At 15:00 I ordered two pizza's to be delivered at 18:30. When the pizza's didn't arrive by 18:45, I called and was told the pizza's were going in the oven as we speak and that the driver would leave in 10 minutes. The driver arrived 19:30. I won't order from this shop again!

Very bad! Almost no toppings, unfriendly staff on the phone. Go to Zeist instead!

Here they put 20cm pizzas in 30cm boxes, you pay for 30cm of course.

We've ordered from this location twice. Both times, the order wasn't entirely correct. While that can happen, there's no follow-up on complaints. Either they don't respond, or they say the store manager will contact us, which never happens. We then actively contact the location ourselves to remind them. We'll be ordering elsewhere from now on.

What terrible delivery times! It takes way too long for the pizzas to arrive. When I call afterward, no one answers. This is such a shame.

Unfortunately, no food. I got a call saying, "Yes, the road is closed, so we'll cancel or come ourselves." I'm having it delivered because I'm busy. Do you think I have a car to drive to pick it up?

Bad business, had to wait 3 hours for 2 pizzas! The pizza wasn't even warm, and when I called, they didn't answer the first and last time.

A really bad New York pizza ordered for 7:30 pm at 3:30 in the afternoon, but the pizzas arrived at 9:30 pm, really tragic, and they don't answer the phone and then say again on the track and trace that the order has been delivered the first and the last time.

Sorry, I'm not a whiner. But how can it always go wrong? I had a pizza with more sauce than pizza. Misshapen and cold. People walked in wearing flip-flops and regular clothes. I work in a pizza shop myself, but you really can't sell this.

What a crappy establishment. One star is actually too much of a rating. Something went wrong with several orders (including repeatedly forgetting the shawarma sauce on the vegan shawarma). We ordered pizzas tonight and after 45 minutes we were met by a rude employee who barked in broken Dutch that he only had one pizza left instead of two, but that I had to take and pay for the one pizza. What do you think? We've also been waiting for our refund since June after repeated requests for an order canceled by NYP. The employees are unprofessional, rude, and completely clueless. Judging by all the reviews, this place should close soon. Save yourself the disappointment and order somewhere else.

I ordered a pizza just before closing time (I found out later), but both Thuiszorgd and the New York Pizza website said delivery was still possible, so I didn't think much of it. At 11:30 PM, still no pizza. The next day (today), I contacted them myself to discuss the details, since I hadn't received any further messages. It's possible that the pizza restaurant closed after all, but communication...

Driebergen location. I always get a pizza with a 50% crust. Even when I ask for more toppings. Several times now (and today AGAIN) I've had a pizza with a 50% crust, and I ordered two chocolate chip cookies AGAIN, only to get those darn oatmeal cookies. When I tell the delivery person: "I didn't order this," I get: "I don't have it." When I tell them that's what I ordered and not the oatmeal cookies: "Not today." I say: "Not today, I don't want these cookies, I want the brown ones." No answer. This is the third time I've gotten the oatmeal cookies without a call to say they're out of brown cookies. Call me then so I can choose something else. I'm really pissed off about this. I pay a lot for decent service.

There was a pool of oil on the pizza the box was leaking I had no cheese and no sauce. Also the pizza was not cut The pizza was still warm but not covered as intended the pepperoni had leather in the box.

Salad was left in the box, causing the dressing to leak. Called, but got a man who spoke poorly and only said that was how we always do it. Salad belongs in a container and not in a cardboard box, very bad.

Very unprofessional!! I ordered food yesterday before closing time but it was never delivered and I have not heard anything from them. I have tried calling but no one answers.

Pizza was delivered quickly but there was an ant colony in one of the pizzas I ordered. Very fresh stuff there, never order from this horrible shop. And apparently they don't do phone calls because no matter how long you call they don't answer.

The pizzas are nice. But the delivery is terrible. Multiple times they forgot to bring the cookies/dessert we ordered. And the pizzas arrived almost cold.

