Great experience at this New York Pizza location. Friendly service and a cozy atmosphere. The food was very tasty. Definitely recommended!

A small group of minors attempts to bake a virtually ready-made franchise pizza without supervision or guidance. And they often fail to do so.

Delicious! Timing was 25 minutes which is average, everywhere. Pizza is really delicios overal. I had a half half pizza, double peperoni and bbq meatlover. The chorizzo is really good. Plus point: peperoni is halal and they dont sell pork here. Ham is made of turkey.

Last week was the last time I ordered my pizza here. The order was delivered promptly at the desired time, but when I buy a pizza for 15 euros and then receive a cardboard box with a tube of mayonnaise inside, I wonder if this hasn't turned into a sheltered workshop... I didn't have time to call or wait for a new pizza, so here is a review as a reminder to myself never to order here again.

I'd never been so disappointed opening my pizza box until I saw my friend's pizza. We ordered two double tastys and waited over an hour. I ordered a caprese with four cheeses, and my friend ordered a loaded pepperoni with BBQ bacon and chicken. As you can see in the photo, the pizzas don't look great, but I was shocked when I took a bite of the four-cheese pizza: it only had one type of cheese, lightly sprinkled (cheddar), and a 1-inch thick layer of crème fraîche spread on top. Honestly, it was impossible to eat. I often order New York pizza in my neighborhood, and four-cheese pizza is my favorite! This one was absolutely ruined. The caprese was a bit better: it did have some cheese, and some tomato pieces, which, in my opinion, weren't enough, but oh well. I missed both the pesto and the arugula: I got a disguised margherita... My friend got a "loaded pepperoni" that wasn't nearly as full, and there didn't seem to be any tomato sauce. The BBQ bacon chicken had no bacon, no BBQ sauce, and just some chicken. It was topped with random ingredients that didn't belong on this pizza or make it edible. Oh yeah, and the pizza wasn't sliced. And both pizzas didn't have garlic oil. The delivery guy was very nice, so kudos to him. But I'll never order from this place again. It honestly ruined my day, and I'm still hungry :(

First of all: the delivery driver was really great. I only called after placing the order to order an extra bottle of coke, as it hadn't gone through. As soon as I mentioned it to the delivery driver, he immediately drove back and forth and even brought an extra cookie "for the inconvenience." So sweet! Then: the pizzas. Not quite inedible... The "loaded pepperoni" had enough pepperoni on it that might have been enough for a single pepperoni, certainly not double, let alone "loaded." The BBQ bacon & chicken had no bacon, no BBQ sauce, and besides the chicken, it didn't have any of the things listed on the website, and random things had been added. It felt a bit like I'd stumbled into a random eating contest on Bankzitters. After each eating a few pieces, my girlfriend and I decided to leave the rest—until she decided it was unacceptable and called the store. The person who answered her call then had two new pizzas delivered. He also mentioned that a significant portion of the ingredients were gone, including the onion. What pizzeria doesn't have onion? The delivery driver returned, the same guy, still super friendly and patient, and he kept apologizing (although it wasn't his fault). He explained that there was a fire in the store and that three new people had their first day today. And I'm only human; I make mistakes too. But not telling them beforehand that you can't deliver half the ingredients, scheduling three people to be trained simultaneously, delivering failed pizzas twice in a row... In my opinion, that's not just a "mistake," but a sign of a manager who doesn't have his act together. So, the pizza was awful. The delivery driver was nice, though. I hope for his sake that he finds another job soon where his talents are valued for the work he does, not to compensate for his boss's failures.

Placed an order for 6 pizzas in the afternoon, delivery time 18:15-18:30. Called at 19:00 to ask if the pizzas were on their way; they were told they were coming, however, they were only delivered at 19:30 (distance from pizza place to address 8 min). The pizzas were lukewarm and crumpled despite being delivered by car. Very disappointing... if you can't meet the delivery time, it is nice to be informed. The app clearly indicates that it is ready for delivery and the order is on its way, but it would be nice if it indicated how long the delay lasts.

Long wait! Cold pizzas. The wrong pizza was also delivered. After returning to the store, I only received a replacement for the wrong pizza. Poor service.

