New York Pizza in Bussum Centrum

Scammed me out of 8 euros worth of chicken. I submitted 2 complaints like 2 months ago and NOBODY ever contacted me. I tried calling and nothing. One time they called me so I asked about it, they said they are understaffed and it will take very long (my pizzas were ready) and a manager will call us the next day - never called. Avoid, scam!!!!!!

A scam and a rip-off with very bad service. It seems like every meal here is followed by stomach ache the next morning, yesterday my pizza was delivered almost COLD (LUKEWARM) so one half is hard as a rock by the time you eat a few slices. I also ordered a cookie next to it that they DID NOT BRING! The delivery guy said he will bring another, but 1.5 hour later I was still waiting so I called New York Pizza, the guy who responded said they have no cookies and asked if he could send Ice cream or coke instead and I chose Ice Cream, still NOBODY SHOWED UP.

I got two deliveries from here this year. No complaints and only good food! I miss the Pepperoni di Papa pizza.

Dryest pizza ever. It tasted like an expensive cracker that we waited 30 minutes for, and it was expensive too. Don't order from here.

In addition to NYP Bussum, there is another meal provider at the same address, namely a branch of "Burger Kitchen". Since the latter offers "100% Halal", I will not order or eat from this address, so not from NYP Bussum either, because Halal is against my beliefs.

Open until 23:00 at Huizen location. If you are there at 22:40 it is closed they say. A bit of a shame again.

Ordered a 4 cheese pizza. Pizza base seriously looked like it was made of cardboard. Occasionally a hint of what looked like gorgonzola, among other things. But oh oh oh what sadness. And that for the price of I think €17 (with discount code). If you can't just produce a rock-solid pizza for that amount of money, what on earth are you doing? You don't put this in front of your worst enemy. Saying "It's the dough dough dough" means more than just a nice catchy phrase, it also really means that your dough must be of the very best quality. In short, if I'm honest, even 1 star is still too much. Unfortunately, I fell for it again after years, but I still prefer to eat the tasty chunks of my doodle🤣. This can and should really be improved NYP (Bussum).

Wow, how the quality has deteriorated. It was fine a few years ago, but now it's incredibly poor. Stingy toppings, less flavorful (quality of ingredients?), and undercooked. Phew...

Really overpriced. I understand inflation. But they're by far the most expensive. Between 14 and 20 euros for a 25cm pizza... Almost half of which is rand and also stingy toppings. Better drive to La Vespa or something.

I ordered pizza of 2 flavors in one, but in the end they brought me only one instead of two. For this minus two stars.

Pizza was cold and ice cream fully melted. 20min over the time, 1,1 km away from me. I payed for cheesy crust and did not get it. Bad service!

Never order your pizza here on the weekend! The delivery time is incorrect at all. Too bad that giving 0 stars is not possible. I ordered 1 pizza that I had not received after 1 hour, even though the distance to my address and the pizzeria is a 5-minute bike ride. When I called the pizzeria to ask what was going on, the employee indicated that my pizza was only going into the oven when I called. Then he asked if it was okay that my order could be delivered after another 45 minutes. So 2 hours waiting for 1 pizza…. It's completely idiotic that this is offered as an option. Then be honest about the delivery time.

**Update: After 3 weeks I'm still waiting for €24.19 to get back.** Too bizarre for words: you call after an hour, after which you are told that the pizza is on its way. Forty-five minutes later and two more calling attempts, but given up. Tomorrow I will be in the shop to get my money back. This is worthless!

Pizza was fine, cinnamon roll is very disappointing.

Funny that I already placed a one star review 6 years ago and thought it would be okay this time. They waited until the absolute last minute to deliver lukewarm pizzas, they were there when the site stopped saying “on time” (which is already a frustratingly long time on “on time” seeing they give themselves an hour and three minutes to deliver two pizzas). We waited an hour and four minutes for pizza that was “just okay”. I will not be ordering here again for at least the coming six years. :) De kip uit de triple treat box was veelal niet gaar en de garlic bread had alleen maar een hele hoop garlic in het midden waardoor het eigenlijk niet te eten was. Daarnaast was alles al lauw toen het aankwam.

Goedenavond, ik had een goede ervaring, maar de pizza had een slechte smaak van het deeg, dus ik stel voor om de ingrediënten van het deeg te veranderen. Ik wens je succes en verbeter de manier waarop de pizza smaakt, mijn vriend. Proef het eten .👍 Opmerking: de vorm is geweldig, maar de smaak is niet goed👌

Altijd onwijs lekkere pizza. Maar echt nog nooit op tijd geweest. Altijd minimaal 20 minuten te laat.

De Schitzel pizza , wat een gemiste kans! Dit is natuurlijk gewoon de Schnizza. Vanwege de naam geen 5 sterren.

Lekkere pizza… iets te grote rand, had wat beter belegd kunnen worden! Na 20 mins bezorgd en nog lekker warm!

In principe vind ik de pizza’s lekkerder dan die van Domino’s. De knoflookrand is voor mij echt de kers op de taart. Daarentegen is de Sweet Icing (glazuur saus) die bij de Cinnamon Bread zit echt een no-go. Meerdere malen was dit een grote klont, keihard, niet vloeibaar en totaal niet smeerbaar. Als dit in een bakje zit ipv een zakje, dan is het tenminste nog lekker om te dippen, maar dit werkt gewoon niet. Je zit ellendig lang te klooien om dit over de gehele bread te verspreiden. Beter doen ze hier iets aan.

Er waren 3 pizza's besteld, de bodem zat half los en smaakte verbrand de pizza's waren al koud bij aankomst, zit geen smaak aan, bodem droog, ik ben snachts ziek geworden met vreselijk pijn in mijn maag, zit op de bank ziek te zijn gezellig zo'n pizza. Nooit meer.

Prima Pizza, en de bezorging ook!

Vandaag een pizza besteld zonder kaas. Helaas toch een pizza met kaas ontvangen. Na een telefoontje is me een nieuwe pizza beloofd. Die blijkt op een verkeerd adres bezorgd. Inmiddels zijn we 2 uur verder en ik barst van de honger. De rest van mijn familie is allang klaar met eten. Er is me weer een nieuwe pizza beloofd. Ik ben er niet over te spreken hoe het loopt. Zeker omdat je met zijn allen tegelijk wilt eten en niet in je eentje anderhalf uur later

Pizza was lekker! (Truffel variant) maar formaat klopte niet, ook hadden we van te voren gebeld zodat we het precies op tijd konden ophalen, maar ze hadden ons een uur te laat op het rooster gezet... dus --> lekkere pizza, service was minder

Pizza's vallen erg tegen, als je een degelijk formaat pizza wil voor een goede eter ben je gauw al meer kwijt dan je oorspronkelijk dacht. Zou een ander, meer lokale pizzeria aanraden.