Ordered cheesecake, but it was no longer there. Chosen lava cake as a replacement. Poffertjes were brown fried utensils and sweet sauce was not included with the canal sandwich. Also no longer available at 9:40 PM?! No-no-newyork-pizza-nomore.

If you want tasty but terribly unhygienic food and you don't mind that the employees can't speak Dutch at all (as a result they can't read the recipes and you often don't have any sauce), this is the pizzeria for you 😊

Ordered twice recently and delivered incorrectly twice. 1st time received cinnamon bread without sauce and the pizzas were cold.. 2nd time oreo dessert without Oero and sauce and cold pizzas again. Bad thing, never order from there again.

I called to place an order and got on the phone with a very strange employee. He was unfriendly and spoke slang. I still thought: “Oh well, it could happen.” Still, I decided to place my order and pick it up. When I walked in there were only two staff members, both very young (about 16/17 years old). There was no one else in the business, not even a manager. Suddenly, out of nowhere, one of the boys started saying, “Why are you looking like that? What's the problem?” He reacted irritated and seemed to be looking for a fight. I didn't respond, left my pizza, didn't pay and walked away. There was no manager present.

Ordered and delivered incorrectly. Called about what was wrong, had to send a photo via his personal number to see what was wrong because yes, anyone can say that, well there was a lot wrong because I received something like that cinnamon junk, which I didn't order, but a pistachio bread. Was texted with the following: that the owner has been spoken to, they will deliver the pistachio bread tomorrow or soon. What do you think I'm waiting for that shit after this event? no, you better close your business. Small tip: buy a work phone!

Friendly and helpful staff. The place looks neat and clean. The pizzas are good and tasty.

Ordered, got things I didn't order. It had no taste, and it was burnt. We tried to call them 4 times and they just didn't answer. This is really bad and I will NEVER order here again!

Order placed, it was stated that it would take 30/40 minutes. Called after waiting an hour and was told that due to crowds it would take a maximum of 20 minutes. Our order was finally delivered after a total of 2 hours. Once after opening the pizza boxes we see that all pizzas are soggy and wet, 2 pizzas (photo below) were so bad that it was impossible. For this reason I immediately called back and explained the problem. After sending some photos and app contact, it quickly became clear that we were not being taken seriously and that this was normal. After a response from me (which was read by NYP) I no longer receive an answer. Conclusion, unserious, bad and unfriendly staff. And even worse food!

Bad, waited a very long time for a cold pizza

Delivery/service is worthless. Just call half an hour after the delivery time... "It's ready and now needs to go into the oven." Why do you give an expected delivery time? If I had known that I wouldn't have ordered. Now 1.5 hours after ordering, nothing... Worthless. Next time dominoes

Ordered 1 pizza at 9:30 PM. Was still possible. 10:50 PM I haven't received anything yet. I'm afraid I won't get anything anymore

Every time you place an order after 9:30, they call you to say they are canceling it because they have already cleared out. While they are open until 10. For the umpteenth time... please adjust your opening hours!

As always late, employees are arrogant on the phone. Complaint to head office does not help. Pizza only has tomato sauce on it and very few products.

If old products are used, products that have expired are stickered with a week longer. Staff do not wash their hands after visiting the toilet. Promises are not kept! This is scandalous!!

I just ordered a pizza, it said hot chicken pizza with sweet chili sauce, I take a bite, it only tastes like chili sauce, you don't taste anything else from the pizza, it's like you're just eating a spoonful of chili sauce, you can't eat it, that's what you hear. no pizzas to make

I was told by phone that we will be there with your order in 5 minutes, but they then just kept me waiting for 1 hour And then serve me cold food. Ordered 4 pizzas tonight, of which the four-cheese pizza was hard & chewy. The other pizzas are good. I call them and tell them that my pizza is not good. I am asked to send a photo of the pizza, then after 20 minutes I receive the response: 'we work with a belt oven, the temperature is fixed for each pizza' I ask if I can get another pizza but have had no response! Sloppy!

Pizza dough was dirty, mediocre toppings and two tiny chicken tenders for €3.50. Moreover, this disappointed meal was also too late.

Very bad tent!! The order never arrived. And when you try to call them they just don't answer. Never go or order here.