I just had a Cheeseburger at your new Kitchen Burger and honestly it was delicious!!! I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the burger. Normally you can only find such burgers in Restaurants. Would definitely be coming back to try morgenochtend your burgers!

We spontaneously stopped by New York Pizza Noordwijk and were pleasantly surprised. The pizzas not only look great, they also taste really good – fresh dough, good ingredients, and baked to a crispy finish. I especially recommend the chicken pops – slightly spicy, but with a little mayo, they're simply perfect! The shop is clean, the staff is friendly, and ordering was quick. Prices range from €13 to €25, depending on the size of the pizza, which is absolutely fair for the quality. A definite recommendation if you're in Noordwijk and craving some really good pizza. 🍕👌

Best vegan pizza I've ever eaten. We ordered pizza from our hotel twice in the evening during our Noordwijk weekend trip. Every time the pizzas were delivered hot and quick! The pizzas were really very good, great ingredients, great dough and extremely seasoned. As a vegan, I have rarely eaten such a tasty vegan pizza.

Something went wrong when placing my order because there are new, somewhat younger employees. I was very angry that I didn't get a coupon and that I could hear an entire conversation between two employees about how “hard” I was being and that the coupon was not valid. I said; let it sit and hung up. I was called back by the manager Jeffrey after a minute. He calmly explained to me what had gone wrong and I still got our 3 delicious pizzas delivered. I know they are delicious, because I have been a customer for 12 years. Partly because of this great customer service.

Me and my roommates ordered pizzas at half past 8. 3 to be precise, 2 of which are caprese. After an hour of waiting we got our pizzas. But 1 was missing. The delivery person said something had gone wrong, but we would get it as soon as possible. After 45 minutes the 3rd pizza finally arrived, which was supposed to be a caprese. However, when we opened the box, it turned out to be a buffalo chicken pizza that had to go to a completely different village. I then called the branch to indicate this and that we wanted compensation. She indicated that she was going to have the 3rd pizza (which was supposed to be a caprese) delivered for free as soon as possible. But we had already paid. After a long miscommunication we were told that we would be called back by the manager. When that Caprese pizza finally arrived, the pizza was literally drowning in grease (See photo) Bad thing...

Our favorite pizza place was closed so we thought we'd try New York Pizza. What a disappointment. Tasteless and lukewarm. We live 5 minutes away. Quite an achievement to deliver cold pizzas within such a short distance.

7-1-2023: deteriorated greatly within a year. Had pizza delivered twice tonight, lukewarm, greasy and mine without toppings (no spinach, no mozzarella, no chicken) 2022: Good pizzas, but the waiting times for delivery (this time 1 hour 45 minutes) are ridiculous

Bad pizzas ever. 1st Pizza without ordered topping. No bacon. 2nd Pizza fallen. Box crumpled, pizza in the creases, hair on the pizza. 3rd Pizza Margarita Box crumpled, otherwise seems okay, but doesn't look appetizing. Called, pizzas are picked up, money is returned. Processing is okay, order is not!

Nu voor de derde keer erg lange wachttijd meegemaakt. (Ruim 1 uur op een lauwe pizza mogen wachten). De andere pizza uit de bestelling werd vergeten (wel na gebracht en deze was wel warm). Noordwijk is geen mega-groot dorp daar moet je gewoon sneller kunnen bezorgen. En excuses zoals: we hadden een aktie, tussen 19 en 20 is het altijd druk bla bla.. doe dan geen aktie bereid je beter voor en verhoog je capaciteit.

Das Essen war unfassbar lecker! Das Team von NY-Pizza hat uns unseren Abend gerettet. Wir waren in Noordwijk zu Besuch und hatten woanders Essen bestellt. Leider wurde dieses nicht geliefert, also suchten wir fast verhungert etwas anderes. NY-Pizza war eigentlich fast schon am schließen, aber die Angestellten und der Chef waren so freundlich uns noch etwas zu zaubern. Ihr wart unsere Retter an dem Abend! Ganz ehrlich… ich hab noch nirgends so eine geniale Pizza gegessen, dieser Teig - Wahnsinn! Also wegen der Pizza kommen wir definitiv noch einmal nach Noordwijk!

Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und die Pizza war einfach klasse! Das ist der Teig---unser Teig--- und es ist geheim :D
