The food here is good. The restaurant exudes the atmosphere of a classic inn. Sometimes you have to wait a very long time before you're served. The waitstaff sometimes seems a bit understaffed. Fortunately, this doesn't detract from their friendliness.

Definitely planning to go back again, great atmosphere and good food

It's usually quiet there (we went for lunch on a Friday after the summer holidays). We had a delicious meal in a peaceful setting. The service was excellent. We sat inside, but it's also lovely to sit outside on the terrace.

Beautiful terrace, nothing to complain about. But I visited twice in one week. Both times I felt invisible. The first time, after a long wait and waving at the waiters, we finally got coffee. The second time, the same story. After waiting 20 minutes, I got up and left without having eaten anything.

Super nice B&B. We stayed here during a festival. It's a great neighborhood. Beautiful surroundings. Good and tasty breakfast. Highly recommended.

Good and accurate, friendly staff! ☆☆☆☆ Today, September 3rd, we had the same thing again: au gratin mushrooms. But the quality was noticeably worse! The melted cheese, a supermarket slice, and the foccati bread barely toasted. In short, everything tasted bad. A different chef??? Too bad...

Lovely restaurant with long opening hours. Dog-friendly too; we even got a bag of dog treats! We didn't eat there, unfortunately, but it's definitely a lovely place and restaurant!

Just had a cappuccino with friendly staff

Nothing but complaints. Long waits for orders. Too few staff. They haven't had any service training. Pastries only arrive half an hour after the lukewarm coffee, and the toasted sandwiches had been sitting on the counter too long because they were also cold. All we got was: "Sorry, but there's nothing we can do about this."

It's a nice place to stay and eat food. Staff and courtesy are nice and you can certainly enjoy. I liked it.

We happened to be driving by and stopped for a waffle and coffee – both were delicious! The farmer's ice cream was especially delicious. We'll definitely be back, especially because there's a fun climbing spot right next door.

Quality of the food is very good. Very friendly staff who regularly check whether everything is still as desired. Also consider questions about allergies and intolerances. They even asked if I wanted a different dressing on the salad because the normal dressing was not completely gluten-free. The atmosphere is good. The reason for only 4 stars instead of 5 is the furniture. Given that pets are allowed, it is mainly wooden furniture. Fine in itself, but it has a somewhat "bare" appearance, but this is a matter of taste and there is no arguing about that. Conclusion: this restaurant is highly recommended!

Great place to eat! The staff is very friendly and creates a nice atmosphere. The food is delicious, and I especially like the vegetarian options. The portions are generous, so you certainly won't go home hungry. The coffee is also very tasty! A tip: book in advance, because it is a popular place. Definitely recommended!

Near the Belgian border, top location, great service

Great place to put on your walking shoes on a sunny day and go into the woods. When you return you can have a delicious drink or something to eat here. Delicious food, friendly service and a nice atmosphere. The large terrace is also a plus. And for the little ones among us there is plenty of room to play. Highly recommended.

Had a super nice evening. We had a regional platter as a starter, which was really well filled and delicious. I wouldn't have the burger again, but I think that's because the appetizer board was so good. Dessert was good. The biggest plus for me was that there was a good variety of non-alcoholic drinks. I was able to drink special beer beforehand and red alcoholic wine during dinner. Staff is knowledgeable and prompt.

We do not recommend this catering establishment to anyone, even though we came there regularly! We sat on the terrace at the entrance and spent more than fifteen minutes waiting for service, three employees regularly walked past our table and did not answer anything, leaving this location with a very unpleasant feeling. Don't go here!!

Sitting outside is not a punishment here, the atmosphere is also good. Even though you are on the edge of a busy N road, you feel like you are in the middle of nature here. Service is good and fast and the food is also tastefully prepared with love.

We ordered a bottle of wine and lunch. Unfortunately we got the food, but not (first) the drinks. The wine was also not poured. A pity. We ordered shrimp croquettes but got beef croquettes. Zeker mooie locatie, maar voor 2 gemberthee, 2 cappuccino en 4 apfelstrudels € 44,70 erg "overpriced". Daar komt bij dat de apfelstrudel uit de vriezer kwam. Jammer!

Came back for dinner. That did not go well. The veal had a lot of rind and was very peppery. Stew was also nothing special. The draft door was often open and halfway through the meal the chlorine smell came in because cleaning was already taking place. We imagined this differently.
