I had to wait a very long time after calling because I kept getting the message that they were closed, but I was told it was very busy. Luckily, they weren't actually closed; I'd already paid and wanted to eat. The pizzas were well-filled and nice and hot. It was buy-one-get-one-free and very tasty. The delivery driver was polite. It's a shame there are only bad reviews. I don't think that's necessary; I assume they're doing their best.

Waited 2.5 hours for two lukewarm pizzas. Delivery time was supposed to be 1 hour and 15 minutes... terrible place.

Another dive that's ruining the brand's image. Pardon my French, but this is complete nonsense. I placed an order 45 minutes before closing. It was cancelled 15-20 minutes later. Okay, so you decided to cheat and close almost an hour early. Why is it so hard to cancel an order RIGHT AWAY instead of making people wait that long?

Having to wait almost 2 hours for my pizza is just ridiculous and unacceptable

I waited almost an hour and a half for my pizza on a Thursday. It wasn't even prime time. Plus, my extra toppings weren't on my pizza, so I just got it standard.

The waiting time is way too long. They don't deliver quality at all, never ordering here again. Don't recommend this NYP, if u read this, avoid at all costs! Estimated delivery times are also way off and u get delivered a cold pizza. So on top of the pizza tasting very bad, it will also be cold. Take this warning.

Ordered from burger kitchen which is apperently owned by nyp, it came from this location. Food was trash, chicken burger was made out of 4 chicken nuggets holding it together, everything was cold and potato's were not properly cooked. Disgusting overpriced garbage, if i knew burger kitchen was a part of nyp i wouldn't have ordered here🤮

When you order a buy-one-get-one-free pizza through Uber, you get really sparsely topped pizzas. That way, I can give away a pizza too!

What an order drama this is! Ordered at 5:35 PM, 6:45 PM still nothing, call, we are busy. Children were quickly given a sandwich and taken away. Call again at 7:15 PM.. eventually at 7:25 PM, half cold pizzas at the door, no further service. What a travesty last time!

Slow delivery, inconsistent pizzas. I’m a big NYP fan and recently moved here and everything is just worse than the location I used to order from, Frederik Hendriklaan. You guys can learn a thing or two from them.

We love to order New York Pizza for delivery! Their pizza is nice and tasty. The quality does vary a lot though, as does their delivery time.

I don't recommend it, I've been ordering my pizzas here for years now, but the last 3 or 4 were very unpleasant! Once I waited 4 hours for my pizza without even receiving an excuse or compensation and now today for the umpteenth time I waited for more than an hour and a half and the pizza was not even tasty, the cheese on it was dark brown and unedible and unfortunately I also found the telephone very unpleasant. I will never order from here again. It's a pity that there was no excuse yet, but a discussion is worthless, you really mean it, I'm not normally into reviews, but it just keeps happening here, you can't even order your pizza normally 1 hour and a half. Even waiting 4 hours is a bit too much for a simple, worthless cheese pizza! Sorry to say, but this was enough for a while and I'm really done with it

This chain offers halal meat pizza which is amazing. Tastes really good and fast delivery

Picked up 2 Downtown Döner pizzas, but I won't do that again. The 25 cm pizzas were about 21 cm and they were not yet cooked. The edge was thick and rough, and the pizza was tasteless: definitely not what you would expect from NYP. Furthermore, it looked like a daycare behind the counter.

It was more than a disappointing experience. This was so bad that I really can't understand how someone makes this and thinks 'ah f it, I'll put it in a box and I don't care anymore'. I can't understand it because this was worse than bread with tomato sauce, which it basically was. But more rancid. I haven't ordered NY pizza for exactly this reason for years, but I recently did again and on average it was okay, sometimes much better and sometimes less so. But this was just an insult to even me as a human being. And that something like that - and I was down, the intention of not cooking and having a nice pizza was precisely to make myself happy with something tasty - then ruin your whole evening. Real..

Worst branch of New York Pizza! Deliver flattened cold pizzas twice on 2 different days!

Ordered Saturday evening at 6:05 PM and still no pizza at 8:00 PM. I called twice to see where they were staying and on the last call I indicated that we would pick them up ourselves at 8:30 PM. The employee thanked us because of the shortage of delivery people (?). We arrive there: Nope, still no pizzas!! Still haven't even gone into the oven. We canceled the order and now have to wait 5 days to get our money back!!!!! At least that's what I had to believe from the dear gentleman who canceled our order in the system. We then received a customer satisfaction survey in the evening, for what exactly???????

Waited 1.5 hours for a squashed pizza where the dough was undercooked. It was left in my own pizza oven for another 10 minutes before it was even remotely edible. When I called the restaurant they said that it really isn't possible and I got all kinds of excuses that it was just overcooked. I have been eating pizza for 30 years and regularly bake everything myself and have worked in the bakery. So don't tell me it's done if you haven't even seen the pizza. For me this was the last time. It was already there last time I ordered. So people don't order pizza here!

