I ordered three pizzas by phone: one 4-cheese, one salami, and one chicken piri-piri. I was able to pick up the pizzas after just 15 minutes. That was a positive. The pizzas, however, were extremely greasy, especially the salami, which was dripping with grease. I called the Medemblik branch, and the person on the phone was friendly, apologized, and advised me to leave a review on Google. So, here it is. I did ask them to review their process, because these pizzas were really not good. All three of us have stomach aches.

This is for the bad manager and bad service I call and place my order for Middenmeer I am told that there is no delivery in Middenmeer an hour later a delivery person comes here to deliver food for a colleague of mine and I ask him whose name the food was ordered under he says that name and I explain my situation he says yes we had nothing to do and not busy I think it's all crooked Mathilde

Arrived at EuroParcs IJsselmeer tonight, after a long day and still without groceries in the cottage... What do you do? Order a large pizza for everyone, of course. The delivery driver was on time and really went the extra mile to get it to us, truly fantastic! We had a delicious meal, a great start to our holiday, thanks!

It always goes wrong. Even if you call them beforehand to explain the previous time, it goes wrong. And even then it's not their fault.

Disappointing Experience and Unacceptable Customer Service at New York Pizza Medemblik My recent order from New York Pizza Medemblik was incredibly disappointing, not just due to the food quality but, more significantly, because of the truly appalling customer service we received. We ordered two pizzas: a Buffalo Chicken and a Parmesan Chicken. Upon receiving them, we immediately noticed that the chicken was entirely missing from both pizzas, and the vegetables were unfortunately burnt. This was a clear error on their part. Naturally, we called the store to report the issue. Instead of offering an apology or a solution, the staff member we spoke with immediately became argumentative, insisting that the chicken was on the pizzas and accusing us of lying. We were shocked when they flat-out told us to "put a review" and offered no other resolution over the phone. Determined to show them the error, we took the Parmesan Chicken pizza back to the store. Even with the physical evidence in front of them, they continued to deny the missing chicken and again dismissively told us to "put a review." It was only after persistent insistence on our part that they reluctantly agreed to make a new pizza. While a replacement was eventually provided, the entire ordeal left a very sour taste. The initial denial, the accusations, and the sheer arrogance displayed by the staff were completely unacceptable. Due to this incredibly rude, arrogant, and dishonest interaction, we will absolutely not be ordering from New York Pizza Medemblik again in the future. There are plenty of other options that value their customers and take responsibility for their mistakes.

After reading the bad reviews, we were skeptical about ordering here, but luckily we did. The pizza is truly unique and one of the best we've ever eaten. We absolutely don't understand the low star rating; we highly recommend it. The staff is incredibly friendly and extremely fast.

Really delicious pizzas, and thanks to a discount for pickup (instead of delivery), they're not expensive either. Both the Thin & Crispy and the NY-Style pizzas are delicious, especially the crust brushed with a light garlic oil!

The delivery person was parked in the middle of the intersection, after I said something I was met with swearing and shouting. Retarded.

Overall, the pizza was good, but 1. The service seemed promising, the guy said, "10-15 minutes for pizza," but he forgot our order because he was laughing with his friends. Only then did the driver ask if we were waiting for pizza. 2. He mixed up the pizzas, making them half and half. 3. The order took 50 minutes to complete.

Really delicious pizza! I'm vegetarian and they have really good options! You can always vary your toppings or add extra! The last time I only waited half an hour and the delivery person was already on our doorstep! We are fans!

De pizza's waren op zich prima, maar het personeel echt 3x niks. Er stond dat op ma-di-wo dat elke 2e pizza voor de helft was. Ik had het niet gezien ten tijden van de bestelling. Toen ik er nog naar vroeg zei de jonge man dat ik het aan had moeten geven. En hij liep weg. Ik vond het brutaal en absoluut niet klantvriendelijk. Smaak was prima, maar kom niet snel meer bij New York Pizza.

Fijne zaak en blij dat deze in Medemblik is gekomen. Pizza's zijn eigenlijk altijd goed en op tijd geleverd.

They took my order in English. We ordered a mass delivery for 90€. Everything was hot, ingredients were good. The garlic bread was awesome. Very much filling you up. Sauce and cheese were yummy. Next holiday we're going to order again for sure.

Door de ontzettende drukte duurde de bezorging wel erg lang maar de pizza’s kwamen goed warm aan en smaakte voortreffelijk. Gewoon goeien handel.

Wij hadden de buffalo chicken besteld en een margarita. Beide waren heerlijk op smaak met een lekkere bodem. De buffalow chicken was lekker pittig. Zeker een aanrader!
