New York Pizza in Schijndel

The absolute worst place ever. They are never on time, not a single order arrives correctly; no toppings on the pizza that were added extra, basic ingredients are often unavailable... a huge disappointment every single time. They should invest in better staff and a more customer-oriented attitude.

Cold pizza, waiting long without knowing when they will arrive.

Upon picking up, I overheard a very inappropriate and rude story told by the tall, stocky employee to the Black employee. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Once I arrived home, I saw that the pizza was completely ruined with holes in the crust. The complaint went unanswered. This branch is a disgrace to New York Pizza.

The pizza was tasty, especially after a few beers at RKSV WEC. P.S. We are champions.

In total, I made two orders and was disappointed with the food twice: the pizza was terrible, the chicken left much to be desired, and the chocolate cupcake (with liquid chocolate inside) tasted like undercooked dough.

I ordered 2 pizza's and I was waiting for over one and a half hour's, the pizza never arrived and I never got a call or a mail why so I decided to call myself. Eventually they told me that I would get a refund but I never got it.... From now on I'm just going to order from dominos

The shop is run by children, 90% of orders go wrong. Pizza is never delivered on time.

At the beginning, it was tasty and everything always went well, but lately ingredients are just missing from your pizza, I get pizzas in the wrong size, or something different from what I ordered. I put together a custom pizza, and that now costs 1-3 euros per ingredient. I don't really want to be stingy, but if I choose 5 items and pick a 30 cm pizza, I don't want a random 25 cm pepperoni pizza; the difference is just almost 10 euros or so, which is a real shame. Lately, it is not recommended, and it costs quite a lot to keep getting incorrect orders.

Scammers didn't receive pizza and still no money back

Ordered 2 pizzas, called an hour later, and they said they were on their way. Called again 20 minutes later, and they said they were still on their way. Finally, 1.5 hours later, 2 cold pizzas arrived.

Damn scammers, buy normal pizza, delivery costs 99 cents. I update my location, I live about 5 minutes away from there, fk 1.99. Yeah, every time it's a hassle with that stupid shitty app from you, I'm not going to be taken for a ride by a few street rats who think it's all about making money, then you go work on the demolition like a couple of those rats and then often the food isn't good either, this is the last time I get it from New York Schijndel.

Pizza is half-baked, missing half the ingredients. It's just scumbag work, you don't get a "good evening" vibe, but you do get a "yo faka, are you okay?" Sauce on your pizza? No way, they just throw it in. I'll go to another New Yorker. Hopeless guys there.

The pizza hadn't arrived after quite a while. I then called and was told the delivery driver was standing outside our house and we weren't answering, so the order had been canceled. While I was calling about this, the employee on the phone started talking rather casually, acting like it was the most normal thing. FYI, I have a doorbell at home; try that.

We ordered from New York Pizza on Saturday. It was the weekend, so we expected it might take a little longer. Three minutes after ordering, a friendly person called us immediately and told us it might take a little longer. Ultimately, it was delivered within 40 minutes, as indicated when we ordered it. The pizzas were also still warm. Thank you!

SHAMEFUL. This isn't customer service, it's pure contempt for the customer. What an incredibly amateurish and disrespectful company. I placed an order with New York Pizza and then hung on the line for almost three hours. After waiting two hours, I had to call them myself. "The delivery driver is on his way." After another 30 minutes, I called again. The exact same lie, even though it's literally an eight-minute drive. Don't treat customers like idiots. And then the absolute worst: after almost three hours, I received a call saying the order was being canceled because the car was broken down and the pizza was "cold." Seriously? You only think of that AFTER THREE HOURS? That's not bad luck, that's mismanagement and complete disinterest. No proper apology. No solution. No compensation. Just wasted time, left hungry, and blatantly lied to. If you don't feel like delivering, be honest. This was the last time. Absolutely DO NOT ORDER HERE.

I ordered pizza from NY Schijndel for the first time, and it was a great experience! I forgot to enter a coupon code for free garlic bread and actually wanted something else. It was resolved promptly. The pizza had cooled down a bit, but it was absolutely delicious! And the garlic bread was also delicious! I'm very satisfied and will definitely order again!

Unfortunately, one star is the minimum. After almost two hours, I called to ask where the pizza was, and it turned out the order was canceled because the crust was out of stock. No one responded, and we waited two hours for nothing. A vague phone call with a lame excuse. Sadly, we'll never order from here again.

