Very bad New York .. they don't answer anymore and my order isn't arriving.. no more trust.

We ordered a Pizza Margherita, and it arrived completely burnt. You are then told it is your own fault because you didn't select cheese; even then, you don't deliver a burnt pizza. This is the last time for us.

The pizza was completely burnt when I received it and I didn't get my money back!

I ordered for 50 euros today and the dough dippers and wedges were missing. I called and they said they would be delivered later. After 1.5 hours, the delivery person is at the door and the wedges and dippers are missing. How is this possible? Don't you check the receipt?????? I will never order from here again and will be at their door tomorrow to demand my money back!

I ordered Thin and Crispy, but that wasn't the case. It was limp, as you can see in the photo. They also forgot the Hot Honey. Too bad.

The pizza was drowning in the grease it was floating in. Too thick, limp dough crust… no bueno.

Dear New York Pizza, In the future, could you please make it clear that the "second pizza free" offer isn't actually free at all? Only being told at checkout that there's a base surcharge, and that I still have to pay an extra €10 because of it—about the price of a whole pizza—is really not okay. This feels misleading and absolutely unfriendly to customers. This is no way to treat customers.

Today I wanted to order two pizzas online using a coupon code. It wasn't working, so I called the store. The person on the line was incredibly friendly and handled the situation well. I placed the order over the phone and immediately apologized that it wouldn't be delivered within 30 minutes due to a large order from others ahead of us. No problem for us. However, the delivery driver showed up within 25 minutes with piping hot pizzas! What fantastic service 🍕

This pizza place is terrible. If you walk in five minutes before closing, you're treated like a burden, almost as if they want to make you disappear. The food itself is bland and tasteless, the crust is soggy, and the service is downright hostile. Absolutely not recommended.

Super bad, super greasy, super dirty.

I was really looking forward to it, and it's usually delicious, but tonight was a disaster. First, the dough was poorly baked, there was no garlic oil on the edge, and the pizza wasn't quite loaded. After complaining, I received a new pizza, but these were even worse. The dough was way too thick, and the chicken and spinach pizza had so much crème fraîche on it that it became a snotty pizza. This pizza went straight in the bin too. Very disappointing!

After a previous bad review, which you can read below, I ordered from here a few more times because friends wanted me to. The delivery person was on time, the pizza was hot and delicious, so I might order from here more often (old review: Ordered pizza at 2 p.m. for delivery at 5 p.m. because we had to leave early that evening. I didn't get a call until 4:45 p.m. that they would be arriving later, around 6 p.m., so I didn't have time to order from anywhere else. It's a shame).

My daughter and I really enjoyed the pizza and we were allowed to sit in the store thank you! Next time we will try the Hawaii (yummy turkey ham)!

Delicious pizzas, friendly staff.

I'm used to New York Pizza in Eindhoven, and it's always delicious there. Now I'm visiting my mother in Beverwijk. But what a difference!!! A lot of dough and very little topping. Normally hot & spicy, incredibly spicy and generously topped (in Eindhoven), but this one in Beverwijk, phew, you can count the pepper pieces on one hand. And it's basically just fried dough. Yeah, sorry, really bad. Never again when I'm in Beverwijk. Such a shame!

Well, where do I begin? One pizza has more olive oil than pizza, and the other has turkey ham on it (have they ever had that? It tastes like cardboard), and the pizza dough itself is bland and tough. What a shame, and a waste of money.

Really terrible service, you get the wrong order, then call about it and they say they will call you back. After this, you also submitted a complaint to which you received no response.

They forgot something from the order. They were friendly over the phone, but they re-delivered the wrong item instead of what was missing from the order.

The New York-style pizza was perfect – thin, crispy crust and great flavors. The Mexican Hot pizza had just the right spiciness and was really tasty. Delivery was fast and the staff was friendly. The portions were large and the price was great! If you like a tasty, well-filled pizza with a Mexican twist, you should definitely order here!

You order food for a specific time. But they don't care about that here. First, let's cheerfully bring other orders. Even though I order hours in advance and indicate at what time I would like to receive the food. I will never order from here again. Domino's is always on time.