Half of the pizza toppings turned out to be missing. Called customer service thinking it might have been a mistake, but it turns out the sauce and some toppings were gone. Apparently they deliver a half-baked pizza instead of calling to say something is out of stock. They also do not come up with a solution, very poor service.

Called by phone, 1 to 1.5 hours later, almost 2 hours later still no food.

What bad pizzas you get here. There is hardly any topping on it (photo is a shawarma pizza for €16!!!) and only delivered after 100 minutes instead of the indicated 45 minutes. It's unbelievable that this is possible at a company like NewYorkPizza

Eerder keren was het wel lekker. Maar nu zo extreem vet, dat is niet meer ok en ook niet lekker op deze manier. Krijg meteen buikpijn van.

17 euro betaald voor een slecht belegde pizza. Je kan onderhand beter naar een Italiaans restaurant gaan voor die prijs, dan weet je dat waar voor je geld krijgt. Ook even opletten dat je wel genoeg wisselgeld terugkrijgt hier 😵

Smaak is goed maar de service is helaas heel slecht. De eerste keer dat we besteld hadden waren ze 30 minuten te laat EN hadden de salade vergeten. De tweede keer dat we besteld hadden was de bbq saus op de foute helft van de pizza en ontbrak het vlees. ERG jammer dat de service zo slecht is want de smaak is goed!

13 pizza’s besteld, zeer matig! 4 kazen was weinig kaas op te vinden, gyros was meer margaritha dan vlees, alles gewoon net niet. 5cm rand zit niemand om te springen. Beetje jammer

Ik kan me helemaal niet vinden in alle 1 ster beoordelingen. Al iets van 5 keer besteld bij deze vestiging, en naast dat de pizza's ontzettend lekker zijn, het hele concept fijn is en de bestelsite goed werkt hebben wij ook alleen maar positieve ervaringen met de bezorging gehad. 2 keer mee gemaakt dat we een tegemoetkoming kregen van een pizza die volgens hun "te laat" was, maar wat wij nog wel mee vonden vallen hoe laat die was (hebben bij thuisbezorgd.nl wel eens 2,5 uur op iets moeten wachten). We hadden 1 keer pizza besteld om 18.45 en hij zou tussen 19.07 en 19.22 komen, hij kwam om 19.35, ietsje later dus maar dan ze hadden aangegeven. Kreeg later op de avond een telefoontje dat ze het vervelend vonden dat ik een uur moest wachten op de pizza (wat dus eigenlijk maar 50 min was) en ik een code kreeg om bij deze vestiging een 2e pizza gratis te krijgen. Hoefde helemaal niet, maar wel een hele fijne service!

De service en de sfeer is perfect 👌 de medewerkers zijn echt beleefd en lief.

Van het weekend lekker met het gezin op de bank en we hadden zin in pizza. Telefonisch besteld en de telefoniste klonk heel vriendelijk en heeft me ondersteund in het maken van mijn keuze aangezien ik het menu niet echt ken. Het was druk op de zaak dus er werd al een excuus aangeboden voor eventuele vertraging. Toch is mijn bestelling keurig binnen 30 minuten geleverd zoals aangegeven. Petje af alleen al voor de juiste communicatie als je het mij vraagt. Zeker een aanrader en iets om vaker te doen.

This branch definitely one of the top 5 New York pizza in Netherlands. the shop was very clean and followed all the hygiene principles, especially the corona protocols. pizza were of original New York tasty , perfectly cooked and delicious, taking a few minutes longer than normal in terms of timing because it was very crowded and lots of people were standing in line but it was absolutely worth it. 100% Recommended

Afgelopen zaterdag drie pizza's besteld. Deze waren netjes binnen 30 min bij mijn huis bezorgd. De pizza's waren heerlijk en vers. Zeker een aanrader. We komen snel weer pizza's bestellen.

Ik ben hier net in de buurt komen wonen en toevallig komt er net een New York Pizza hier! Meteen besteld. Pizza was erg lekker en vrij snel (30 min) bezorgd!
