for my sole (chef's special) to be filleted; what a spoiled man 🤭 highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A lovely local restaurant with plenty of options. I chose the Bavette with a matching young red wine. My companion opted for a more robust wine. Plenty of choice, in any case. I think a few fewer table visits from the waiter would have been better. For example, they only asked twice in two minutes if everything was to your liking.

We got bit late is getting to berkel for dinner and our fav resturant, naked fish has closed their kitchen. We walked further to try Muller & Co. This resturant was bigger than nacked fish and has outdoor bearings as well. Interiors were really amazing. Lets get to food, coffees (cappuccinos) were disappointing as no hearth or other shape was made on the top of cup plus the top layer of froth was really thick, different than what we are used to in this sort of restaurants. That coffe costed one star to muller&Co. But the fries and deserts were great.

No gas, half the menu was unavailable. (How can a restaurant not have gas around lunchtime?) The food arrived late (how can they? No gas!), and they forgot to bring food for one of us. All the pillows outside were covered in shit. I think I've given a good idea of my experience today.

Mmmm...Today (11/07) I was there with my husband. We sit outside on the most right front side, if you standing head of head with ingang. The sfeer, No doubt! 5* The service? I feel appreciated as customer how the lady whose taking order for our table was so friendly, professional, she smiled when I smiled and she was showing empathy when I said I have problem with the food. I order steak for gentleman - Medium. When it came, only the board warm but the steak not. So the lady come again and help to take the steak back inside with a guilty feeling face but actually it was not her fault. While waiting, my husband and I were thinking, what kind of wise solution they gonna take ?. My food came back, the board and the food was warm but I don't get the bestek so I need to wait some minutes and later on 1 kind lady bring the knife and fork. I look on my steak....the sign of a medium steak was gone..all same colour. It still soft but it was disappointing. The 1st lady came to ask whether we enjoyed our food ? I cannot lie, it was not lekker anymore. Her manners towards customer are 🏅. She take my food, then came a man asking what happen, I explained, he was polite, professional, focus on solution and solves my problem fast, without making a scene as well as I am. That's why I give 5 star for their service. I hope I have better experience next time. There is a free parkeer place nearby but you need the parkeer blue thingy that allowed you to parked for only 2 hours. The restroom was not smelly but the cleanliness in the wc can be better. Menu variation was simple and clear. Make it easy to choose. Owh the bread in the beginning of the course was lekker, I hope I get to know what butter they use because my husband don't like butter in his bread but this time use it (many times). You should try!

Quickly having a beer after 'the stories'. I only went to the terrace, but that did not invite me to a follow-up visit. Everything looked very dirty. Cushions shit on by the birds in the tree by the terrace, dirty tables and 0 atmosphere. Put down some extra parasols that you clean every now and then so that your cushions stay a bit cleaner. It was full of flies, so that indicates that the terrace is not cleaned very often. Too bad because the location seems quite good and central.

Very nice place in Berkel en Rodenrijs. Plenty space inside and outside. There was a Dj playing. We choose a gentleman steak en gratin potatoes. Super tasty.

We sat on the terrace against the garden of the church opposite. Great place, but not when the supermarket next door is being supplied. Several times the pump truck over the cobblestones 🤯 and to top it all off the truck itself also came by; whether we would please move aside... 😤

Unfortunately the sole was spoiled and they wanted to charge us the whole bill, very unfortunate…. I don’t think I’ll come back again….

Update: Today I was here as a photographer at a wedding. Very well organized, the staff enjoys working here and you can tell by the quality. The BBQ, good quality fish, handy terrace with flexible roof. You can have a great party here in the middle of the village. Just finished the new Burrata on bread from the menu. Super tasty! Recommended for the 🥗 today

Very nice restaurant, warm atmosphere and super friendly service! Food really TOP! Two minus points; the music in the restaurant was way too loud and in the toilet really screaming loud, very disturbing! And the orange juice that according to the receipt should be fresh was certainly not!

Even visit the market on Wednesday and then have a nice lunch at Muller. My tip grandma meatball with fresh mint tea. If it is a bit chilly no emergency blanket is ready for you.

Muller is and remains just good, even on a Wednesday evening. We had a drink and ordered a snack platter. Mocktails are very tasty and for a price of €8,-. The snack platter consists of delicious vegetarian gyoza, pork belly, tuna and nachos. Swapping the tuna for something else was no problem. We were asked enough if everything was to our liking and if they could do anything for us. I think you can tell that people enjoy working here, no matter how hard it is.

Service 3 stars is not because of the staff, but because they do not serve tap water while wine and beer were also ordered and then charge more than 7.00 for a bottle of water. Could be better. Otherwise a top tent!

Not a wine bar but a nice bar. Enjoy yourself in a very relaxed way. Her concept has recently changed, but it is still my favorite place to be in Berkel en Rodenrijs!

A nice place to sit and enjoy the evening with some drinks and delightlfull food. The downside of the evening was that guest came inside next to us with a dog. Very unpleasant to eat with animals arround and shaking their fur.

Ball sandwich was fine, orange juice could be better, especially for the price. Service was ok

Sitting on the terrace at Muller & Co on a beautiful early summer afternoon. Had a nice meal after my favorite drink. The staff does their best to please you. Free view of the church and a tan on my face. What more could you wish for? Nice end to a busy day!

Cozy bar/restaurant in Berkel. Food was good, nice beers on tap, good atmosphere. We had made a reservation and were given a not so nice table (right against another table, near the toilet, and along the passage). When we said something about this, we were immediately given another table and during the rest of the dinner the service was also excellent!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Enjoyed last weekend on the terrace at Muller&Co with my sisters, and what great service! It doesn't happen often that everything goes so smoothly. From a table in the sun to a special tailor-made snack, then to a spot inside - and as icing on the cake, fireworks for the birthday boy or girl, without us having to ask for them. Truly next-level hospitality! Faber (if I remember your name correctly) – shout-out to you!

I was here on a party night. I didn't eat here, so I can't judge this. I had a nice evening. I personally didn't think the DJ was too good, with strange mixes. However, live singer was fantastic!

Great eatery with a more luxurious menu. Dishes are well prepared and very tasty. Service is friendly and helpful. We had, among other things, the tenderloin. This is an outlier on the menu in terms of price, but it is really tasty. Highly recommended for the sophisticated meat lover. My starter, the burrata, is also recommended.

Upon entering you immediately experience the feeling of warmth and coziness. Beautiful interior. However, all outdoor tables are outside! and sofas covered with covers, which made it look a bit sad and deserted. It was because I had made a reservation based on a recommendation, but otherwise I think I would have moved on. The entrance was also unrecognizable and somewhat dwarfed. Friendly and sweet ladies as staff. Made a mistake regarding waffle with avocado and chicken. Chicken wasn't included, but the waitress didn't notice that either, it could have been better. We immediately received the chicken copy after asking. Feta sandwich was delicious.

Muller in Berkel is a place where I like to have lunch regularly. However, today the service was not what I have come to expect. The order for six people was taken without a notepad or tablet and was not completely correct after serving. It is nice that you get an omelette/bouncer just the way you ordered it... In addition, it took a very long time for lunch to come out of the kitchen. A really disappointing experience. I think there's a good chance that I won't be eating here again for a while. Unprofessional

Nice and attractive restaurant where you can go at any time of the day. The food is tasty and of good quality, but the portions are too small for what you pay. Friendly staff, you will generally be helped quickly.
