Such a weird experience! I saw you were open so I went inside to look at the menu. Then a guy who was working managed to make a very clear statement that you are a … if you order late. To which everyone in the restaurant found that funny and started laughing. I stood there amazed, it was so strange how he spoke about customers who order food late.. After that, I was shown the door and told that it was already 10:00 PM. I had no idea and thought I’ll just order a pizza. Never again Newyorker; for me, takeout was a very bad experience.

I indicated when placing the order not to ring the doorbell, but someone rang it anyway; not a single apology from the delivery person.

If you order bacon calzone minibites, what do you get? In any case, no minibites. Have them deliver what it says on the website for once.

Quality is good as always. The place is clean, and the staff is friendly and competent. It's a fast-food restaurant with takeaway food only.

The box guarantees "we'll make it right." A 45-minute wait at home and two lukewarm, battered pizzas seemed like a good excuse. But they never call you back. After three attempts, they finally get in touch. What do they do? Nothing, nothing. So, they just scrap that promise. The PIN didn't work either.

Great people working there! The food was on time and delicious. Very satisfied.

I think there's a new manager at this location, super quality, and done quickly. The place finally looks organized and clean again, great.

Ordered at 9:05 PM on a Monday evening. Still waiting at 10:35 PM, "The pizzas take about 40 to 70 minutes." What a load of rubbish. I could have just walked there myself from 5 km away instead of ordering from this dreary place. It's probably edible, but I can't comment on that since I've had nothing after 1.5 hours. I'd almost bet the children in developing countries feel sorry for ME.

Previously, the pizza always took a long time and wasn't hot enough. These days, they've really improved. Always fast and always hot.

Across the street you have 'Ristorante Pizzeria Il Nuraghe' where Italians make fresh pizza. You're crazy not to get your Pizza from there 😜 World of difference.

If you want to eat delicious pizza, it is better to order from the neighbors. Dominos is 10x as fast and good. Everything was cold, you get an uninterested figure on the phone if you call after an hour to find out where your food is. Mustard on the hot dog was everywhere except on the hot dog itself... quality is terrible at New Yoyk pizza, my advice, stay far away. Drinks are also regularly forgotten, and then when you say that you still want it, because you paid for it, they look at you as if they see water burning... If you then send a complaint to New York Pizza you will be ignored until you drop and they will offer you the most worthless solutions you have ever seen. My advice, stay far away. Domino's is opposite, they are on time, the food is hot and if there is a problem it is resolved on the day itself, instead of taking months. DO NOT ORDER!!

I was in Sneek on a boat and was on the shore. I ordered a pizza and it arrived very quickly and also very tasty.

Pizza was ready 15 minutes earlier than agreed. So almost cold when picked up. When they got home they turned out to be badly burned. For the prices they ask, you expect a bit of quality.

When New York Pizza came to Sneek, we thought why? The well-known competitor is opposite. However, New York pizza has raised the bar a lot and we are now regular customers. Always new interesting pizzas, always fully topped (while the competitor puts far too little on it) and tasty. I usually pick them up by bike and when I get home I put them in the oven (about 8 minutes at 150 degrees). Then you can be sure that they are nice and warm. I am also happy with the cauliflower soils, otherwise I will grow completely closed.

Delivered way too late, forgetting ingredients time and time again and when you ask they say it's gone... So now I have a pizza again without what I paid for.

Piece of chicken on our pizza, already the 2nd time!! My friend is allergic to chicken. Luckily this time it ended well. That it can happen once is not okay, but good.. but now again!

after 1.5 hours of cold pizzas.. also forgot to deliver one.. called and the manager showed no understanding at all.. later the last pizza was delivered and it was also cold and looked like it had been spat in.. never order here !!

Ordered a pizza at 6:27 PM and after calling an hour and a half, still no pizza. And as a compensation you get a free drink... It's time to order a Domino's again in the new year!

They used to make delicious pizzas, but nowadays they barely put cheese on the pizzas to be more economical. Is my 3rd time ordering each time hoping for change but no. Never order again

Waited longer than an hour and fifteen minutes for a pizza tonight. No message, no apology

Ordered pizza yesterday and it was delivered at 7:15 PM. Delivered an hour later you get a cold pizza. Also called them. But they are not customer friendly in any case.

Never order here! I have experienced several times that it takes a very long time and that the products are not there. Instead of calling them, they simply give you something else or nothing even though you have paid for a product. I filed a complaint when we waited 3 hours after calling twice and half of the order was still missing. Never got an answer to this. Nothing is done at all by telephone or email. Save yourself frustration and just order from domino's!

Ordered 2 pizzas after 1.5 hours not yet delivered. Called twice and was told the delivery person was on his way, but still no pizza. My advice is don't order here! Update: after 1h50m I received a lukewarm pizza. We asked how we would solve this, but there was no solution.......

Waited over 2 hours for the food and still nothing. When you call the branch you are not helped and you are turned away, you just hang up. Very dissatisfied. Not even worth 1 star.

Cold pizzas, cold cinnamon bread and forgotten swirls. Plus: had to wait more than 1.5 hours. No, we will happily order from Domino's again from now on.

Ordered pizza online at 5:30 PM so it could be delivered at 7:30 PM. Too bad that didn't work. Called, it would be arranged immediately...... A burnt pizza was delivered at 8:20 PM. Called about it, no real response. When I ask if I can speak to the boss, I am told that he is not there (hear someone in the background telling them what to say on the phone).

I once won a Pizza check somewhere so I wanted to cash it. The voucher (valid for 1 free pizza) was still valid but does not work when I want to order online. I called New York Pizza and the gentleman I got on the phone couldn't help me either. That has to be done online and if it doesn't work, then too bad. Well great! Don't bother at all. I'll order somewhere else... And never here again.

The 35 cm is recommended for the big eater.

Very good and fast delivery service. Pizza is often still hot. The quality of the pizzas is also top, tasty toppings and bases. Not soaked in grease. Picked up pizza from New York tonight. It was close to closing time, but the staff was very friendly and helpful and made sure I could still get a pizza. Thank you! Keep it up

Pizza took 1.40 hours to arrive. No communication has informed me that it will take a little longer. I really want to wait 50 minutes, but 1.40 hours? I finally had my Mexican chicken and nacho pizza. Didn't have nachos on the pizza. Normally I like to order from New York, but this time it was very annoying. Wasn't worth 14 euros.
