New York Pizza in Steenwijk

I ordered an 8-inch pizza. But if you think you'll get a pizza filled to the rim, like in the photos they advertise, you're wrong. Of that 8-inch, maybe 10cm was filled, the rest was rim. Such an expensive joke! The taste was fine. This was my first order from this chain. Too bad.

Now I know why their rating is so bad!!!! The shop doesn’t care at all about the customers inside. No one bothered to take our order even though the staff kept looking at us while chatting and working on other things. We waited for around ten minutes with zero service, so we decided to leave. Very disappointing experience.

I don't understand all the negative reviews. I order from them regularly. And the delivery is always fast. And the pizzas are delicious. And yes, if you order on Friday and Saturday, it's not surprising that you might have to wait a bit longer.

The pizza was tasty and made to order. The staff were friendly, and the overall experience was great.

A pizza was made wrong, so after calling it would come later. After 10 minutes someone at the door who comes to tell us that we had received products from someone else, we thought it was a free deal. We had to hand in the wrong pizza and we had to pay extra when the right pizza is finally delivered... We gave up on that after waiting 1.5 hours. Or in other words, no pizza received, but paid.

Ordered food at 20:45. Still nothing received at 21:50. Decided to call to see what was going on. Was told it had just been taken out of the oven. At 22:30 a delivery woman is at the door (probably with cold food since it had been out of the oven for 40 minutes). Very sad for the delivery woman, but we had it taken away again and want our money back.

Unfortunately, it usually takes longer than an hour to deliver, no matter what you order. Ordered at 21:30, it is now 22:50 and still nothing… They probably take it with them after closing, because calling is of course no longer possible because they close at 22:30.. this was the last time we ordered here. Update: it is now 23:00, I called to see if anyone still answers, and the lady said that my order never came through. But it was confirmed and even clicked as ‘on its way’. So many times that this happens, never again New York pizza for us. Have money refunded. (for which you then also have to wait another week)

Tried several times. The fried products are fine, but the pizzas are very disappointing. There were only two meager slices of salami on the Pizza Salami, otherwise completely bare. No cheese, no sauce, no effort whatsoever. After reporting this, nothing was done about it. For me this was the last time. Too bad, and I honestly hope this is not an independent entrepreneur - such an approach is not advertising.

The delivery person was very late and the food was cold. terrible manager, hygiene is very poor. send the health inspection once in a while.

ATTENTION change trick When paying in cash, he claims he doesn't have any change with him; his colleague supposedly didn't say anything about it. This happens very often, especially always with the same driver!!!!

Unfortunately, the service was extremely poor. They indicated they couldn't order online, so they had to make the comments over the phone. Ultimately, the wrong item was delivered, and they only said, "Yes, I think we've forgotten." Such a shame! No compensation, not even an apology. We certainly won't be returning.

Always delicious pizzas, delivered much faster than indicated (except maybe on Saturday evenings, but that's understandable). All in all, great!

A hair in your food is of course not very tasty, but it can happen once. After I saw the second hair in my pizza my appetite was completely gone. It is really disgusting! Maybe the pizza maker should wear a hairnet (if he doesn't already). Too bad because normally I like the food.

Terrible! Ordered via the app, it would be delivered at 5:30 PM. At 6:30 PM there was still nothing. Called several times not answered. After driving to the branch myself, I arrive at a closed branch. Nowhere indicated that you are closed or anything. I think it's really bad! Please contact me to return the money. Certainly not used to you!

The staff were very friendly, but the pizza was a salty mess with some cheese thrown on top.

The small staff politely called to say they'd be late. Then they gave me some extra treats and coupons. A great solution, and the pizza was delicious!

Friendly people, and they communicated well and extra carefully if there was anything wrong. I'd happily order from them again; despite the slightly longer delivery time, it was delicious!

Friendly young people, happy that I did cheese rounds, when I was inside ordering and waiting, the buckets with sauce were open without a cover on the counter with the necessary flies in them, cheese things came straight from the refrigerator and into the oven, Fortunately, little could go wrong with that, I noticed that the staff kept gloves on when cleaning and (my) food preparation, it seems better to change gloves, not a great thing in terms of hygiene and staff training in this regard.

Ordered pizza today. Would be 3 pizzas for the price of 2, but if you wanted a double tasty, that was not possible. So I ended up paying for 3 pizzas and didn't get a double tasty either. Not a thin crust either. Never post a review, but no, never again.

We had ordered three pizzas, they forgot the garlic that should be on the edges, the three mouse desserts that we were supposed to get for free were not included instead of they had added one for which we had to pay. An hour after the order had been placed, nothing had been delivered. Ik had medelijden met de medewerkers, het was zo heet in het gebouw. Ben tijdens het wachten buiten gaan zitten, bestelling werd keurig gebracht. De zwarte truffelpizza is superlekker.

Uitstekende ervaring met New York Pizza Steenwijk! Van bestellen tot bezorgen ging alles vlekkeloos. Complimenten voor de vriendelijkheid van de bezorgers. Het eten is top! Zeker een aanrader!

Prima pizza's en desserts. Snel en warm geleverd.

Bij bestellen hebben we zo snel mogelijk bezorgen gekozen. Maar de pizza's waren 25 minuten later dan de eerste bezorgoptie. De pizza's waren lauw. Ten opzichte van de concurrentie kleiner en duurder. Dit was de eerste keer dat ik hier bestelde...

Lekker pizza's, vriendelijk personeel, gezellig sfeer.

Denk dat ik nu 3 keer besteld heb, 1 keer opgehaald. Vriendelijk personeel en bij bezorgen zijn ze eerder dan de bezorgtijd genoemd in de bestelling. Voor mij op zich prima, maar er zullen klanten zijn die rekening houden met dat tijdstip en ondertussen wat anders gaan doen waardoor ze voortijds niet bij de deur zullen zijn. Pizza's, pasta, bijgerechten zijn me tot op heden allemaal goed bevallen.

Hele lekkere pizza’s zou wel voor de dunne bodem gaan! Ik vind het zeker je geld waard. Bezorger was mooi optijd en vriendelijk.
