New York Pizza in Wijk 05 Het Reeland

I'd recently noticed that the pizzas weren't exactly warm upon delivery, but my last order was even completely cold. So I filed a complaint through the main website and directly with the store. It's been two weeks now, and I still haven't received a single response. It's a shame complaints aren't being addressed; I would have liked to see this resolved properly. Because of this experience, I've decided not to order from them again.

Delivery took an hour, which I can understand during Sunday dinner time, but it was also freezing cold.

I ordered from this place through the app, but my order arrived incorrectly. The topping on the cake was different than I wanted. I don't understand why you give customers that option if you don't care. When I received my order, I was told that three of the four items I ordered were out of stock and wouldn't be available. I would get a refund via bank transfer. I find this highly unprofessional and highly recommend this place. I gave up and ordered a second time. The food is a joke, in my opinion. The cakes are another issue. I also ordered Buffalo hot wings, which cost €8, and honestly? Four pieces of meat and two breadcrumbs is excessive.

Ordered food twice, and it was cold again. Last time I order from here. 30 euros for cold food.

There's a big difference in quality regarding the toppings. Some pizzas have a normal topping, while others have very little (also note that the gluten-free pizzas have very few toppings). Could be better.

I've ordered here many times, and it was usually okay. My last order came with a pizza that had a leg on it. After filing a complaint and requesting contact, I heard absolutely nothing. Apparently, they don't care about food safety and customer satisfaction.

I placed an order online for delivery two hours later. Then I've been waiting over an hour for my pizza. When I went to the store, I was told it was just now going in the oven. And this isn't the first time I've had to wait so long for an order, only to receive a cold pizza.

I order a pizza shoarma without garlic sauce every 1 to 2 months (I always explicitly state that I want the pizza without sauce), but it almost always goes wrong - sometimes even 2 to 3 times with the same order. Today I forgot to indicate it myself, and then suddenly there is no willingness to think along. I understand that in that case it is my fault, but after making mistakes so often, they should show a little leniency as a regular customer. Especially when I sometimes have to wait hours for my food because of their mistakes. From today on they have lost me as a customer. Maybe I should check again whether Domino's is still as tasty...

For the fifth time, the order is incorrect and incomplete. Calling again and again, apologies in broken Dutch over and over again. But it keeps going wrong. Fed up with this place, I'll be ordering from Sterrenburg from now on. Terrible service.

Those idiots can't deliver a hot pizza. It's just always cold.

Yes, if you have to wait 90 minutes for your pizza and it arrives cold, you'll lose me as a customer. I understand it's busy on a Friday night, but I saw that pizza listed as "ready for delivery" for over half an hour. That's just poorly managed. You know where your delivery drivers are; bake that pizza later so it arrives warm.

Pizza came cold and i live 700m from the place... Delivery man didnt use the termic bag, 25 eur for cold not tasty pizza, made me very dissapointed

if I could give it less than 1 star I would do it pizza was ordered at 6pm to be delivered at 7pm. but at 7pm no one called and it turned out that the pizza was still in the oven at 7:05pm so the pizza would not arrive for 45pm finally at 7:30pm I was allowed to receive the pizza but it was inedible pizza was dry and the meat extremely dry. also on the phone I continuously got sorry but no compensation. I say once and never again what an unfriendly and bad business I have had better experiences at other branches this there should definitely be a change in the staff there.

Usually on time, wide choice, everything has a bit of the same taste but not bad, delivery people are usually friendly, good promotions.

They didn't want to deliver our pizza to another address, so I managed to pick up the pizza. I look in the box, which normally contains a delicious Brooklyn style pizza that is completely overbaked and tough, normally it is much tastier at other branches. DO NOT ORDER HERE for the last time!!

Had to wait 2.5 hours for delivery, eventually picked up pizzas myself. Called 3 times and each time false promises regarding delivery time. Received nothing more than an apology, 'it's busy'. Pizzas good, communication very poor.

Waiting 2.5 hours for some pizzas... Keep saying the same thing on the phone. Worthless. Compensation promised and NOT received.

Ordered at 6:30 PM and it literally didn't arrive until 8:24 PM. I understand that it is busy because it is Sunday and there are discounts, but make sure you have more staff

Had to wait 2.5 hours for 2 pizzas... Called, they would be there within half an hour. Took another hour!

The pizzas were well topped and delivered quickly.