Pizza hawaii was really not tasty and too soft. Extremely greasy. The box was completely wet with grease. I think they use cheap cheese. The pineapple was too sour. I threw away three quarters of my hawaii so all the seagulls in the neighborhood were happy.

We have been ordering from here for more than 15 years. Almost never any problems, usually on time, exactly what we ordered and certainly tasty. But... lately people have been making a sport of cutting the points really ridiculously. No equal points, neatly distributed. But really ridiculously large pieces and therefore also ridiculously small pieces. Why?

40-50euro order. Things went wrong before the delivery person was on his way, they didn't have the drinks in stock that I had ordered, fine. Then played hide and seek with the delivery person, couldn't find the address, called outside for 10 minutes, but fine. 2 large products are missing from the order? The delivery person went back and in the meantime I called the shop. Asked what they are doing and whether they can add something extra to the experience: 'yes, that's good'. Delivery person arrives again, but without the promised compensation. I called back again and asked again what they were doing because I ALSO DID NOT RECEIVE ANY CUTLERY THAT I ORDERED AND NEEDED!! Martijntje the team leader couldn't do anything for me, only a discount by telephone on the next order. Amateurs. One less regular customer.

Extremely bad! Many things have gone wrong and promises are not kept! Food was also disgusting, after one bite I couldn't continue eating. My friends didn't eat any more either

Typical NewYorker pizza, quick preparation, affordable prices, takeaway only, no place to eat the pizza inside, but this is compensated by quick deliveries after ordering.

If you order pizza with a gluten-free base, you get this sad piece of pizza for which you also pay more than €15… It's nice that the option is there, but this is really a mockery and insult to people who are forced to eat gluten-free!!

Ordered here several times, but SOMETHING always goes wrong. This time I was only told 15 minutes in advance that my pizza would be delivered an HOUR later.... This order had already been placed 3 hours earlier...

Very bad lately and still continue to order as a regular customer... but never again from now on, received an entire burnt pizza where literally all my peppers were burned, you can't eat this!!

NO FOOD AND NO MONEY!!! We ordered food with delivery costing €30, paid by card and waited more than 30 minutes from the specified delivery time, the courier did not arrive! We called the restaurant - they promised to deliver in 10 minutes, then another 20 minutes, and another 20. And then they didn't answer the calls at all! The money was not returned to us!! Shame!!!

Goede Pizzeria waar ze buiten de pizza's nog een aantal lekkere gerechten verkopen. Goede prijs/kwaliteitverhouding en keurig personeel. Ze bezorgen erg snel en beleefd!

Over het eten heb ik op zich geen klachten, en ook qua tijd zijn de bezorgers redelijk standvast. Maar....een bezorger die zijn pin-automaat vergeet??? He, hoe dan? Het is je werk, je basis. Hoe kun je dat vergeten??? Dan neem je je werk gewoon niet serieus. Heb maar Chinees gehaald bij Quality 4 U. Altijd goed!!!

Per ongeluk de bestelling 2x betaald, zonder problemen het teveel betaalde terugontvangen. Verder verliep de bestelling probleemloos. De pizza's zijn lekker. Het plaatsen van de bestelling via internet is makkelijk.

Taste delicious but very few ingredients. The pizza was supposed to be with meat and the meat was hardly visible.

Als ik pizza eet dan kom ik alleen hier! Vind het zelf tot nu toe gewoon de lekkerste pizza. Leuke acties ook om in de gaten te houden,scheelt je toch gauw paar euro op een pizza. Weet niet of in elke filiaal op de dinsdag de pizzadag hebben voor 5 euro,dan is het raadzaam even de site te raadplegen. Voor studenten hebben ze ook vaak leuke acties,op vertoon van je studenten pas. En als je een account hebt,spaar je voor pizza punten bij elke bestelling die je doet (online) hierbij kan je sparen voor een gratis pizza.

Na miscommunicatie over de bezorgtijd van onze pizza's, onze klacht prima afgehandeld en als extra service 2 bekers ijs gekregen.

Pizza was niet lekker. Klopt ook wel want s avonds heb ik alles eruit gegooid in de wc.

Food quality is good, but will not suit Indian taste bud. Very flat taste. Also a bit expensive considering the franchise is only TAKE AWAY. No sitting arrangements at all.
