New York Pizza Brunssum in Wijk 02 Brunssum-Noord

Friendly delivery person, but you only taste tomato sauce and too few toppings; really not worth the money!! Too bad, because the dough itself is actually quite tasty, but I had the most expensive pizza and there was hardly anything on it, also way too little cheese and only a few grains of ground meat.

We ordered 10 pizzas for approximately 15 euros. The pizza arrived 1 hour and 20 minutes late, and the 3 Hawaiian pizzas were missing the pineapple. I am very disappointed with this service. New York Pizza usually does not disappoint, but unfortunately, this one in Brunssum did.

We ordered 10 pizzas for over 150 euros. We had to wait 2 hours longer than indicated for this... we understand that this takes a bit longer given the quantity of pizzas, but we find this very excessive. Additionally, we had 3 Hawaiian pizzas. I understand that this might seem controversial, but there was no pineapple on any of the 3 pizzas. Also, none of the pizzas were warm and they were very dry, a shame... when we asked for compensation, the person responsible was contacted via social media (Snapchat). Very unprofessional... after this, we did receive 4 bowls of melted ice cream. But this is not the correct solution! Never order here, protect yourself and the people you eat with.

First, we waited 2 hours until we finally got our food, and most of the pizzas were also very dry. Thirdly, we received a few Hawaiian pizzas without pineapple.

Ordered at 19:00, it is 21:15, still nothing arrived.

We ordered at 16:45 and called to cancel because at 22:00 we still hadn't received it.

Ordered pizza at 6:40 PM, had to wait 2.5 hours... They said they didn't have delivery drivers, but they left Thuisbezorgd open... Called three times; they lied twice, saying they were already on their way. After the third time, "we're on our way," we still had to wait a little over 20 minutes, as we live 3.5 km away. The pizza finally arrived, and it looked like this: Would you like a little pizza with your oil, perhaps? DO NOT ORDER HERE!!! One star is still too much. I was supposed to get a discount on my next order, but that will never happen. Shame.

I ordered pizzas at 5:15 PM (pretty early in the evening, right?). Then I waited 2.5 hours. If it's too busy for delivery, please let me know! The pizzas were good, although I can't tell the difference between a thin and crispy crust and a regular one.

Ordered a pizza at 6:30 PM. It was supposed to be delivered between 7:45 and 8:00 PM. It didn't arrive until 8:30 PM. It turned out to be the wrong order. We received the correct order 20 minutes later. Both were cold... oh well.

The crust was as thin as a nail (we ordered an American-style crust), and the pizzas were overcooked; you could almost break a tooth on them! We waited over two hours. No flavor, the sauce was forgotten, and there was no garlic oil on the rim. We called the company, but the service was very friendly. The second time the pizzas were sent, thankfully, it took less time. The pizzas were slightly better, but still no sauce. We won't be back!

The delivery took a while. After half a pizza, I was unsure if it was gluten-free. The employee on the phone immediately knew which order it was and assured me it was truly gluten-free. After that, I couldn't help but compliment how delicious the pizza was. The new recipe is truly fantastic 👌🏼

Bar atmosphere. Quite messy inside. You can see that the pizza is intended for home delivery or takeaway. Overall tasty but quite expensive for the quality.

It's just that I can't give 0 stars. I ordered two pizzas at 7:14 PM. I called for the first time at 8:27 PM to ask how long it would take for my pizzas, and was told the pizzas were already leaving (I live 5 minutes from New York). At 9:00 PM, my cold, burnt pizzas were delivered by a pizza delivery person on a scooter who barely made a stop at my doorstep.

New York Pizza Brunssum I wanted to go inside to order food but turned around. Just as I was about to go in, there were two guys wearing NYP clothing and three other people. One of the employees was smoking inside while preparing food, and another customer was happily smoking along with them. No more NYP for me.

Today I ordered pizza and loaded nachos for a total of 30 euros. I pulled a very long hair out of the loaded nachos. I contacted them and asked for a refund due to the high price. This wasn't possible. I could get credit for the amount. I then asked, "Would you order from someone else where your food is delivered like that?" They hesitated for a long time, and then hesitantly said yes... no way. The employee on the phone politely helped me and had to break the bad news that I would only be getting credit. I finally told them I would give it away. Then I was on hold for three minutes, and by then the rest of my food was cold. So I hung up and messaged the employee who helped me on the phone (I'd previously sent him a photo of the food) to say he'd been very helpful and could keep the credit for himself. He also said I would be leaving a negative review. So, that was the end of the matter for me. Then my phone rang and another employee (he claimed to be the owner) called to get an explanation. He immediately brought up the fact that I'd left a negative review. He explained that I wouldn't order from a restaurant with poor hygiene standards, so I wouldn't benefit from a credit from them. Then he yelled at me, and he threatened me about being blacklisted. I think I'd already stated several times that I wouldn't order from them anyway. Conclusion: after waiting an hour for food that wasn't hygienically up to par, I got a call from a terribly antisocial owner. The underpaid young staff could teach their boss a lot about treating customers respectfully.

Had to wait over two hours for a couple of pizzas. No idea if the food is any good. Still waiting.

We ordered twice to this place. First Time, we waited about 1hour and did not receive the correct order which took Another 40min to arrive. Second Time, we called once After 1 hour of waiting, they told us it will arrive in 30min max. We called again After 2hours of waiting, he told us rudely that it just entered the oven. We ordered around 17:00, it is now 18:52 and we have not yet received our 2 pizzas. I would not recommend.

"I had my break at 6:00 and I ordered food for 6:00. At 6:30 I call New York Pizza and they say my order will be prepared shortly. However, the employee spoke disrespectfully and it food was so bad. I recommend you don't order food there."

We had a small Margherita to test and for €10 it was a bit juicy. We also had mini calzones with mozzarella, which were very tasty. Both were very fresh, so we waited a little longer but it was worth it. We had a bit of trouble understanding it, English doesn't seem to be very present here, but we still ordered correctly.

They always cancel orders, talk to you through the phone in really bad manners if you are not dutch, its too expensive for what it is and the deliverers go back to the place if you are not outside waiting for the order to arrive

New York pizza deliverer drove his scooter like an idiot through the center of Brunssum (shopping street of all places) this afternoon. People had to pull over to avoid being hit! Not a good advertisement for New York pizza!!!

Bit of an issue with the delivery using Takeaway.nl Didn't get a notification of when the pizza getting delivered. So delivery person was looking for me. Took arround 45 minutes. Tasty chain like NY pizza, crispy bottom and crust. Comparable with Dominos although I prefer this one.

Deze service van New York Pizza, is wel ok. maar als ik een warme pizza besteld om half 6 dan zou ik ook eigenlijk een warme pizza verwachten in plaats van 1 koude pizza!!!

Heerlijke pizza en snelle bezorging! Heel fijn dat je je bodem kunt kiezen (amerikaans of italiaans). Goed belegd en heerlijke korst, zeker een aanrader!
