2 HOURS FOR ONEEEE PIZZA AND A COKE?????????? NAH, get your restaurant together, this is not what people expect for a "fast food restaurant chain"

They make very good pizzas and their food is also halal which is a plus point for me. I often order from them and the staff are very friendly. They also have many vegetarian options and their garlic bread is heavenly to be honest.

Staff very bed , bed food , bed everything They are told u that the waiting time is 15 min and you wait 40 min. you order something you get something else. I want to say that the staff there do not deserve their position.

Order online here often, New York pizza pizza place always remains one of my favorites. I often order well in advance with a time slot, the last few times without a time slot and then delivered as quickly as possible, no problems, usually 10 minutes late, but yes I do that myself, I just have to order a little earlier😜 always delicious and nice delivery people so far.

Unfortunately…. Waited 2 hours for food… food arrived cold and the sauce was forgotten…

Ordered quite late on Friday as a base for drinking. Ordered at 9:10, pizza arrived at 10:40. The lady on the phone was super nice, she said something had been forgotten and that's why it took so long, but when I got my order I think they forgot the entire order. Raw bases in the two pizzas and two items were not in my order. The delivery guy almost threw the pizza in my face, which is a shame because I have ordered from here several times but the quality has gone down so much.

I ordered a small thin crust pizza inside the restaurant. I waited 35 minutes for my pizza and when they served it to me it was not thin crust. The staff was also extremely unfriendly and rude. This is nothing like the quality and service you get from a real New York pizzeria.

DO NOT GO THERE! Someone pooped pizza on me. It sounds bizarre and it was. This gentleman stood squatting on the Bali while he dumped his shit (poop) on my pizza. After this, his colleague took a spatula and spread it over my pizza. They both laughed, so I took the pizza anyway. Pizza didn't taste any better.

The only New York Pizza that does not want to deliver to the fair. We can't leave without closing the attraction and they don't make it difficult anywhere, except for this New York Pizza. Never had any problems at expensive restaurants or other companies in the Netherlands except here.

For the third time I receive a pizza that, in addition to being delivered far too late, has also not been cut. The reason I order from New York Pizza is because the pizzas taste much better than at Domino's and I have come to expect good service from the entire franchise, but delivery times should not be longer than an hour. It's as if you don't want to be better than Domino's in this way. Nevertheless, I give you 4 stars with some room and prospect of improvement.

Order 8 pizzas of salami and then receive pizzas with 2 pieces of salami on them. Then I called and explained that there was very little salami on it. It's funny to say over the phone that I'm wrong. This is idiotic.

I ordered around 22:07 ish. I realised after that are closed at 23:00 and it's takes about 90 minutes to deliver. This was via thuisbezorgd. Pizza came at 23:30. Guess I was lucky. It was cold, it looked very rushed and the best part was I didn't even have slices. Like they forgot and rushed out the pizza to deliver I would have rather they called me and reimburse my money due to timing. But this was totally unacceptable. Can't treat paying customers that way with their food. Never again!

Ridiculous tent, you order for delivery time of 7:15 PM more than an hour and a half in advance, you call at 8:00 PM to find out where it is, "the car delivery person is not there yet". They arrive at 8:20 PM with lukewarm pizza. And that on a MONDAY! Caprese pizzas also without pesto, so that is a slice of margherita with tomatoes. You really should be ashamed

Pizza delivered an hour late and cold, misery man, don't order here

They canceled my first order with no reason., and i called them and they advice me to order again and i did. After 2 hours i called the restaurant to check my order and they said there's nothing on system!!!! With the fact that i called the restaurant to make sure if they received it or not and they said YES WE HAVE YOUR ORDER. And after that they advice me to order again.

We order from New York because the pizzas are delicious. But waiting +2 hours means that this was the last time.

Unprecedentedly long waits, even for pick-up...

The food was delicious But I was not treated with respect, which I thought was a negative.

I imagined the store would be bigger and it felt like only two people could eat there at the same time. The food was really tasty and is significantly better than in the German NYP branches. New York Pizza should also have longer opening hours.

