New York Pizza in Schagen (woonkern-Midden)

I have now been waiting an hour for 2 pizzas. This is not the first time.

I ordered two pizzas at 4:00 PM. The estimated delivery time was between 4:40 PM and 5:00 PM. I kept waiting and waiting, but at 7:00 PM I called because I still hadn't received my order. They spoke to me in a very loud and abusive tone and said that they couldn't reach me by phone and that it was my own fault. I always fill in the exact location of my apartment in the delivery notes—the floor, the house number, and that the delivery person must knock on the door—precisely because of these kinds of situations. After a rather heated exchange of words, they eventually said that they would make and deliver new pizzas. What is the point of the delivery notes for the delivery person if the instructions aren't followed anyway? After the phone call, it took less than 5 minutes for the delivery person to show up at my door without ringing the bell, even though he hadn't even received my address details during the phone call. I find that very remarkable!

Is edible and kind of warm, but bro this is supposed to be "Loaded" pepperoni? Change the name it has the classic 1cm dry edge as we like it, but also a 5cm extra ringaround with nothing but tomato sauce.

Delicious pizza, but quite expensive if you don't have any coupons.

Delicious pizza and they have nice employees

I don’t know why the reviews are so negative in my experience their pizza is amazing and so are the desserts, also super quick service I received my order in 20 minutes

Ordered food, took almost an hour to arrive for a 10-minute drive.. and it was inedible.. nothing was cut and everything was just thrown in.. won't order from here again

Terrible quality. Bad service!! Order your pizza somewhere else!!!!

Clearly stated that the vegan pizza had to be vegan due to a severe intolerance. I didn't do anything about it, because I still got seriously ill. This is not okay!

I got the wrong order. I ordered the Buffalo Terriyaki. Then I got this. I called them. The guy said he personally made the wings and definitely put the sauce on them. Well, as you can see in the photo, that's not true. The guy wouldn't give me a refund since I still had a 15-minute drive. She also wouldn't add two extra wings for all the trouble and mistakes. When I arrived, the guy was called right after his shift and didn't budge. It's striking that there are never any mature people working there; maybe it's about time.

What was once a 5-star review, I'm now removing it and giving it a big fat 1. Burnt pizzas happen sometimes. I sent a message, and they offered to get a free pizza. I didn't receive what they said, but they didn't understand much, and there wasn't a code in the message to show me. After a few months, I ordered again. I ordered a thick crust and received a thin one. It wasn't cooked properly, so I had to bake it myself in the oven. People make mistakes, but here it really goes wrong all the time.

So they simply don't show up. This is the last time I order from them. It used to be perfectly fine, but not showing up is a real shame.

I didn't get my pizza topping's and souce's. The quality of pizza was medium. I will not order anything from here again. I think i was robbed.

In Schagen I see what is now also a branch of "Burger Kitchen". Until now I have always seen this at the same address as NYP branches. From personal conviction I do not want to order and eat Halal dishes, since "BK" is known as "100% Halal" I will not take any more risks and will not order from NYP branches anymore.

A toy was missing from the kids' menu. I called, and it was brought right away. "Would you mind if we brought it over as soon as possible?" "For a girl or a boy?"... absolutely fantastic. I thought that at least deserved a positive review.

The quality has deteriorated significantly. The dough has gotten harder, there's less topping on the pizza, and the toppings are too far from the edges. It would be great if the quality were back to normal.

I do not recommend, they did not deliver the ordered food

I've ordered several times now, and the pizza was delivered quite late, and the last time, it was delivered by two young guys who were messing around more than working. I couldn't even say hello or goodbye, just smiled at each other. The NYP in Alkmaar was much more organized.

Ordered Crispy chicken wings at New York Pizza. Unfortunately, they were not "crispy" at all and they were also very greasy. That's why we didn't eat them. I sent a complaint about this via email to New York Pizza on 15-12-24. To this day, we have not received any response. Very unfortunate!

Broken, dirty pizzas, cold pizza delivery selected, I was called to say that I could pick up my order instead of delivery, toddlers at work there

I ordered at 7:15 PM and received my food at 9:10 PM. The pizzas were barely frozen and so cold. It was a very bad experience. I called the store and they said a delivery driver would pick up the pizzas first and then bring new ones. I've been waiting for my food for two hours and I'm incredibly hungry.

Yesterday, after grocery shopping, I saw a retarded idiot driving a New York pizza truck from Schagen, driving recklessly and under the influence. I called 911 and reported it. Bunch of scum.

It's a bit of a hiccup every now and then...if you're hungry, otherwise not.

Tasty pizzas in themselves. Reasonably filled with meat, few vegetables. The chicken and spinach pizza had exactly 6 leaves of spinach and each wedge had 1 piece of chicken. Not like in the photo. Taste is also a bit too salty. The lava cake was really delicious. Delivery was smooth and fine. It's nice that they deliver to the villages.

Pizzas are guaranteed to be delicious here. Delivery always on time and friendly.

I ordered dinner tonight, right before they closed, but hey, there was NOTHING in that house. I indicate that I do NOT want the doorbell to be rung, because I am with my friend and his father is such a vegetarian health nut and I didn't feel like having the discussion. I order TWO things with sauce and a can of coke. By the time they get there it's half past ten, they ring the doorbell (THANK YOU BECAUSE HIS DAD OPENED THE OPEN) and neither the sauce nor the drink are even there. That is literally half of my order that I just paid for. Then you want to call, but it's half past ten, so of course it goes straight to the answering machine. Thank you very much, can I at least have my money back?

I was really looking forward to a delicious pizza. But I no longer found it as tasty as it always was. Soft soil, little toppings... and the fact that I am not allowed to pay with cash here makes me decide not to eat here anymore.......

Great manager! Order placed at 3:00 PM via Thuisbezorgd, where it could not be delivered earlier than 4:45 PM. Unfortunately, that was really too late for us. So I called, hoping for a blessing, if it could be done sooner. He made it happen for us, and the pizzas were great! Delicious food, 10/10

Always super friendly. I always call because you cannot indicate online that you want less tomato sauce and the response is always so enthusiastic and cheerful. May also be said.

Ten eerste mijn complimenten!

De pizza’s waren heerlijk en binnen no time bezorgd!

very friendly and the pizza was tasty

Verder was New York Pizza Schagen telefonisch goed bereikbaar!
