New York Pizza in Wijk 00 Vriezenveen (kern)

Permanently closed, it is still open online. I ordered a pizza two months ago, never had a pizza and did not get any money back!!! Scammers

07/12/2024 ordered food and paid immediately, later called from the Almelo branch that Vriezenveen was closed so I could pick up my order or get a refund. I opted for a refund, but after contacting a number of times I have not received anything yet. Bad thing!!

Ordered pizza around 2 p.m. for 5:30 p.m. Received a call at 5:30 PM only to be told that they were closed and could not deliver it. So no food received for the evening!!

Ordered pizza on 10-11-24 but quickly called from another location. That Vrijvenveen was closed and I could either pick it up from Almelo or the order was canceled and the money refunded. But so far no money has been seen. I had contact several times via WhatsApp and promised that they would arrange it and if it did not arrive last Friday, they would deliver it last Saturday. Of course this didn't happen either. Bad thing this!!

After waiting 2 hours and calling 3 times without anyone answering, I received a call back that they were actually closed and my order could not be made. In principle 1 star, but I ultimately gave 3 stars because the food tasted great and the people who spoke to me were extremely friendly and did their best. Update: still haven't received my money back. Then you can be nice all you want, but one day it will stop. 1 star!

Ordered while they were closed. The branch was listed as open in the app. Also paid. To date I have not received my money back. Customer service no longer responds to anything. According to the head office, this is not their problem. Really, shame on you New York pizza!

After a long time of them being closed every day, I finally saw they were open again, so I placed an order. Half an hour had passed since my order and I was called by a different location that the one in my town was in fact still closed and somehow my order came through. I had the option to either let them make my order and for me to pick it up, or to cancel the order and let them reimburse my money (which would take up to a week). According to google they're open and the store still exists in my town. NYP customer service doesn't answer any questions or don't respond at all and no info about them being closed is found anywhere. After countless attempts ordering pizza here, I'm not going to try anymore and they have lost a loyal customer.

Always happy to order. Only often closed lately, on days when I wonder why (weekend Friday evening due to crowds). It would be nice to know why.

In the beginning everything went well for you. Good service. But lately things have been very bad. 9/10 you are suddenly closed. You can order food and when you look later it says you are closed. A few hours later you receive a phone call that you are closed. Please let us know earlier if you are closed.

If you like to order a margherita pizza, this is the best place to do it, because this is what all pizzas look like. Few toppings for which you pay extra. A pizza with chicken has exactly 2 pieces of chicken, so you can better say "the chicken flew over it". In addition, delivery only arrives 45 minutes later than agreed, so your pizza is still cold. So if you like to eat a cold margherita pizza, I would definitely order here and otherwise order from another pizza place. In addition, all side dishes were also delivered cold.

Extremely long waiting times (1.5 hours +) without mention. No apologies or any gesture that they find it annoying. Production company without service orientation. My advice: order elsewhere.

Order delivered more than an hour late. Then it arrived almost cold. This is already the 3rd time this has happened. Don't talk about the toppings on the pizza, they flew over it. Never again for us!

Had to wait over 2 hours for just 2 pizzas. No message from them, had to call back several times. No apology offered. If we wanted it faster, we had to come pick it up (had chosen and paid for delivery). Once delivered, the pizzas were not very warm. We will never order from here again.

Ordered, came to collect myself... When we left we didn't get the chicken nachos Called and they would bring it within half an hour 45 minutes later, we even drive ourselves back to where we left off. After reading the reviews I gave it a chance. Ordered 1 pizza for €16.50. + A cookie. Pizza itself didn't necessarily taste bad. But I should have ordered a Margarita and bought a piece of meat at the supermarket to throw on it. Because there is hardly any meat on it. The cookie was factory packed in plastic, which tasted good by the way! Order arrived exactly within an hour as stated. Ordered just after opening, on a weekday. Is it worth the 21 euros including shipping? I don't think so.

Had to call 4 times and had a delivery person 4 times. I ordered 2x cinnamon bread and 2x chicken pops. First time the delivery person came with only 1 cinnamon bread so I called then he came with the 2x chicken pops without the other cinnamon bread but those pops were stone cold and had to wait almost 2 hours so I called again then the other cinnamon bread came and then the warm chicken pops without sauce... everything is not going well there. The delivery person pays that dear boy, he can't do anything about it, but I think it's a shame how things are going for you.

Pizza online bestellt. War sehr lecker und pünktlich fertig. Der service war ebenfalls sehr gut und sehr nett. Punktabzug weil die Lieferoption nicht funktioniert hat. Trotzdem sehr zu empfehlen. Gerne wieder.