Tasty pizza but terrible delivery service and communication. They say the pizza has been delivered when it hasn't, and there is no way to track the order once they claim it's been delivered. Their discounts also aren't really discounts because you still have to spend a minimum amount to qualify for an order.

I have been ordering pizza from New York for 15 years now and I can clearly see that 2 points have changed in all those years. 1 the price and 2 the service. You now pay €5 more per pizza for waiting 2/3 hours for a pizza. Ridiculous! And when you call, they want to meet you with no less than a cola or a cookie. Can it be done guys, man man man. What a service! And although I have been promised a Coke twice after 2.5 hours of waiting for 2 orders, they still manage to forget it every time. Flop tent! And don't get me started on the times I got a burnt pizza. Very unfortunate! I was always very happy with New York pizza, but I'm now really done with that store!

They have a new 'thin and crispy' pizza, but the crust is exactly like the regular crust. It was a little disappointing because why advertise something that is no different than the regular product? If you say thin and crispy, this is what I expect, not limp and flabby. Otherwise, the delivery was OK but the pizza was apparently prepared way in advance so it was only lukewarm.

We ordered many products (chicken wings, 5 pizzas, sauces). On the other hand, we have not received HALF of these products. We also asked for a pizza without onion, but the onion was on it. Moreover, the site stated that they could not deliver today and that pickup was only possible, but when we arrived there we saw several delivery drivers leaving with pizzas. All in all: better not order pizza from this store!

I don't know how you take 2 hours to make 1 pizza, but it's great I called where it was and it was stated that the delivery person was on his way, after 40 minutes still nothing. If you do not want to deliver during a match, you should not be open, but this is completely impossible

Take a look at the photo on the website of the Brooklyn Style pizza. Once upon a time, pizza actually looked like this upon delivery, but today it's just tomato sauce, a few pepperoni, and a dollop of cheese. Really a shame. It has deteriorated considerably in recent years.

Veel negatieve reviews over bezorging. Nog nooit problemen gehad. Beste fast food pizza delivery. Brooklyn style op dunne italian bodem is GOOD! Bodem is echt lekker. Saus goed kaas goed pepperoni goed. Geen Dominos voor mij yuch net karton die bodem.

Bij deze new York Pizza gaat altijd wel iets mis. Of een maat te klein, of saus vergeten en ga zo maar door. Gek van te worden.

Vandaag voor het eerst hier afgehaald, omdat we Domino’s na een paar slechte ervaringen de laatste maanden helemaal zat zijn. We zijn positief verrast! Goede bodem, goed belegd, niet te zout, maar precies wat je van een New York style pizza verwacht. Prima pizza en voor herhaling vatbaar!

Ordered pizza via Uber Eats, pizza came late by 30min but it was very tasty. Pizza was fresh and still hot. I was kinda impressed with the quality of the pizza but the deliver times can be improved.

I thought the Pizzas were okay, but honestly the toppings were super scarce. Especialyl the 5 cheeses pizza barely had any cheese on it.

Dit is veruit de beste pizzaspot voor mij. De pizza is altijd on point! Omdat mensen eerder een negatieve review plaatsen bij een slechte ervaring en bij een goede ervaring niet is een 3,7 onterecht! Dikke 5 sterren!!

Have gotten take away here twice. Server is nice and friendly but place could definitely be cleaned a little. Staff also sitting on countertops. Pizza also fairly average.

Wij bestellen hier al jaren. Jongens en meiden werken hard in dit filiaal in voorburg. Issue met je pizza word gelijk opgelost. We hebben 1x besteld in het filiaal in delft doen we ook nooit meer. Die mogen nog wat leren van dit filiaal. Qua klantvriendelijkheid en eerlijkheid. Dit filiaal in voorburg blijven ons als vaste klant houden

het eten was lekker en snel! alleen heeft niemand heeft hun mondmasker goed aan binnen.

Was so looking forward to a New York pizza. Unfortunately, it was a disappointment. Ordered a margherita, pepperoni and Hawaii pizza for delivery. All pizzas arrived hot. The margherita was burnt (cheese) and did not have fresh basil. The Basil is what makes a margherita different from a cheese pizza. Pepperoni and cheese was also burnt. The Hawaii pizza was the only one that was not burnt. Can not recommend this pizzeria. Also the pizza box has what looks to be a tiger or maybe it's a dragon on the box. Not sure how this ties into New York. The marketing piece for discounts had the Statue of Liberty with her hands over her eyes. Is she crying, hiding her face in shame?

Ik heb vandaag een pizza afgehaald, en ben hierover zeer tevreden. Erg vriendelijk personeel, een schone keuken en bovenal een heerlijke pizza. Kortom, reden om terug te komen!

De telefonist had nog nooit van een quattro stagioni gehoord. Van de vier seizoenen wist hij wel te vertellen dat die niet in de aanbieding was, terwijl ik daar helemaal niet om gevraagd had. Pizza's waren oké maar aan de zoute kant. Jammer dat ze nog niet met elektisch vervoer rijden.

Lekkere pizza's. Met acties ook goede prijs kwaliteit anders wel prijzig.
