Ordered food, three simple things, paid for it... and then it wasn't delivered. 😴

Ordered a pizza at 5:40 PM. By 6:50 PM, still no pizza. I called the location. They said, "We were just about to call you. The delivery person had something wrong with your pizza. We'll be on our way soon." At 7:25 PM, I called again, still no pizza. They said something had gone wrong with your pizza. "We can remake it for you, but then you'll have to wait another 20 minutes." Because it's busy. Finally, I had the option of getting my money back. Poor service, mistakes happen, but then they call me about it. Now I have to keep following up on it myself. And after the first call, they should have helped me first.

Normally, I'm not one to leave a review or make a fuss about an order error. Today, however, I ordered a pizza. It arrived really cold, and I had the option of an extra garlic swirl, but it was anything but. I received an ice-cold pizza with little to no sauce. My jaw actually hurt from chewing it. 😂 I called and told them there was no sauce on it. The lovely lady answered the phone, and she sent me a bag of garlic sauce, which arrived after 10 minutes, so it was useless. I also told them it was already cold and would get even colder, but they ignored me. Conclusion: never again, unless you want a visit to the oral surgeon. 😂

I was a regular at Domino's in Vlaardingen. I've had problems there several times, with the owner being a young man who doesn't know how to interact with customers, so I decided to order from New York Pizza. The pizzas are much better, taste much better, are much fresher, and are delivered quickly. New York Pizza has a new regular. The delivery driver was also very friendly!

The pizza was cold, I got a Fernandes instead of a cola, and the cheesecake tasted awful. Poor service—never again for me.

Misleading buy-one-get-one-free advertising. Thuisbezorgd doesn't mention in the first few lines that it's 25cm. The delivery person was a nice guy. A double pepperoni with 2 or 3 pepperoni pieces per slice isn't much. The operator and manager tried to fob you off and were a disgrace!!

Waited an hour for pizzas and they were just cold

Unfortunately, the pizza was lukewarm. The cheese had already hardened because the pizza had cooled down so much.

Not so long ago discovered that there is also a branch of "Burger Kitchen" in Vlaardingen at this address at NYP. I absolutely do not order and eat Halal out of personal conviction. BK is known as 100% Halal, which also means that I will no longer order from NYP branches.

Ridiculously bad they need people but only hire women while only men work there and when you say something about it you are generated and blocked

I placed an order via UberEats, First I had a mistake with my order and I called the restaurant right away. The employee on the phone had solved everything in 3 minutes! They sent the rest of the order AND an extra as an apology! GREAT service

It doesn't deserve a single star. I ordered a pizza that came an hour and a half later, cold, it wasn't even what I ordered. The courier forgot that I also ordered a Coke. I had to remind him that I also paid for the Coke. When I called them to ask for an explanation, they hung up on me.

I placed an order on April 23 at 22:13 and paid for it. I was supposed to pick it up myself, but I didn’t manage to collect it. Your store closed at 22:30. However, the system says I picked up the order at 22:20, which is impossible because I had just placed the order at 22:13. The money was taken from my account, but I didn’t receive anything. Please look into this and either refund the payment or provide compensation. I can provide screenshots and payment proof if needed. Thank you in advance.

Waiting more than ANOTHER HALF HOUR for a pizza? It's downright ridiculous. This has happened to me twice now in a short period of time. I am very dissatisfied with this, it would have been better to go to the Jumbo and get something there. I was told twice by telephone that the delivery person would be on his way in 10 and then 5 minutes... and still nothing. Update: finally received, pizza cold.. I can no longer contact NY Pizza, they have already pushed me away from the branch twice.

I accidentally ordered for pickup but actually wanted it delivered. When I called I was greeted kindly and they sent the order to me. The food is also always delicious and arrives hot, definitely recommended👍😁

Ordered a self-composed pizza here last week. After half a slice of pizza I was able to throw away the entire pizza because the garlic 'swirl' was no longer a nice sauce for the taste, but my entire pizza tasted of overpowering garlic. Placed an order a few weeks ago... a little later I received a call that they no longer had this product in stock. It was about the Chocolate Chip Cookies.. Since I like the light brown cookies best and not the others, I asked for a refund. After waiting more than a week and calling several times, the money was still not received, so I called the head office. Unfortunately, they were of little help and I had to send an email so that they could forward it to the relevant store and manager. After more than 9 days had passed and I had spoken to the head office, I tried to make physical contact with the branch. I was then contacted by an employee of the branch who spoke to me politely and kept me well informed of any developments. The money has now been deposited, although the fault lies with New York pizza. The only thing they offered as goodwill was a 25% discount on my next pizza, which is of course deeply sad since I never order from NYP in the first place and once again the fault lies with NYP and I would never have gotten my money if I had not called. Then comes the part about food and previous experiences: It is a restaurant where the employees simply work in tracksuits, with earphones and no attention for the customer at all. The food itself is very good in terms of pizza variations. I don't think the pizzas themselves have much flavor and the dough is also a kind of soft cardboard. My advice is: go to Domino's on the Westhavenkade. Here you have better pizzas, friendlier staff and a better appearance.

