New York Pizza in Wijk 11 Diezerpoort

Ordered a half-half pizza and Korean chicken here, and the quality was terrible. First of all, the pizza was cold. I ordered a half loaded pepperoni pizza, which was definitely not "loaded" (see photo). I eventually received a smaller loaded pizza later, but it was again cold and inedible! The Korean chicken was also cold, and there was hardly any sauce coating, as it should be on Korean chicken. More sauce was poured onto the box than onto the chicken. (See photo)

Ordered two pizzas from NYP Thomas in Kempisstraat, Zwolle: the Brooklyn Style and the Tuna Treat. They were delivered on time and nice and hot, and the delivery person was friendly and courteous. The pizzas were well-filled and delicious!

Bad staff. Called with a complaint, and was met with rudeness. The pizza sizes were wrong. Ordered and paid for extras, and was told: they were all gone.

We order from here quite often throughout the year, but lately, whenever I order a garlic roll, I always get a cheese roll. Then I have to call again, and then wait another 45 minutes for the correct rolls to arrive. So, I called again, and now I get one with garlic, and the other is AGAIN without. It makes you think, how hard can it be?... Otherwise, it's really delicious.

I ordered online, and the order was confirmed while I was placing it from Kampen. Due to a system error, the order ended up in Zwolle. I called, and they told me we'd have to pick up the pizzas. The employee on the phone refused to call New York Pizza Kampen to resolve the issue, claiming it wasn't their problem. Zwolle confirmed the order and saw that the postal code wasn't in their area. They confirmed the order anyway. Poor service, unhelpful.

Normally I'm very happy with the pizzas from NY Pizza, but this time they've made a mistake. The Korean Chicken Hot Honey Pizza arrived without the "Hot" or "Honey" label!

They even write a personal message in the pizza box for you. Thank you very much!!!

Had to wait 2 hours for delivery, after calling 3 times where it was. A pack of ice cream as a gift, that is, along with 2 lukewarm pizzas. Last time I order here

I ordered cinnamon bread, and it was delivered without cinnamon for the umpteenth time. You had one job... I emailed New York Pizza, and the manager said he would contact me later, but he didn't. After sending a reminder, there was still no contact. I used to order from here regularly, but not anymore. Poor service.

what a bad store this is. Ordered 2 pizzas yesterday, 2 hours later I only received 1 pizza that was cold. When I call the business again, the person on the phone says that I will get the next order for free because of the inconvenience. A little later the second pizza arrives at 11:30 PM. I just want to order again because it said the next order was free. The same man on the phone says: "I can only give you a 50% discount", while yesterday he said it would be free. What a liar, he believes himself.

I ordered a pizza here..... 3 hours later I got very sick. Reported to the NVWA Please be careful with this business. Apparently they don't handle hygiene well here.

I ordered pizzas online to pick them up between 5:15 and 5:30 PM. At 5:03 PM, I received a notification that the pizzas were ready. So I called to let them know I wasn't happy about that, as I still had to drive home and wanted them freshly baked. We had a little discussion on the phone, but the guy finally said that if the pizzas weren't hot enough, he'd resolve it with me. I agreed. I picked up the pizzas, went home, and... they were lukewarm. A shame, but I ate most of them anyway. I then called to let them know they weren't to my liking. He said he couldn't do anything, so he refunded half of the order, and I had to show them. We agreed to come by. Now, the guy told me I could get €10 (out of the €28) back, but nothing more. What ridiculous service.

the pizza was pretty good but the atmosphere was not nice at all. It was not peaceful at all. Employees shout and swear at each other. I've been to a lot of restaurants and I've never seen any nuisance. It was bad luck to have dinner there.

An absolute killer tent in the greatest sense. Order here regularly, but literally 9/10 orders are either wrong, incomplete, or missing parts. For example, dishes such as the Pepperoni Calzone Mini Bites are not made with the correct recipe, as the garlic oil is missing, making them extremely dry. It is said casually, yes, that is not appropriate. It's literally on the website(?!)… I order a Meatlovers Pizza with Salami and Sausage. There is no sausage in sight. It is said, no sir, those are very small pieces. Very strange that the product image on the website looks very different. In addition, the garlic oil on the edge is also STANDARD forgotten. It really seems like this is done on purpose. Every time you call, file a complaint, you are promised a discount and an improvement. Never seen a discount and improvement. A situation that makes you sad. For the kids that I regularly bring here, I expect something better and that the order is correct. Asking 15 to 18 euros for a pizza and never getting it right doesn't make sense. This branch is honestly a mockery to all of New York Pizza. It's time for the head office to call out the staff and the franchisee (if applicable).

The delivery man called me blind and said I needed glasses because I couldn't see him as he walked right past me. That's not surprising, because he was wearing everyday clothes without a logo and the logo on the bag was not clearly visible. He also walked past me, the only person outside, so I don't understand why he immediately blames me. Very rude, not happy about it.

NOT RECOMMENDED!!!! Had a cold pizza 3 times! Also ordered 5 pizzas with several colleagues and after waiting 1.5 hours it was ALSO COLD! Bah and for that money that's ridiculous! All they have to do is deliver a hot meal...is that sooooo difficult!

Ordered a pizza a few weeks ago, it was hot, complete. A real miss this time. Waited an hour for my order only to receive a meager pizza without the accompanying vegetables. Pizza took 25 minutes to arrive (10 minutes travel time) and was therefore lukewarm to cold. Very unfortunate. Difficult communication when calling due to a lot of shouting in the background?

