Dear NYP in Zoetermeer, you're not going to change my mind. I get takeout more often than delivery, but the pizza and especially the side dishes like garlic bread and hot dogs are so well-prepared. If I have it delivered, it usually arrives on time, but if it's late, they usually politely call to let me know it's a bit late. I'm not going to complain if my food is late, I mean, it's just food. Don't whine like these other people and let the food service staff do their job.

Normally, when I order, it goes to the other location in Zoetermeer. The last two times, it went to this location. The first order took two hours to arrive. Today, I forgot it was going to this location and ordered online again. Waited another hour, and no order. You call and get rude people on the line. They can't even tell you how long it will take. This franchise is a disgrace to the reputation of New York.

I ordered an Oreo dessert and got an M&M... the mini pancakes were delivered cold and without powdered sugar, and the chicken was also cold and had barbecue sauce instead of chili sauce. Can you even read? I live five minutes away, so the fact that the order is so cold is quite impressive. Apparently, delivering a simple order is too difficult for this branch.

Today I bought pizza and fried chicken pieces. The chicken wasn't cooked properly, and there was broccoli on the pizza. The pizza was also very spicy. I told them I wasn't satisfied with the chicken. New York Pizza – Heat, frustration, and zero understanding at the Oosterheem location Today I went to get pizza from New York Pizza, and it was, to say the least, a disappointing experience. First of all: the moment you walk in, it feels like stepping into a sauna. Way too hot, no ventilation, no air conditioning—and I'm currently six months pregnant, so believe me: that's no fun. Then the order: I asked for a shawarma pizza without tomato sauce and cheese. Not because I'm allergic to it—I just don't like it and it gives me an upset stomach. I also ordered garlic bread without cheese, as I've been doing for years. I was told, bluntly, "Then it will burn." Excuse me? My pizzas and garlic breads have never been burnt, so that excuse is completely irrelevant. After waiting 15 minutes, I received my order—and yes, it did: with tomato sauce and cheese. So I went back. They said they would make a new one. While I'm watching, I see tomato sauce being spread on it again. I immediately point out that this isn't the intention, and what do I hear? "Yes, but without sauce, the pizza will burn." Again. I try to calmly explain that I've been ordering this way for years and that it's never been a problem. But instead of listening, I'm told to stay calm. No, that's not how it works. You just have to listen to what the customer asks. Especially when someone clearly states what they want or don't want—for whatever reason. No apologies, no understanding, only resistance. What service... not at all. Conclusion: this was the last time for me. NYP, you've lost a customer.

This week my mother won 2 free pizzas through the competition. Picked this up today Sunday February 21st. It started out that I could adjust the pizza on the site, but only 2 toppings could be removed. I wanted to take off 3 toppings on 1 pizza. It concerned the BBQ mix grill, both pizzas of which did not require onions or peppers and one had no chorizo. After calling I was told to put it in the description. No description to be found anywhere. Ultimately we managed to order and communicate over the telephone which extra topping needed to be removed. When I come to pick up the pizzas, it takes 2 minutes before someone finally shows up, even though I had already been looked at by everyone from the kitchen about 6 times and no one thought twice, I let them go and help a customer. In my opinion, it was quite chaotic in the kitchen, talking and acting exuberantly. Since you simply don't come to help a customer. After 2 minutes an employee comes walking over as if he didn't feel like helping me at all. I got me pizza and took it home. At home I open the boxes and see 1 pizza with only chicken and salami and the other was far short of chicken. I call back and am told that he had seen the topper do it and that I should go look for cheese among myself. To which I said, sorry, do you want a photo of the pizza because it really isn't there. After a lot of effort we were able to pick up new pizzas, but this was only possible if we had not yet eaten them. Well, I thought that was nonsense since you made a mistake and I can come back for it. In this case, every fast-food restaurant will deliver a new pizza to your home since it is their fault that the pizzas are not good. The employee was not very friendly on the phone and it sounded as if he was reluctant to speak to us. After 30 minutes we received the new pizzas. The delivery person had to check beforehand whether it was correct what I had called for and whether a bite had been taken, very strange. My friend and I ate 1 piece and thought it had no taste at all, and my entire pizza box was soaked in grease and the pizzas were limp and pale. After this, I removed the toppings from various places on the pizza and was surprised that there was simply no sauce on our pizzas at all. If this is the way you help customers and handle complaints, I think it is more than bad. No customer friendliness, no apology or anything for the mistake that was made, it was really sloppy. Out of misery we ordered fries. I will never order anything from you again. Even though it is free. The 2 pizzas that are intact in the photos are the pizzas that I brought to them and the other 3 are the very sad ones that were delivered.

I ordered at 6:00 PM and the pizza wasn't delivered until 8:00 PM. When I called at 7:15 PM, they said the delivery driver was on his way and would be there in 10 minutes. After 20 minutes, I called again, and the same story. The pizza arrived at 8:00 PM and was cold, the crust soft, and it looked like chewing gum. So this was a one-time deal.