Fantastic, I could put everything together myself and it was one of the better pizzas in Dordrecht, lean salami (not baked too short or longer etc), Halal bacon and minced meat of good quality, enough vegetables and perfect amounts of cheese... Also dough and way of baking us Until now, always Perfection ... Whether I order it or go there. Strangely enough, I have nothing to complain about it. I also ate chicken pizza with Jaas once, which was melted over the edges and perfect as a sun holiday. Thinly baked slightly. and therefore Perfection. I WOULD BE DISAPPOINTED IF ONE OF THE OTHER REVIEWS HAPPENED TO ME AS MUCH AS MY FAVORITE FOR PIZZAS.

Ordered two pizzas today. It was more oil than pizza, never had New York pizza that bad before. Do you also pay our dry cleaning costs?….

Cold pizza and no one to reach. It takes the delivery person 20 minutes, even though the pizza had already been out of the oven for some time

Pizza was cold, it took a long time to be delivered and the pizza had not even been cut and that for 20 euros, this is now the 2nd time I have experienced this. I called last time and received a new pizza. Now I just came for granted because I don't feel like it. only eat once around 11 o'clock at night... what a place... never again

At 5:21 PM I ordered 5 pizzas. At 7:18 PM the delivery person was at the door with lukewarm pizzas. I have never had to wait so long for my food. Of course I will never order from here again!

Really really bad food, get a pizza that is as hard as a brick, call in for a new one, they want to give me a 25 percent discount, bad luck, bad luck, pizza gone straight into the trash

Too bad I paid 61 euros for 4 pizzas with garluc bread, what a dirty mess it was super bad Dough that was not properly baked, chicken on pizza was hard to find, waited an hour and a half before they arrived, everything was cold. boxes were soaked in grease and moisture, not worth repeating, a waste of money

Waited over an hour and a half for cold pizza. The pizza tracker is incorrect, because it said that the pizza had already been delivered half an hour. Called, they said the pizza had just gone out. That's not right, because I live 130 meters away and I waited almost 20 extra minutes. I won't order here again.

Ordered the truffle pizza as every Tuesday with Gorgonzola (extra ingredient), so I also paid extra, but I didn't taste it at all, which is very special, and the truffle was very minimal.. and I was specifically asked not to put these two ingredients on it too cheaply. .is this on purpose?? Pizza was still tasty and next week we will definitely go here again like every week, but we will come back to this..

This New York Pizza location is really great! The staff is nice and the pizzas are sooooo tasty, good crust, good taste and always fast delivery! At other branches in other cities the quality is sometimes less, but at this branch it is always top every time. The cinnamonbread there is also really deliciousssss, highly recommended!!!! He was already good, but in the past few weeks he has really gotten EVEN better. A must have with your pizza to top it off and for those sweet cravings.

Er is jarenlang tegen mij gelogen, er is altijd verteld dat alles bij hun Halal is wat niet zo blijkt te zijn. Ze hebben gelogen tegen mij en ook tegen vele anderen mensen van religieuzen achtergrond.

Bár a neve New York a pizza tèsztája igazi ropogós olasz! Nem drága, kultúrát hely.

Erg lang op de pizza moeten wachten. Ze gaven een halfuur aan, maar het was uiteindelijk bijna twee uur. De pizza was wel enorm lekker.

Een pizza hier besteld met de vraag: geen kaas. Dit ivm allergie. Er bleek wel kaas op te zitten dus pizza kon zo de prullenbak in. Pizza zal verder misschien goed zijn geweest maar dus niet kunnen proberen.

Ik heb voor het eerst besteld,maar lekker eten en snelle bezorging.

Ik ben geen echte fan van Nederlandse pizza. Maar het is een goede optie voor wat je hier kunt krijgen.

Normaliter haal ik hier mijn pizza’s... alleen het nieuwe truffel pizza recept smaakt meer naar een broodje kaas en je proeft geen truffel.

Als je door de weeks een pizza besteld super! Vriendelijke bezorgers, snelle levering (binnen 30 min.) En goed heet. Alsof de pizza voor je deur uit de oven is gehaald. Heb ook meerdere keren op zondag besteld dat zal ik dan weer afraden de kans op een koude pizza is dan groot is mijn ervaring. (Eerste keer is dit overigens keurig opgelost door na te leveren 2de keer de pizza zelf nog maar even in de oven gegooid.) Toppers, tot snel weer!!

Ik bestelde hier een pizza met ananas, en ik kreeg geen vieze blikken! Ik ben er meteen op de hoek gaan wonen.
