Fast delivery, excellent service! One dish was no longer available, but I was able to choose an alternative without paying extra.

Excellent service. The delivery driver rang the doorbell promptly and placed my order at the door as requested. The food was delicious, but the cinnamon bread was a bit disappointing, and they forgot to include mayonnaise. I didn't pay for the mayonnaise, so I don't mind it that much, but it is a shame.

Ordered soy garlic chicken bites. They were raw inside. Pink and still juicy. I called the location to report this, but they didn't do anything about it. They claim the chicken bites are all pre-cooked and it's impossible for them to be delivered raw. In other words, they don't want to believe the chicken is raw. Perhaps something went wrong with their supplier. But they refuse to admit their mistake. Raw chicken can be very dangerous. Here's a tip: don't order the soy garlic chicken. And the way they handle complaints. We will never order from them again.

Ordered food for 5:30 and didn't get it until an hour later. The pizza was delicious, but the portions of the potatoes and chicken could be bigger. We couldn't find our order when I called.

Delivery guy knocked back 2 beers from my order, saw him putting it in the trunk of a scooter and the bag containing the beer and sauce was torn open!

Ordered a pizza, called after an hour and a half, got the answer: it was in the oven, then they called back 5 minutes later to say that one of the ordered pizzas was not there 😡how then

Fast delivery, but the oven is set to 500°C. The pizza is so hard that the "sauce" is dried out, making the whole pizza difficult to eat. The "loaded pepperoni" pizza isn't exactly "loaded," and the few slices on top are hard and dry. Very disappointed, as I'm used to much better in New York. I won't be ordering from here again.

Overnight, these guys decided to stop delivering to my area. It's really sad that they treat paying customers this way.

I didn't order any food, but it still went wrong. I received the wrong sparkling ice tea when I ordered green, blue sparkling water when I ordered red sparkling water. And a Ben & Jerry's that had melted due to the heat in the car... Lava cakes covered in powdered sugar. Normally, I really don't like leaving a bad review. But this was €25 down the drain.

I ordered a snack box and Ben & Jerry here. This means that the "cook" does not even really have to prepare anything such as topping a pizza, but only has to fry something. So far I had to wait 2 hours for my order! I understand that the employees are not going to work hard for the minimum wage and I also understand that if I order during peak times I will have to wait a little longer for my order. I have ordered here often and was used to a long delivery time from this company, but as a customer I can also expect something: -A high-quality product. -A delivery within 60 minutes. -A presentable product. -A delivery person who transports the product carefully and with enthusiasm. -Someone who calls (or sends a WhatsApp message if they are interested) that the order has been delayed. Let us know how long it will take and discuss compensation with the customer. In addition, let the delivery person apologize as a business card and, above all, show that you have really done your best. What I got was: -B&J melted without seal in a soggy bag that also contained leaky sachets of sauces (which I did not order) that marinated the entire ice cream container. -Snack box packaging soaked -Garlic bread soaked in fat (as if it was deep-fried instead of baked in an oven) -4 very small chicken wings. Not 6! -4 very small nuggets. Not 6! (more like pops) -The chicken was colder than the ice cream. I think all of this is completely ridiculous and it also raises a lot of questions for me. -Where's the manager? -Were those unordered sauces compensation for the long wait? Let the delivery person at least communicate this. As a customer I just think "damn, a wet bag of sauce that I didn't ask for that apparently contains my B&J without a seal" -Why don't I get a call if making a relatively simple order will take longer than an hour? -Why is everything so greasy? -Do these employees work in a food-safe manner in this case? -Is the manager aware that an order must be managed properly from A to Z in order to get returning customers? Ultimately, I get the impression that if I walk an hour from my house to Doetinchem, pick up an order at NYP Doetinchem and then walk back for an hour, the order will still arrive at my home warmer, nicer and faster than if I have it delivered from Ulft. New York Pizza is a good franchise, but this place is simply substandard. I would like to give you another chance in the future, but not until this is basically a functioning company again where employees understand their role and take responsibility for it. If this level continues, I am sure the doors will close within a few years given the large number of competitors in Ulft. Please take this feedback and act on it.

Greasy, tasteless pizzas. Delivery often too late. There are better things in Ulft.

Actually quite special that you drive with advertisements, but still my shortcut in Terborg. But you do that often, but now I'm going to write it!

