Pizza still not delivered after 1.5 hours, they are now closed and no one answers the phone anymore!

As advertised : "it's the dough". But cmon, make the pizza 1 or 2€ more expensive and put more toppings because all I can feel is the dough. Chicken nuggets are top class.👍 New york hot dog is good.👍 Garlic bread is perfect.👍 Green salad needs some improvement😭 Didn't receive my garlic sauce though..😭 Overall its better than 95% of other places.

The pizza had barely any toppings. The sauces were forgotten, and the nuggets and wedges were lukewarm. I didn't immediately call to request additional sauces because the food was already lukewarm. In short, terrible!!! I did call New York Pizza Oisterwijk to complain about this. They'll take it into consideration.

I ordered two pizzas today: one for the teriyaki chicken and one for the New York Pizza, both cold and tough. The New York Pizza was missing the olives, ground beef, onion, and swirl. We called about it, and they promised us a new one. Almost an hour later, they delivered the pizza, and again, the ingredients were missing and it was cold and tough. I always preferred Domino's, but now I'm even more so; we won't be ordering from them anymore. It's really bad! You pay a fortune for that (these days), right?

Before you order here, please be aware that your order will be delivered at least an hour and a half later. Unfortunately, even with delivery, there's no excuse for the long wait.

Best New York pizza I've ever had. I order from them often, and it's always delicious. Today they forgot the sauce, so they brought it out with an extra cookie to apologize. The service is top-notch, and the quality of the food is also top-notch! Highly recommended!

Almost two hours after ordering, nothing has been delivered yet. When calling, only some teenagers are on the phone. Total mockery.

we ordered a pizza margarita, cinnamon bread and the Pepperoni Calzone Mini Bites. our pizza had been on the table for half an hour (being prepared for shipping) then we called because it was almost 22:00 (they close then) and they said it was very busy and they only had 1 delivery person tonight and that our order was coming. we waited for the order and it didn't come, tried to call but they said they were already closed. then the app of new york pizza says that our order has been completed. but we haven't received anything yet??? 2.15 hours later they are there, they are still waiting to ring the doorbell when we were already waiting outside the door and the only thing they said was enjoy your meal, a sorry for bringing it so late maybe??? pizza was tough and almost cold, cinnamon bread was also tough and cold and the Pepperoni Calzone Mini Bites were barely warm and were all stuck together in the box, some bites were completely empty and there was only dough in it that was barely cooked. so we could really see that they had tried very hard for us, their mistake. again, super bad bad communication, they could have at least called back with that there was a very long delay and apologized and made sure everything was just warm! I will never order from here again

I ordered 1 pizza and buffalo wings. The order arrived in 60 minutes, and it was almost cold. Too bad, because the pizza was actually good, but the buffalo wings were undercooked and I couldn't eat them. They forgot to deliver a garlic sauce too. This place is good to satisfy a fast food craving as there are not many places in the area to order from, and i appreciate the delivery services, but I won't order again from here

I was hit by a car when I entered, I don't like this, I say look out and I get a big mouth in return, swearing about diseases, I don't like this!

Very satisfied with the food and service of New York Pizza Oisterwijk. Food is always delivered nice and hot and I can always count on them for a good meal.

After one bad experience (more than 45 minutes late and the wrong order), I received an apology and ordered again today. Today again 30 minutes late but the order was complete, pizza warm. It's better to order somewhere else.

Will never order here again, ordered 3 pizzas, 2 pizzas were delivered, but 1 pizza did not have the right stuff on it and 1 pizza was not delivered!

Ordered a thin and crispy pizza, but as squishy and soft as can be. Then called and was not helped with the comment that this is how it should be. For me, not listening to the customer means never ordering from here again. Very customer unfriendly

Ordered pizza at 4:50 PM, 15 minutes later it was "ready to ship" and received at 6:00 PM. All 4 pizzas were tough and almost cold. After calling we had to send photos of the pizzas(??). In the meantime we ate the pizzas as we were very hungry. Now nothing is done with this because it has already been eaten, otherwise they could have "remade the pizzas". Bad thing.

The thing is that you can't give no stars, pizzas ordered after 15 minutes were ready for shipment. It took a very long time (only a 10 minute drive) I called and they said it was very busy. Pizzas finally arrived after 45 minutes. Pizzas were almost cold and tough. We called and had to send a photo of the pizzas, their response was because we had already eaten it, they couldn't do anything with it. Otherwise they would have come to pick up the pizzas and "remake them". What bad service and pizza!

Bad!!! Never order here again. Pizzas were lukewarm and after we called new ones would arrive, which would be nice. To our surprise, an employee was at the door who wanted the pizzas back as proof, understandable, we had kept them as proof, but of course they were no longer 100% complete pizzas because a bite had been eaten, you will have to taste it first. had to find that they were lukewarm. We then no longer received pizzas and after writing a complaint we heard nothing more. Very bad!!

Delicious pizza that was ready within 10 minutes. Picked it up yourself, it stays nice and warm.

Rarely have I had such a great pizza. A little expensive but really great, even the dough tastes good here.

Soooo delicious, the pizza was nice and crispy and the lava cake was delicious, I definitely recommend it!

We recently ordered 2 pizzas. Something went wrong in communication and as a result we had 4 pizzas delivered to our door. Was neatly resolved by the delivery lady and the manager! We received 2 pizzas for free. Super service!

Very sad topped pizza doner😪 Ordered this last time too. Also look for a piece of doner. Now ordered extra doner and paid for it. Didn't get anything extra... Only thing I taste is dough and tomato sauce and maybe 5 mini pieces of doner... Serious???? 13 euros for a mini pizza with only tomato sauce and beetroot cheese and a search for a piece of doner

The pizza is very tasty. We didn't have to wait long for the order. Very tasty Double Pepperoni. I'm deducting one point for the cheese pizza, as we've tried it and it's tastier - I wish it had more varieties of cheese.

I would have loved to try New York Pizza, but unfortunately I get stuck for 10 minutes when entering my zip code on the mobile site. When I call, they advise me to use a PC, so duh... I don't have one within reach. The Domino's pizza site worked flawlessly, so I ordered there. They certainly won't notice those 3 missed pizzas, but I will never order them again.

The pizza base is made of wood... You're better off ordering dominos

Ordered pizza last weekend. This was delivered cold. The delivery person couldn't find our address and had already taken the pizza out of the box. She walked to our house without looking for a box. The pizza was cold and needed to be warmed up immediately. Still a shame. And it also went wrong the first time because of the long wait. Unfortunately, I did not receive a response to my complaint. That was the last time for us at New York Pizza from Oisterwijk.

Just ordered 2 Four Tasty pizzas. 1x Wrong taste. Very annoying. Didn't bother to call. Pizzas were already no longer warm and we didn't feel like waiting since that was going to happen. First time it was wrong. Ordering via the New York Pizza app was not possible. Couldn't select the desired flavors. Sad.

Ordered pizza at 5:15 PM for delivery at 6:30 PM. Actually came at 7pm. Shame....
