You better not come to this bunch of bums. I order 2 woks for pick up, take it home, they are both burnt. I bring it back because of course I am not going to eat burnt food. I ask if they can make 2 new ones, then I am told yes sorry I see and smell that it is burnt so it will be ready in 15 minutes. When I come back after 15 minutes I am told that it is normal and not burnt. I come here often myself and know that this is not how it should be, this was literally burnt you smelled it and saw it. Then I did not get new woks and no money back. I left it and left, I left the 2 burnt woks there, they can eat it themselves. I even gave a tip. These people have no shame.

I order here weekly and am a huge fan of the food. The fried rice with noodles, beef, and shrimp is truly delicious and always well-seasoned. The quality of the dishes is top-notch, and that's precisely why I keep coming back. However, there are a few things that could be improved. The service sometimes leaves a lot to be desired. The young man working the cash register doesn't seem particularly enthusiastic, which makes the experience less welcoming. Furthermore, the kitchen's care needs improvement. Twice already, I've paid for extra shrimp, only to have them simply forgotten or the quantity wrong. That's frustrating, of course, because I want to get what I pay for. If this keeps happening, I unfortunately plan to stop ordering. Hopefully, they'll pay more attention to orders and service, because the food is absolutely worth it!

When I get there, a lady says yes, it wasn't there, I say yes and show my receipt, I didn't want a discussion and I left it that way. Once home, they forgot to put chicken fillet in my wok. I called 7 times and no one answered I thought okay they are busy. I'm at the door the business was quiet and I call them again and they just ignore the phone. I say I don't need a new order and want my money back, well they weren't happy with that. A woman in the kitchen just said the 3rd of the order is correct so you only get wok back seriously what should I do with peanut butter and prawn crackers and water jokers. I was not appreciated and said we are not going to help you anymore, you are no longer welcome. Well I couldn't make you twice the mistake anymore and think that I still want to spend my money on you, I didn't think so. Instead of chatting and not paying attention, learn to do your work, play games, amateurs. Fortunately, there are plenty of woks that have the service that a customer should receive. Good luck with your wok because if you treat all customer service like this, no one will come anymore.

Don't believe the positive reviews. This business deteriorated considerably after the takeover. I used to come there regularly. I "tried" a few more times after the takeover, but now I certainly won't come again. The wok tastes burnt as standard. You can't taste the whole sauce anymore. They used to put all the vegetables you ordered in a container and then stir-fry them on the spot for you. Nowadays, vegetables are checked at the cash register, and what you ordered will no longer be found in your container at home. I was missing 2 vegetables. They also added 1 type of vegetable that I had not ordered. I was there around 8:00 PM and it wasn't that busy to make a mistake like that. They have also become more expensive. 12 euros for a small wok container. Previously around 8 Euro....a shame about this case

Crates with vegetables and other products are also normally placed without a cover in the view of customers in the store. The toilets are dirty and the light did not work. Opposite these toilets were also all kinds of boxes, probably with vegetables, etc. This also made the toilet difficult to reach. I watched as the employee scooped up my egg noodles with her hands. Use pliers or gloves, this was not nice to see. This made my stomach turn because before that she was still cleaning up everything and anything. Once I received my wok, it was served in a paper container, what I'm used to from this place is that when you eat it on the spot, you get it served in a bowl. The wok was burnt on all sides and had little taste. The noodles was completely broken into small pieces. In addition, too much oil was used, which gave me stomach pain all evening. I hope the owner will renovate the place because everything looks dirty and broken. The chairs are torn and tables broken. Please ensure there are adult staff in your business instead of teenagers who don't even greet the customer. They talk loudly in the shop and use foul language. They consider their mobile phones more important than serving customers. I hope you will improve this because it was once my favorite wok restaurant.

Food is always burnt, food is fried at too high temperatures, much less meat and vegetables, wok is stuffed with rice and has no taste. This used to be my favorite restaurant, now I won't ever let anyone here pay money for such bad food. If you want to waste your money, come to Mytai. Junk food. Disgusting.

Ik kom hier al 6 jaar en al 6 jaar kloppen de prijzen niet tov de prijslijst. Al 6 jaar zeggen ze dat het de oude prijslijst is! Het is niet een verschil van een paar euro maar 7 euro (3 gerechten). Dus houd daar rekening mee mocht je hier nog willen eten.

Over t algemeen lekker, maar tis de vraag of t die dag dat je gaat bestellen ook lekker is. Kheb nu al n paar keer gehad dat t niet lekker was en vandaag was de druppel. Weer niet lekker ( weinig smaak). Tis echt iedere bestelling een verassing, is het vandaag lekker of niet.

Prima Asian fast food als je gezond wil eten tegen een zachte prijs. Het is er wel altijd druk en je moet lang wachten.