A while ago I ordered 17 pizzas for colleagues. You can specify a delivery time, which seemed ideal because we only had half an hour to eat. Unfortunately they arrived 20 minutes late and everything was cold. Called and I would get 2 pizzas for free next time. Last Tuesday we placed another large order (36 different pizzas) for Thursday evening. Deliberately 36 hours in advance so that occupancy could be taken into account. I skipped the 2 free pizzas, because I had to pay in advance. I called fifteen minutes after the requested delivery time. I spoke to the owner and he was really not friendly. It was on its way - turns out they were still working on the last 2 pizzas, so it wasn't on its way(!). He told me to call from now on because he didn't see the order until 4pm. He could have seen it the day before at 4pm!! He snapped that I should let him finish, that he was the owner and that I should have called him. However, we were already under enormous time pressure. After fifteen minutes the delivery man called that he had arrived.... but that was also wrong, because my colleague was waiting for him on the street with a cart, he was not there. Of course the pizzas were cold by now. Apart from the fact that 36 colleagues had to eat a cold pizza within 10 minutes, I thought the service was downright bad. If they can't handle such a large order, they shouldn't offer it. Mister could have also called me?

We ordered 3 pizzas and adjusted the ingredients. None of these pizzas had custom ingredients. I called the branch, but the answer was immediately quite rude. I indicate that the pizzas have not been adjusted. This was done because of an allergic reaction. Mr. says casually, next time we will adjust it or you will get a discount, then you can call back. I say, but I want what we ordered. Being hung up. I call back and am told that they don't have time for this and have to continue. No apologies or compensation. What a terrible tent. Really terrible!!!!! Never here again!!!

I ordered 3 pizzas today at 4:00 PM, I was informed that it would be delivered between 6:00 PM and 6:15 PM. At 6:27 PM I called to ask where my order was. I got a lady on the phone who told me that she had not yet gotten around to taking my order because it was very busy, to which I said that I had already placed an order at 4 p.m. She indicated that there was only 1 staff member and that they had not yet received my order. Very annoying... but I don't care about this. I therefore find it very unfortunate that a message was not sent or a call was made with the announcement that the order would arrive later. I canceled the order!

I was a customer for at least 10 years. Always satisfied, but not anymore. The bottom seemed fried, toppings were bare. The Four Cheese was missing a spicy cheese. So we called. They got defensive and it became an unpleasant conversation. With difficulty we got a 25% discount on our next order. So that won't happen. Nasty aftertaste, on an already tasteless pizza.

I wouldn't order there if you're hungry. The pizza is small, cold, and even if you order well in advance you can easily wait an hour and a half. If you then call, you will of course be rebuffed with a story "the delivery man is on his way" and you can wait another fifteen minutes. Do yourself a favor and just order from the pizza place

There was a problem with a pizza. There was a piece of plastic in the pizza. Called NYP Westerschelde and unfortunately I was spoken to at nursery level. The customer service is downright bad. Unbelievable! There are a lot of young people working here who don't know how to speak to customers. Get money back. Can not! They never do it, it was said. Well I called legal aid and they are going to take care of it. Never order here again!

Delivery always matches what is stated online. In general, always satisfied with the pizzas, but last time it was a special experience, when I received a pizza that was bare and burnt in the middle. So no toppings. We then called and an apology was offered and within half an hour there was a new fresh pizza :) according to the exchange of the pizza, only a maximum of one slice could have been eaten, I can imagine that if you only decide at a later time to call and say that it would be a shame if they didn't do anything with it. I also received a 'sorry for the mistake' email afterwards with a €3 discount on the next order. That was thoughtful! Whenever we order pizza we do it here.

Drama. Really bad. An hour late with numerous excuses; on the first call they indicated that they had forgotten to make it, on the second call (half an hour later) I was told that the delivery person had received a fine for driving without a helmet. The food was also cold. The most shocking thing was the lousy 'manager' who repeatedly did not let me finish talking and seriously took the words into my mouth: what do you want, conversation or money back? She should really be ashamed of herself. In short: DON'T.

Ordered pizza online and paid for pick up at 6 p.m. At 5.50 pm I get a message that it is in the oven, so I go to the shop. Once inside, they ask their name and say another 5 minutes......after another 20 minutes the question is "what did you actually order?"....eh????? After another 10 minutes still nothing, I got a bit angry that I have been waiting for almost 30 minutes and still have nothing and that they can deliver it...... that was not necessary because it was now in the oven I was assured and I was allowed to choose 2 drinks for the inconvenience...well they can keep them. The pizzas are tasty, that's all I can say. Definitely more could be done about it. Bases are often tough and dry, and what they put on the pizzas. I often can't tell whether I actually had the BBQ pizza or salami pizza. What you get on your pizza is not worth it. No, then I'll go to a real pizzaria. For a guest food chain, it's fine. But expect a bit more from a pizza for this money.

Ordered at 4:45 PM, the three pizzas would be delivered between 5:30 PM and 5:45 PM. At 6:05 PM I called myself to find out where they were staying. The delivery person would leave immediately. He was there at 6:30 PM, so he didn't leave immediately, with only 2 of the 3 pizzas. Solution: add a cookie and then we'll deliver the last pizza. Well sorry, I have never experienced such bad service. Pizzas refused and would like a refund, but that will take 5 working days. And letting your customer talk on the phone is too much effort, because it's busy. Never for us, but really never again.

Called because they had forgotten the garlic sauces and the ice dipping of the cinnamon bread.. a batch was made with difficulty. We waited 30 minutes for our garlic sauce, after which I said that they could also bring new pizzas because they are cold by that time.. whereupon the cancers flew to my ears. Painful..