Contrary to what I read in many comments below, they were very fast with delivery and the pizzas were delicious. A mistake was made by Thuisbezorgd, but New York Pizza resolved this themselves (which they did not have to do). I will definitely order here again

Ordered 50 euros worth of food twice now that they simply forgot or lost the dessert and waited 2 hours and called 4 times and was on hold, antisocial, finally asked for my money back, now hoping that they will refund the money after 3 weeks of work to dawn.

If only I could give less than one star! I definitely would have done it. Very bad experience with New York pizza Vlaardingen, ordered 2 pizzas, very dry and cold, too much tomato sauce which made the pizzas more sour than a lemon. Contacted, sent two new pizzas, I swear it was worse than the other two, we didn't eat them, they put so much garlic sauce on the pizzas! It was no longer pizza, just bread with garlic sauce, I'll post the photos right away. First and last time for me at New York pizza.

Of all the pizzas I've ever had, this was the absolute worst pizza ever. Super sweet with a very thick layer of syrup that passed for BBQ sauce. The nachos... reheated chips, onion and another bottle of that salty brown crap. Never again!

I heard they have a new owner, quality has noticeably gone down. Pizzas are chewy and there was a black hair in my nachos and I don't have black hair.

This location usually has a great offer, so I often order here and pick it up. Delicious pizzas!

Unfortunately, my experience with New York Pizza in Vlaardingen was very negative. On June 10, I placed an order at 12:00 noon, because the app said that was the opening hours and delivery on Saturday. After placing the order I was shown that the delivery time would not be until after 4:00 PM. That's why I decided to cancel the order. Unfortunately the phone was switched off and I couldn't contact them, nor could I send an email. I decided to personally go to the restaurant and ask to cancel the order as I couldn't wait 4 hours for the delivery. My request was accepted on the spot and I was told I would get my money back within 7 days. After 8 days I remembered that the money had not yet been refunded, so I called again. I was told I now had to wait 11 days. It's been three weeks now and I still haven't gotten my money back. I contacted the restaurant again and was promised that the manager would contact me, but that has not happened to date. I would now like to convey a message to the dear owner or manager of the business: Please remember that the customer is king and customer satisfaction should always come first, especially for a valued customer like me, who through my staff in the nearby hotel placed orders with you. Remember that your treatment of customers sets an example for your employees. Does this mean that you treat your employees the same way? Is that why the staff at your business changes so often? Remember that you are the face of this business and treating customers this way sets a bad example for others. I would be ashamed if a customer had to ask for a few euros back several times. For your own peace of mind and good reputation, I would even send a delivery person with cash to handle this matter quickly and satisfy the customer who may generate even more revenue in the future. Helaas was mijn ervaring met New York Pizza in Vlaardingen erg negatief. Op 10 juni plaatste ik een bestelling om 12:00 uur, omdat dat volgens de app de openingstijden en bezorging op zaterdag waren. Na het plaatsen van de bestelling kreeg ik te zien dat de bezorgtijd pas na 16:00 uur zou zijn. Daarom besloot ik de bestelling te annuleren. Helaas was de telefoon uitgeschakeld en kon ik geen contact met hen krijgen, ook kon ik geen e-mail sturen. Ik besloot om persoonlijk naar het restaurant te gaan en te vragen om de bestelling te annuleren, omdat ik niet 4 uur kon wachten op de bezorging. Mijn verzoek werd ter plaatse geaccepteerd en ik werd verteld dat ik binnen 7 dagen mijn geld terug zou krijgen. Na 8 dagen herinnerde ik me dat het geld nog niet was teruggestort, dus belde ik opnieuw. Ik kreeg te horen dat ik nu 11 dagen moest wachten. Het is nu al drie weken voorbij en ik heb mijn geld nog steeds niet terug. Ik heb opnieuw contact opgenomen met het restaurant en er werd me beloofd dat de manager contact met me zou opnemen, maar dat is tot op heden niet gebeurd. Ik wil nu graag een boodschap overbrengen aan de geachte eigenaar of manager van de zaak: onthoud alstublieft dat de klant koning is en dat klanttevredenheid altijd voorop moet staan, vooral voor een gewaardeerde klant zoals ik, die via mijn medewerkers in het nabijgelegen hotel al veel bestellingen bij jullie heeft geplaatst. Bedenk dat jullie behandeling van klanten een voorbeeld is voor jullie medewerkers. Betekent dit dat jullie jullie medewerkers op dezelfde manier behandelen? Is dat waarom het personeel bij jullie zaak zo vaak verandert? Onthoud dat jullie het visitekaartje zijn van deze zaak en dat het behandelen van klanten op deze manier een slecht voorbeeld is voor anderen. Ik zou me schamen als een klant meerdere keren moet vragen om een paar euro terug. Voor jullie eigen gemoedsrust en goede reputatie zou ik zelfs een bezorger met contant geld sturen om deze kwestie snel af te handelen en de klant tevreden te stellen, die in de toekomst mogelijk nog meer inkomsten kan genereren. In deze situatie voel ik me genoodzaakt om deze negatieve recensie te schrijven om jullie aan het denken te zetten!