We ordered pizzas from NYP Schijndel. We called twice because we hadn't received anything. The delivery driver had a car accident, which happens, so we'll wait. Finally, three hours after ordering, we received the pizzas: COLD. It's fine that you let us wait, but at least make sure we get hot food. We sent a complaint, but there was no response, and it's now been 10 days... Unfortunately, next time we'll go back to the local pizzeria.

My experience was utterly disappointing. We placed two orders for a regular pizza and a gluten-free pizza, and both times the order was canceled at the last minute because there were no gluten-free bases available. That can happen, but the subsequent handling was truly ridiculous. After the cancellations, you naturally expect a refund, but it turned out to be a huge struggle. After a year (!) of calling and contacting them, we only received the money for the first order. The second refund is still pending. Even the head office offered no solution and tried to fob us off with one free pizza, even though both orders were for two pizzas. I recommend everyone to go to Pizzeria Aladdin. They are always friendly and professional, and the pizzas are much fresher and tastier. New York Pizza has lost our trust.

We were on vacation in the area, and the guy who helped us was so incredibly sweet and helpful! The pizzas he made were delicious. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely come back to your pizza place. 10/10

Recently ordered pizzas. We couldn't pay because the battery was dead. He said he would come back for this. Fine, we wanted to pay the bill of course but we didn't hear anything. A week later they were banging on the door and windows at midnight. Quite intimidating!

Don't order from here. They usually don't have a garlic crust, which I can live with, but waiting almost two hours for your pizza is truly awful. They also don't take feedback seriously, which is a shame because the pizza is actually better than the local shawarma place. This will be our last time.

Picked up 2x and that was fine. Now for the first time delivered and mega mega worthless!!! Had to wait over an hour and a half (!!!) for our pizza. You guessed it, it was also cold. Picking up fine, but never never never order again.

Mega long wait always for pizzas, after ordering between 60 and 90 minutes always! Often have to call back because the indicated delivery time was already half an hour past etc, can't even get an apology. The delivery people here in Schijndel; always tailgating and antisocial people. Pizzas are tasty but decency of staff is hard to find.... Not worth the long wait

Ordered on time (a few hours in advance) to have it delivered at a certain time and then it still arrived too late. All food that arrived was cold and chicken still raw. Had to heat/cook it myself. Once and never again!

Zebis pay no attention to anything when it comes to ice cream, they just look at large and small, not according to taste and adding things to the description is also of no use, so don't look at them.

Every time I order something here it is a surprise with what you get, twice in a row I have not received what I ordered. As if the staff just doesn't care at all. I thought I would give it one last chance, but again it was a hit. Never again.

Advertising that you can win a trip to Italy, but not including the receipt / scratch card. They must have kept them for themselves...

Worthless!!!! The pizza was ready at 5:05 PM and will be delivered at 5:55 PM. So the pizza was waiting in the box for 50 minutes?? And no, then it is of course no longer edible and cold. 3 exactly the same complaints over a year to which you get no response from New York Pizza, but this is the worst pizza place I know.

All pizzas are delicious at the nyp. You also benefit from great promotions. At this location you have friendly staff who will help you quickly. Are you hungry? Then you are right here. Enjoy your meal.

Ordered, right on time.👍 It is noticeable that there is inflation, very sparsely invested, the Brooklyn pizza promised salami, a few types of cheese and onion, but there was barely any onion, no onion at all, the salami was crispy 🤮 and you don't taste anything from the garlic edge. I think it was in the oven too long. Unfortunately, there was no extra topping option otherwise I would have used it. Nothing wrong with delivery, just the pizza was a disappointment.

Average. Not bad, but not very good either.

21-10-23. Worthless! We ordered today at 8:30 PM from New York pizza in Schijndel, I called and had to pick it up in half an hour. After half an hour I was I went by and they said it's not on the order list. So I ordered again and they would make it right away and deliver it to my home for free. Unfortunately they never came. Bunch of amateurs!!! Tricks

Bad! Called to pick up, arrived and they indicated that my order is not on the list. Passed on again and they said they will deliver. Nobody had come! Bad bad bad! We will never order from here again!

Visited for the 1st time and very satisfied. I came in and was immediately helped friendly, when I ordered it was immediately put in the oven and was ready quickly. Then I ate it and was very satisfied. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
