New York Pizza in Wijk 00 Uitgeest

I placed an order a few weeks ago, called several times, and after 2.5 hours, I still hadn't received it. I canceled the order, but calling the front office wasn't a problem. However, I haven't received a refund yet, and unfortunately, I can't get through to the head office either.

We waited over an hour for an order. Then we called and were told the order had been processed... we hadn't received anything! After they re-entered the order, we had to wait another half hour for delivery. When I asked if they could compensate us for the incredibly long wait due to their mistake, I was met with a scowling NYP employee. It's disgusting how these teenage staff treat customers!

They claim to have a partnership with Van der Valk... Don't fall for it! The pizzas are disgusting, way too late, and completely cold! The service is also terrible.

Vreselijke service, vieze pizza’s! Om 17:00 laten weten dat we de bezorging om 18:30 wilden ontvangen. Om 19:30 kwamen er twee volledig koude pizza’s aan, na 3x bellen “De meneer is onderweg.” Geld terug is geen optie en de pizza’s mag je echt geen pizza noemen. Zo vies! Het bedrijf claimt een samenwerking met Van der Valk, maar trap er niet in als je zo’n bordje op je kamer ziet.

Gisteren besteld bij New York Pizza. De bezorger was aardig en het eten was lekker. nog nooit zo’n goeie pizza gegeten. voor op vakantie ideaal.

After an hour and a quarter our order finally arrived, only to hear that the delivery man forgot the drinks and would bring them later. After an hour and a half we finally had our order complete while they had stated that we would receive our order after half an hour. And then you think you can finally eat, you discover that there are multiple hairs on the pizza. This is scandalous!

I can't say anything bad, and I can't explain why the reviews are so bad. Service was quick and easy online. Very fast delivery and friendly. Pizza was hot and tasted very good.

Called for a pizza, the gentleman said the pizza would take 40 minutes... but 2 hours later it still hadn't arrived, it's now 2230... I will never order anything from here, what a poor service

NYP emailed an offer: "The workweek is over. And that means: Friday night is New York Pizza night! Your location has a fantastic deal for you. Now at New York Pizza Uitgeest Middelweg: 2nd pizza €1.99. 🍕 Use coupon xxx with your order." After trying to order online with the discount code for half an hour, it didn't work. After calling NYP Uitgeest, the answer was: "No, if it doesn't work online, you won't get a discount." So New York Pizza is pestering me with offers via email, but then they make it impossible to order. Crap!! So, no pizza from them then.

Took a long time for order to arrive, pizza was lukewarm and I don't know what pizza it was but not the one I ordered. It seemed like a kind of bland combination of a few types, not really tasty

Ordered at 18:45, called at 20:00 to ask where my pizza was and was told it was on its way. 20:45 still no cancer pizza, called again, was told it was on its way. Really a bunch of idiots there. Last time I order here.

Quite an experience, this was reserved at 3 o'clock in the afternoon for half past 6. Indicated calling via the number upon arrival. Then the delivery person knocks as if he were the bailiff. Pizza arrives at half past 7 then cold. We call because the pizza is cold, we got a 2nd lukewarm pizza 😂 In short, there is no point in making a reservation, apparently they don't take it into account. Seems very chaotic and it seems like a lot of children keeping the place running.

Ordered food in the store and the manager was very unfriendly. Also everything was thrown like; pizzas knives and other things. The manager also got very angry with the delivery people and then they also yelled at us. Pizza was full of air bubbles and there was almost no garlic on the garlic bread. Avoid this place, it has become very bad in the last year.

Great tasting pizzas! Just what was needed after a marathon. Staff were very friendly.

Never experienced anything so bad, because it didn't go wrong once, but several times in a row, right in front of me. To literally get sick of how poorly the pizzas are made: incompetent mess. Caprese? No, you only get one margarita. And just pretend like they don't understand what you're talking about. Seriously, please put up your tent. Because ordering from you requires a failed/wrong cold pizza. And yes, don't be surprised if the ordered products lie on the floor for at least 10 minutes before they are delivered. Getting thrown food, it's a big playground there. And they showed that well. In that tent and the "food".

Aii... What incredibly rude people work here. I ordered more than an hour in advance and when the pizza still hadn't arrived, I called again. People were laughing on the phone, it was such chaos, the young lady said. It would take another 20 minutes from then on. Except for the delay. Told that the order no longer needed to come. to which the young lady replies thank you for your understanding. Called back to express my surprise at the service. I have never experienced what happened then before. It wouldn't have been rude to laugh, I should have understood their chaos (I should have called myself so I could possibly show understanding). The young man's words continued: "He thought it was rude that I called back about this, it was the fault of the head office where I had to report my complaint. He was going to pass the ball back to me? To which I told him that I understand that it can be difficult when it is so busy, but it would have been appreciated if there had been some contact and not made fun of. The young man replied that he was too busy for the conversation and was going to help customers who had not canceled. After which the connection was disconnected. Oh dear people, don't order anything here, so that the staff can have a quiet time... so we can show understanding about their incredibly difficult job. Bunch of sad wretches.

Show no understanding, ordered at 6 o'clock, would be there at 7 o'clock, still no pizza

Today we waited 45 minutes for our order. An hour after ordering online, the pizzas went into the oven. Delivery person indicated that it was busy.

Ordered 10 past 6 no order yet as it is now 8:18 PM. Called twice and was told twice that the pizzas had just come out of the oven. Bad service over the phone!!!

Pizza delivery man in a car drives through the village far above the speed limit and without paying attention. Irresponsible. Manager waves it away as unimportant.

Just bad! Lava cake was already broken upon arrival. The cake was still frozen and my ice tea was expired! I had called for a new lava cake (because the delivery person had to come back for change) but it was also broken...

Chaotic Service, nobody knows what the other do. We had two Pizza, take away, one was very fast done as the other. They do not recognize that we wait. One Pizza ok the other dry and cold. Bad experience.

For a change we had to wait another 1.5 hours. Ordered 3 things and 2 things went wrong.

The worst and most unappetizing pizza I have ever eaten. The pizza was delivered to your home. So I can't say anything about the atmosphere.

NYP Uitgeest: pulled chicken pizza. I couldn't find the chicken. Pizza had mediocre toppings.

Ordered a pizza, a garlic bread and a salad to our hotel (Akersloot). Everything was Soper tasty and fresh! The delivery guy had a problem to contact me since I don't have a local number (my phone company's bad), and instead of me apologizing to him, I got a free cookie for waiting 😆 Thanks a lot!

Goede kwaliteit pizza, altijd goed op tijd! Enkel het snijden is vaak minder goed gedaan (zeer ongelijke stukken en niet voldoende doorgesneden)

Bestelde een pizza maar die was koud, gelukkig wel een leuke positieve bezorger genaamd Marvin. Hij regelde gelijk een goede nieuwe warme pizza, top Service!!!!