I ordered 1 pizza at 9:23 PM and it was finally delivered at 10:55 PM. The delivery address was a 2-minute bike ride from NYP, but I was at work and therefore could not pick up the pizza. The pizza was not cold, but very poorly topped, literally 2 slices were just just dough and tomato sauce. Very dissatisfied unfortunately for €14.49 :(

Not satisfied. We ordered pizza donor which has a few meat on this large pizza. Never go to new York pizza

Ordered pulled chicken pizza. Pizza arrived cold, not bad, cold pizza isn't bad either 😂 but good And the delivery person seemed grumpy

Excellent pizzas, could use some more promotions, and recently ordered a pizza, it took 15-30 minutes, the pizza only arrived after 60 minutes, please make better estimates.

More than 30 minutes to get a pizza while non-stop orders.

PERFFECT personeel, lekkere pizzas

The pizza is the best in town! I only ever order pizza from here. The staff is always very nice. Can only recommend if you’re looking for delicious pizza for a good price.

The Manager on Monday was very helpful and understanding. Had a great experience and even better food.

Warning. Theres so much oil in these pizzas. The United States might invade it. Always eat the pizza under the table.

Heerlijke pizza's en snelle bezorging. Het duurde 1 keer wat langer dan normaal. Het werd direct goed opgelost. Echt helemaal top!

Zojuist in de winkel willen bestellen. Stond 15 minuten te wachten voordat ik geholpen werd (ik was de enige aan de toonbank). Eindelijk heb ik mijn poffertjes kunnen bestellen. Nu wou ik betalen dus ik geef 20 euro contant en wat krijg ik terug een briefje van 10 en de rest allemaal 20 centjes. Voor de rest prima poffertjes:D

Pizza's erg lekker, maar prijzig. Maar de bezorging absoluut slecht, bij begin middag bestellen + voorkeurstijd in te hebben gevuld komen ze nog structureel te laat (niet de eerste keer dat dit gebeurt). Vandaag weer besteld (weer +-3kwartier te laat) en pizza's erg lauw. Elke keer krijgen we excusses ivm drukte, breng mensen dan op de hoogte. Laatste keer dat wij besteld hebben bij NY pizza's Nieuwe Ebbingestraat.

Best pizza in Groningen by a mile, always great quality and always delivers on time

Erg droge pizza ontvangen die veelte duur is. De bezorger was wel leuk :)

Best american pizza in town and probably in all Netherlands. They are tasty, quick delivery service and never had any problem. Also it is very cheap given the quality!

Tegenvaller... bestelling klopte niet, bezorging duurde lang én de kwaliteit van het kaneekbrood is ver achteruit gegaan. De volgende keer bestel ik ergens anders.

Very nice pizza's prepared quite quickly even though it was rather busy. Nice amount of ingredients on the pizzas as well, and all for a very reasonable price! Would recommend going or at least giving it a shot, though the pizzas are slightly more greasy/oily than other fast food pizza places, but the taste makes up for that.

Lava cake leek wel op chocoladesoep met stukjes cake. Lasagne wel lekker, maar zat een stukje van een houten prikker in.

Kleine NY afhaal en bezorg NY pizza. Vaak goede aanbiedingen. Laatst een pizza afgehaald met een voucher. Na 3 kwartier wachten maar een gevraagd of mijn pizza al klaar was. Ze waren me vergeten door alle bezorgdrukte. Pijnlijk, maar meestal gaat het goed en moet je 15 minuten wachten.

Over het algemeen goede pizza's conform prijs/kwaliteit. Een stevige bodem en rijk belegd. Voor de verandering ook de garlic bread eens geprobeerd, deze was ietwat zompig en wat vet maar desalniettemin goed van smaak.

Beetje een klein, krap filiaal en je kunt er niet echt parkeren

Met social deal de prijs waard, echter de normale prijs niet Update: Ook uit het personeel haar ongenoegen tijdens het wachten over overuren en salaris. Dat hoef ik niet te horen. -1 ster

Lekkere pizza's, leuke acties, snelle service! Het snijden van de pizza's is wel vaak een minpuntje. Dat wordt niet altijd goed gedaan.

Goede pizza.s maar had een er 1 met extra besteld voor 16.95 ..en dat zat er niet op maar heb gebeld en kreeg er een nieuwe voor en een blikje fanta..top

I had to call them an hour after ordering & they told me they would check. Pizza itself was good but delivery took 1 and a half hours with no explanation as to why.
