Ordered a Gyros pizza at 17:56, but the tzatziki sauce was missing. Called immediately and was promised that a container would be delivered as soon as possible. In the end I had to call three times (18:46, 19:46 and 19:55), each time the same promise that someone would be on the way. It wasn't until 20:27 that someone finally arrived - with a bag of garlic sauce instead of tzatziki, and a cookie as compensation. In the meantime, my pizza had been in the oven for almost 2 hours to stay warm. In the end I just threw it away. Very disappointing that a simple mistake is followed up so badly. This really doesn't belong with a serious delivery service.

Solid & tasty takeout pizza, enjoyed the crispy bottom, price was fair too. Friendly staff. Pizza was ready fast. 👍

An hour for a Hawaiian pizza and when it arrived it was also cold. Super bad.

The pizzas are well filled, look attractive and taste delicious. You will also receive friendly service, which makes the whole experience extra pleasant. Always a good choice!

I had delicious pizzas at this place. They were ready quickly, I even had to wait a bit for them to cool down a bit. Intensely good crust, and the buffalo chicken was a flavor paradise for me. 15/10, would order again! Great service

Ordered 2 x 25cm pizzas. Paid €23! Turns out there's a coupon code online including delivery, which makes the pizzas €15.95. We weren't told about this offer in the store. It was a piece of cake to enter the coupon code at the cash register. We called about it. Endless discussions with the manager. No apology. No refund. Poor business practices.

We just ordered 2 pizzas that were inedible, cold, thick dough, not properly cooked on the inside, as if someone had never been in the kitchen.

Ok, delivery on Saturdays is always busy. I understand completely. 70 minutes waiting time. On Saturday. I understand too. Delivering a cold pizza with a smile and leaving with screeching tires is something I don't understand. Pizza was worthless and delivery poor.....

I had ordered a cheese pizza with chicken on top but when I get house and took a bite the chicken was absolutely not well cooked it taste and looked like if u put frozen chicken in microwave and not enough cheese I had to throw it away

In the home delivery app, the 'pay in cash' option was checked, once during delivery it was not possible to pay in cash. Please remove this option!

Nastiest pizza I have ever eaten, the dough tasted like cardboard and the pizza was way too greasy. Cut very crooked and the pesto was in a pile in one place so I had to spread it myself

10/10, super helpful friendly staff, I was helped quickly and my pizza was immediately made for me. They also let me know when it was going into the oven and when it would be ready. He looked great and was a pleasure. I definitely recommend visiting the store! It was a very nice experience and good quality. The take-out deals are also very nice ;)

Always quick delivery and good pizzas. sometimes topping is a bit less or pizza a bit overcooked but generally recommend!

Good evening, Today I ordered a pizza that you can put together yourself. We order almost twice a week and it often goes well. I ordered a pizza with a pesto swirl that was not on it when it arrived and that can of course happen. I called and the solution was that they would deliver the pesto afterwards, which was very polite of course. After half an hour there is still no sauce, so I thought I'd call and find out how long it will take. After half an hour it is still there. As a solution for my now cold pizza, I was told “then just put it in the microwave”. If I wanted a pizza from the microwave, I would have bought one at the supermarket and not had one delivered for 15 euros. There was absolutely nothing else to do but put my pizza in the microwave and she hung up on me. I find this really strange as we are really regular customers. Now after 45 minutes the container has arrived and there are just 2 drops in it…. If this is what was coming I wouldn't have waited for it. An additional 1.50 was added and this is what you get... I hope that a solution can be found for this I sent this email a week ago but have still not received a response, so I am now hoping on Google that something will be done with it.

Pizzas are always very tasty. Unfortunately, often many problems. 5 cheese has been removed from the menu. If you remove garlic oil from the edge, 1.50 will be added?! Etc... hoping for a response to complaints one day

I just brought back my childhood memory, when I was 16 I used to get "garlic bread" and take it home once and my mother loved it. If you mix that "garlic bread" with my Surinamese mother's "chicken masala" made in an authentic way, then the money will flow and the dish will be called Chicken Indian Marsala & Garlic Bread. It would be a great mix and addition to New York pizza. You could even make the Indian Chicken Marsala pizza, but then it has to be according to an old recipe and not like those imitation jars you buy in the supermarket 😊👍 those sauces that don't taste at all like the countries they refer to. Very friendly help. Very attentive to ask if I wanted a bag of lettuce with the döner pizza. Unfortunately I forgot to put the garlic oil on the edge. That makes the New York pizza just that little bit tastier
