⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A truly great experience with New York Pizza Hillegersberg! We were helped very patiently and friendly by telephone and received good advice for our order. The delivery was very fast, and as an extra surprise we received a cookie. The quality was excellent. We had a self-made pizza and two half/half pizzas, all in the New York style (30 cm). Everything tasted wonderfully fresh and was perfectly prepared. Definitely recommended - we will definitely order here more often!

This place definitely has a new owner, his customer service is beyond amazing, and the food is even better. The owner is making changes for the better. By far the best New York Pizza store.

Has deteriorated enormously. I used to enjoy ordering pizzas here, but in recent months they seem to be taken out of the oven too early and become less tasteful. I reported it by telephone but was told that they had not adjusted the recipe and therefore could not do anything with the feedback. So much for customer service…

Got food poisoning here from a pizza. Got seriously ill and was in hospital. Contacted the store. Unfortunately the manager doesn't have time at 3:50 PM. Employee indicated what was going on. Actually no response. Too bad they don't take their customers seriously. They also indicated that they could call me back. Apparently this is too much trouble. I have now filed a report with the Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority. It's a shame they treat customers this way. Be warned folks

After a busy working day, I ordered and picked up pizza at this branch. I was recommended the buffalo chicken by the owner after I asked for an extra flavor in addition to the Hawaiian. This was excellent and I will always take it with me as standard. The atmosphere and service were excellent in this branch, both to the customer and to each other. The speed in ordering the order was also great despite the crowds at dinner time. From now on I will get my pizza at Ney York Pizza instead of the other Pizza farmer.

Order was never delivered, when you can someone tells you it just left, should be 30 minutes, over 1 hour later still nothing.

Today since 4:20 pm to date I have tried calling this location multiple times. However, no answer, after 45 seconds the call is automatically ended. I was looking forward to it today as a regular customer.

Very bad! You get a small pizza for a hugely expensive amount... absurd, I have never experienced this... I called and had a very rude gentleman on the line who said put a complaint and I can't help you any further! Never ordering here again

Friendly staff and good, standard, chain store pizza (think Dominoes or Pizza Hut style). Note there is no seating indoors, take out only. Around 11 euro for a 25cm (personal size pizza).

Really great place, I ordered here and received it within 20 minutes. The pizza was also dozens of times tastier than domino's pizza. I really recommend this place to everyone.

I call and no one answers after I ordered a pizza by phone an hour before. Really ridiculous, I'm hungry man, how can you act like that? I have never experienced that I order first and then no one answers the phone. You're playing with someone's dinner, you lot......

There is a new owner. The quality of the food and delivery has dropped significantly. Old and dirty pizzas. Untimely delivery with cold food. It is boisterous in the store and there is no respect shown. Too bad it used to be nice

After an hour and many calls, someone is finally behind the phone. (customer service) says that according to the area code NY pizza Vlaardingen is the one who sends the pizza, 3 phone calls later he answers and corrects us. Without any intention to resolve. That means: if you don't call, you don't know whether you will receive the order, but yes, they immediately settle it with the bank.

Uber order: Lekkere pizza, vooral met de extra toppings. Zeker doen!

Hoi. Ik ben vaste klant van Newyork pizza. Met het sparen van punten kan je zo een gratis artikel krijgen. Ze komen ook vaak met de auto leveren omdat ik iets verder uit de buurt woon. Altijd prima service.

Altijd zeer goede service, op tijd met klaarmaken en leveren, nette en lieve medewerkers en met een zeer vriendelijke eigenaar Imran. En niet te vergeten een van de lekkerste pizzazaken. Top zaak, ga zo door!

Aantal keer besteld, levering altijd verbazingwekkend snel. De vegan pizza's hebben een consistente kwaliteit, bij andere vestigingen is het soms maar de vraag of bepaalde toppings erop zitten. Super!

Beste New York Pizza waar ik ben geweest (en ik ben er nog al in een aantal geweest). Andere vestigingen zouden een voorbeeld kunnen nemen aan deze vestiging. Altijd vriendelijke service en pizza die met zorg bereidt is. Ik was laatst in Duiven en bestelde mijn vaste recept en het was een zooitje, daardoor ben ik deze nog meer gaan waarderen. Good job!