Omdat er vrijwel geen écht lekkere Italiaanse pizzeria’s in Vlaardingen zijn (behalve bij het Stadsstrand en Lunar Labs, maar die zijn niet zo vaak open), ben ik New York Pizza steeds meer gaan waarderen. Ontzettend veel keuze uit toppings, en die dikkere bodem van het speciale deeg is eigenlijk toch wel erg lekker. Buiten dat is de bezorging ontzettend snel en hebben ze ruime openingstijden.

Fastfood pizza blijft Cardboard for the masses. Die van New York is daar geen uitzondering op. Vergeet de bloemkoolbodem dat is op zijn minst een misdaad tegen de spijsvertering. 2 sterren omdat alleen de service de toko drijvend houdt. Misschien is het handig om bakjes met ingrediënten van een deksel te voorzien. Nu voor de tweede keer ongewenste neveneffecten.

Na te weinig ingrediënten te hebben gehad, gebeld gesproken met ene leroy. Kregen de andere pizza deze zwom echter in de knoflooksaus... dus direct mee terug gestuurd. Uiteindelijk de juiste pizza gehad. Bellen heeft altijd zin zolang je beiden maar duidelijk bent naar elkaar! Goed opgelost.....

Altijd zeer tevreden! De pizza is lekker en nog warm bij het bezorgen.. de bezorgers zijn heel vriendelijk en netjes. Van de week eens afgehaald ipv bezorgt en ook het personeel in de winkel was ook zeer behulpzaam!

Wij hebben meerdere pizzatenten in omgeving Vlaardingen geprobeerd maar wij blijven elke keer weer terugkomen bij New York Pizza Vlaardingen. Dat zegt toch wel wat.

Ik moest de bus halen maar had trek in pizza dus had ik er maar 1 besteld. Toen ik aankwam wachtte ik 2 minuten en had ik mijn bus gered. Zo fijn!!!

Toppers van 11 december rond 19.00 uur waren super vriendelijk! Voor het eerst besteld bij New York, zal zeker niet de laatste keer zijn :D

Hier staat hygiëne hoog in het vaandel en over de kwaliteit van de pizza’s zijn wij erg te spreken.

Had van de week 4 pizza's besteld waarvan 1 pizza verkeerd belegd was. Erg jammer wat deze was voor onze kleine. Heb ze meteen opgebeld en binnen 20 minuten is er een nieuwe pizza geleverd met een leuk cadeautje erbij. De kleine weer helemaal blij!

Jammer dat je er met een grote groep niet binnen kan eten, maar dat is het enige nadeel.

Their Italian style pizzas are definitely much more decent than the most ones you can find in Vlaardingen and for a very reasonable price too. The service is super friendly and they have a good delivery service as well.

They have great pizza at a great price and very close to where i live they deliver and are pretty fast, and the pizzas are great tasting. They also stay open till late so they're great for a midnight snack!

Beste New York Pizza waar ik ben geweest (en ik ben er nog al in een aantal geweest). Andere vestigingen zouden een voorbeeld kunnen nemen aan deze vestiging. Altijd vriendelijke service en pizza die met zorg bereidt is. Ik bestelde laatst bij een andere NYP en bestelde mijn vaste recept en het was een zooitje, daardoor ben ik deze nog meer gaan waarderen. Good job!

Ze maken gewoon heerlijke pizza's. Als wij met z'n tweeën twee pizza's bestellen zijn die met 15 min. klaar. Altijd verse ingrediënten... Laatst nam ik bijv. de double pepperoni pizza en die week daarop MOEST ik hem gewoon weer, omdat hij echt super lekker was!!!!

Super vriendelijk personeel en snelle levering! Een coupon deed het niet maar bij het bellen met de klantenservice werd ik heel vriendelijk te woord gestaan en dachten ze heel erg met mij mee! Super blij mee en de pizza smaakt altijd goed!

Ik heb zojuist besteld bij nyp vlaardingen en jeetje wat was dat een heerlijke pizza. Bezorging was snel, kwaliteit was hoog, de bezorger zag er goed uit en de winkel is super strak en geordend! Zeker een aanrader!
