Amateur company. I ordered pizzas last week, had to wait two hours, and they arrived cold. I contacted the head office, and they told me the branch would offer a suitable solution. I haven't heard anything since, and no solution has been offered. This company clearly doesn't take customers seriously.

Ordered a pizza two hours ago. You can track it on the app, but it doesn't show "delivered" for me! We've tried calling them ten times now, but no one answers, and the last two times it was completely dead. No food, and money gone!

Their app sends a notification that the pizza "has been delivered" but it is not true. I always have to wait more than 20 minutes.

I ordered for 6:30 pm, it is now 10 pm and I still haven't received my food.

I ordered food from thuisbezorgd and it took 2 hours to arrive at my house, I called the company 5 times and did not get one response or call back from them nor did it get an answer why my food was late When I got my food it’s was not even the correct order, they changed stuff of my order because they didn’t have a certain item and did not notify me about it. And all my food arrived cold and I didn’t get all my food and my drinks were warm This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered from this restaurant because normally it’s okay This was unacceptable

After 1.5 hours, still nothing. The staff are trying their best, but apparently they're understaffed (we later learned). Absolutely no way to get in touch. The phone isn't answered, and after 3:15 minutes, you're hung up on every time. Conclusion: unreliable, and the pizzas aren't great enough to make this hassle worthwhile. Besides, the nearby locations, like Capelle aan den IJssel, are doing well in terms of quality and speed. So from now on, I'll just drive to Capelle myself 🙃.

The most delicious pizza I've ever tried! Lots of toppings, incredibly tasty dough. We often take it out, which, in general, allows us to enjoy hot pizza! And by the way, cool promotions.

Very amateurish, ordered multiple times, and three times a water bottle arrived as a "child's toy." I called back then, and the response twice was: "Yes, we didn't have anything left, so we could only give you this." Then, months later, I tried ordering again, but the drink wasn't delivered, the delivery driver didn't say anything about it. I went back to the delivery driver, and he said: "Yes, we didn't have anything left." No communication beforehand, no communication at the door, and even if we hadn't called ourselves, no communication at all... I'll order somewhere else to avoid the hassle, never again. They're not responding, and even after reports from the head office, they don't feel compelled to refund anything. This location is a real disgrace to the company.

Ordered chicken from New York Pizza in Nieuwerkerk last night. Got sick from raw chicken! I won't order meat from here unless you want to get sick.

My husband ended up having to pick it up himself. Didn't get anything back for picking up the pizza ourselves. It was cold and not tasty. Too bad otherwise we would order here more often.

Ordered recently. Online stated delivery was 30-60 minutes, the final score was 2.5 hours. I picked up the order myself as it took too long, they could not credit me for delivery costs, no compensation was offered. When we got home, all 3 pizzas turned out to be wrong. In short, a waste of money, even after submitting a complaint about the hygiene of the business, you will simply not be helped. You are promised every time that you will be contacted, but after 3 reminders to the head office, still no response...

The first time, the spicy sauce was put on a children's pizza, even though we had explicitly asked for it to be delivered separately. The second time we got three raw pizzas. The customer service is rude, refuses to take responsibility and just laughs in your face. We had to drive a hungry child to the branch where we were told there was nothing they could do because the pizza had already been eaten. In the end we were promised that we would get our money back, but we'll have to see. This branch will never see us again.

Ordered at 6:00 PM and only received cold food after 2 hours. The delivery time is not correct at all. Delivery people do not know/read the orders and arrive with incomplete orders, which meant we had to wait even longer for our food. Not recommended.

Via Uber they delivered to the BP Gas Station on the highway, evala. The delivery man also spoke English. And we agreed, the delivery came on time.

First 20 minutes late then 3 out of 5 pizzas delivered and then it's our problem my child's master looks better than the food I will never order from here again!!

Long waiting time, even on a Tuesday evening 1.5 hours. Owner promised to send compensation but did not receive it. Bad service!

Tonight after placing the order I saw that the discount had not been applied. After telephone contact, the employee promised to add compensation to our order. Unfortunately, after our order was delivered, compensation was not included. So the last time for us.

Ordered 3 pizzas and snacks. Delivered super quickly. Everything was hot when it arrived too. The delivery lady was very friendly, wished us a tasty meal and a friendly smile. I can only say that everything went perfectly and was delicious.

I ordered 3 pizzas and a drink for all pizzas, after 1 hour I called New York pizza and only then sent the delivery person out and the pizzas were lukewarm and the delivery person had forgotten the drinks!!! Never order here again!

New York Pizza heeft een nieuwe eigenaar, vandaag 27 augustus 2022 hebben ze een leuke actie bij de wasstraat van Wash-in. Bij het ingaan van de wasstraat krijg je een pizza puntje om te proeven, aangeboden door een paar aardige dames. Daarnaast een kortingsbon voor een tweede pizza gratis. We gaan dit zeker proberen.

In tegenstelling tot vorig jaar, zijn de pizza’s nu op tijd, zeer goed belegd en goed van smaak. Ik denk dat ze een nieuwe eigenaar hebben. Perfect! Wij bestellen vaker.

Pizza was lekker en goed geholpen.

Personeel is meer aan het kletsen dan zorgen dat het er schoon en netjes uitziet. Besloot pizza op te halen, maar het was er echt heel vies. Klein krukje gevonden dat er redelijk uitzag maar ver van het tafeltje en bank gaan zitten. Vloer was ook heel erg smerig en dat om 17.00 uur.

Weinig aan de pizza's hier. Karig belegd en niet eens goed doorgesneden. Ge liever naar domino's

Pizza was kwalitatief goed. Alleen is de goedkoopste pizza 9 euro. Personeel loopt in burger in de keuken.

Pizza’s waren veel later klaar dan aangegeven tijd, en dat bij afhalen.

Wij komen hier regelmatig pizza halen vriendelijke mensen en altijd in voor een grapje en grolletje. Goede service en lekkere pizza natuurlijk.

Uiteraard net de dingen die we wilden bestellen waren er niet. Poffertjes waren koud en erg hard. Erg jammer. Wij bestellen hier in ieder geval niet meer.

Goede service, heerlijke pizza's en goede temperatuur.

Pizza's besteld om 18.45. Bezorgd om 20.00. In mail wordt gezegd 45 min. Helft van de bestelde toppings zat er niet op. Veel geld betaald voor custom pizza's, maar dat was het niet waard. Pizza's waren bijna koud bij bezorging.

Jammer dat we het ijs niet bij de pizza's hadden gekregen maar eten was goed