I suddenly get a call from an unknown number, this man turned out to be in possession of my pizza. I call NY pizza and they give me a new one. The man who had my pizza was happy with the pizza he was given. I finally saw the order within reach at my door with a slice of cool pizza. What do you think? Chicken nuggets were not put in the bag, this winner arranges an emergency car for the chicken nuggets in the middle of the street. Sometimes things go wrong, great action despite everything, happy customer!

ALSO DRY SALAD Received without pesto/dressing!!!! Third time.....worthless and again the caprese salad WITHOUT pesto!!!!!!ergo: bone dry! Not to mention the driving behavior of some drivers in Zwolle. Within 1 week I saw 2 of them drive through a red light and 1 flew into a post..... 😢😢

Very dissatisfied with my order. An hour after placing my order, I called to ask where my pizza was, I was then told that the pizza had been delivered to the wrong address and that a new one would be sent my way + Ben&Jerry's as an apology. After another hour of waiting, I called again. Then I was told that they came to my door but no one opened the door. Very surprising considering I've been home all the time, sat by the window but haven't seen a single delivery person. I spoke to the employee about this and was told that they would bring the pizza again. +/- 20 minutes later a delivery person was at the door with a cold pizza (and without ice). In addition to this ridiculous way of acting, I was also not treated in a customer-friendly manner at all. I expect a suitable solution for this poor service. Kind regards

Smart staff who know better than you what's on your pizza if they make a mistake and who protest against you with the whole thing if they forget the cheese. Furthermore, the pizzas are ok, but often too much sauce.

Racing that car so hard and antisocial was bound to lead to accidents at some point. I wish everyone their delicious pizza, but stop with this madness until there are real human lives to be regretted.

For what it's worth... Reviews probably don't help this company anyway; Delivery guys drive really dangerously with those Smarts of theirs. Way too fast, not giving priority, overtaking in places where you are not allowed and I could go on and on. The antics they get up to are now a reason for me not to order anymore. In addition, with the speeds they achieve, you can expect that your pizza will at least be delivered warm, but that has not been the case several times...

I have ordered from New York Pizza a number of times and they always arrive earlier than the app indicates, which is very nice. The food is super tasty and the delivery people are always very nice. In short, I highly recommend ordering food here :)

Pizza came after half an hour and was not good. Called and a good one would be delivered as quickly as possible. Waited another 40 minutes and the pizza was still wrong and gross.

Ordered 2 pizzas for 27 euros. They were so greasy you could squeeze them. And way too many herbs on it. They were inedible. A waste of money in the bin. Nauseous now. Next time I'll order pizza somewhere else.

I always have to burst out laughing when I see them tearing through the city with those Smart cars... hopelessly inefficient, go on the scooter. Pizzas are mediocre compared to the amount they ask for.

Delicious pizza, but be careful with coupon codes... With coupon code two pizzas €19.95, without 15.95... Anyway, I think those coupons are more intended for delivery pizzas.

Pizza is unacceptable, overpriced and the delivery people drive like crazy through the streets with those smarts with a phone call in front of their face instead of the steering wheel. Antisocial!

Received a message that I had placed my order online and could pick it up at 7:15 PM, I got there at 7:07 PM, no place to wait anywhere, eventually I was at the cash register and paid in cash, and waited outside until my pizzas were ready. Customers who had also ordered and who had already been waiting for over 25 minutes were ready! But no one shouts that the pizzas were ready for other customers and were put on the oven, eventually after waiting about 30 minutes and paying close attention I had my 2 pizzas, and he told the man behind the cash register that I had not paid yet 🙄🥴 Even though I had already done that upon arrival, I was really angry. Ultimately, with the manager's permission, it was okay and I was allowed to go home at 8:00 PM. Such chaos, not normal. We also ordered Italian soil, but we received a normal soil. I didn't feel like going back anymore. And in the meantime my appetite had disappeared after all this.

It was great, as a hard worker I went here with a colleague to get pizza and you will never believe it! The coffee was free, I don't always get coffee from customers and even then I still work for it. 5 stars! The pizza was also tasty.

What a mockery! Ordered pizzas for almost 90 euros at 5 p.m. The website indicated that they would deliver between 5:45 PM - 5:56 PM. Eventually it became 6:40 PM, and when we got the pizzas they were very cold. Called the branch, lenient 25% discount next time. Well, sorry, what a joke.

The 3rd recent fluff experience in a row. From long waits and cold products to downright poor quality. Ordered a truffle pizza, the delivered pizza looks more like a mushroom pizza with a little truffle oil, even though you paid a premium for it. Definitely looks like the pictures on the website. Just like the new chocolate mousse, mini jar that you pay a lot for, thing is frozen and 'crunchy caramel' are dirty soft balls. Seriously, I've been a customer for a long time, but I'm really done with it now. What a mess.

Refuse to deliver at student rates. First we called to say it would be 30 minutes later, but after an hour we had to call ourselves to find out that they were not planning to deliver and that we had to pick it up.

What a disappointment!! I was hungry and food always tastes a lot better, but I didn't find it edible. Toppings were fine, but the sauce tasted more like tomato puree and the base tasted like cardboard. Definitely not a pizza that makes me happy.

I actually only come there when they have offers, but then I really enjoy coming there. I always thought I would like it less than a regular pizzeria, but that surprised me after the first time. They have things in order very well. Even when it's crazy busy, you'll still get your pizza quickly. A nice change from the regular pizzeria.

Unfortunately not edible Soil undercooked and tough pepperoni burnt and grease literally drips off the pizza. Bottom box is soaked in grease Next time dominoes again