Made my own vegetarian pizza and it came with chicken. After calling, a new pizza arrived, I had asked for some extra garlic oil on the edge. Then comes the second pizza completely drenched in garlic oil and a mountain of fresh garlic. Seems like a joke and feels like they didn't take my initial complaint seriously. It was inedible. The man on the phone didn't really understand the problem and was laughing about it. I order from here regularly, but after this incident I'm done with it.

Ordered pizza today on 2-7-2024. On the scooter from Ulft to Teborg and you will find this. Badly delivered!!

Garlic bread was literally raw.

The garlic bread was just raw, see photos. After telephone contact, they indicated that they knew that they were giving it raw and were laughing about it. Then indicate that it is not yet cooked, and we will wait, or compensate it at that time, do not offer a new one and let us drive back. Don't give raw dough in the hope of getting away with it, children ate it. The pizza caprese was floating in the grease. What a bad place, filed a complaint with the office about knowing and laughing that they were giving raw products.

Much too late for the 3rd time in a row...(more than half an hour) and then you call them and you are told we have too few delivery people. Then you should not indicate a delivery time if you cannot keep to it. So when ordering, take into account 2 hours of delivery time 🙈

I just had a pizza delivered to my home from New York Pizza Ulft, and this was perhaps the tastiest pizza I have ever had. It was a chicken shawarma pizza and the dough was SO tasty too. Really enjoyed it! Order arrived within half an hour and the delivery people are always friendly. Thank you!! Keep it up.

Unfortunately they don't even deliver to us. So I picked it up myself. Couldn't pay in cash 😡. The quality is reasonable, but if I have to pick it up myself, I prefer to drive to NYP in Doetinchem where the quality is really top. I would recommend them if they also deliver to zip code area 7077. Too bad for them that competitors deliver to us on the same square. Then my choice is made in no time.

Ordered and picked up pizzas. Warm, well stocked and neatly helped. The cinnamon bread was also very popular. We come more often!

Ordered 2x pizza BBQ chicken. Both pizzas had very hard pieces when chewed and very sharp. Were just pieces of bone. This is indicated and you are simply not believed. We also have a little one who eats with us!! Finally got to choose new pizzas. If you order pizzas WITHOUT chicken, you will receive it with chicken. And had to wait 1 hour 30 for this. What a mockery. Never again.

Ik ben nieuw komen wonen in de regio Ulft en zag dat New York Pizza op mijn adres bezorgt. Leuk! Gelijk even geprobeerd. De pizzas arriveerden al 20 minuten nadat ik de bestelling had geplaatst. Helemaal top. Wel vond ik dat er weinig toppings op de pizzas zaten ten opzichte van het deeg. Ik ben bekend met het concept van New York Pizza, dus ik weet dat er altijd wel relatief veel deeg is, maar dit had ik nog niet eerder meegemaakt bij andere filialen. Gelukkig smaakte het deeg zelf wel lekker, maar iets meer toppings zou het beter maken. Zou ik dit filiaal aanraden aan mensen die ik ken? Nee, dat niet. Zal ik in de toekomst zelf nog een keertje bestellen? Waarschijnlijk wel. Ze bezorgen snel, het smaakte zeker niet vies en er zijn leuke aanbiedingen.

Lekkere pizza's en vriendelijk personeel

Snel, lekker en makkelijk. Wat een geluk dat we in Ulft nu een New York Pizza hebben. Behalve Diva's is er in mijn ogen geen alternatief in de buurt of je moet naar Doetinchem rijden, daar zit ook een NYP.

Nieuw! Dus maar is wezen kijken. Leuke aanbiedingen en de pizza word vers gemaakt waar je bij staat. Pizza's waren snel klaar en eruug lekker. Zeker een aanrader om ook is wat te bestellen.

De (oudere) dame vandaag was niet eens in staat om een pizzabodem (3 in totaal) rond te krijgen, ze heeft zelfs later stukken moeten snijden of de dresser had haar moeten helpen om het op de pizzavormen te krijgen. Verder was de dressing echt aan de mindere kant en je proefde meer tomatensaus dan bijvoorbeeld kaas. Voor mij is het niet herhaling vatbaar. De dame was wel vriendelijk, maar ze was steeds in conversatie met 2 andere mannen (bezorgers denk ik) die het haar niet makkelijk maakte. Verder qua smaak viel het tegen.

Heerlijk vol belegde pizza's en lekkere bodem. Ook het personeelslid die ons hielp was top! Super vriendelijk 👌🏻

Helden! Bezorgen tenminste gewoon normaal in Silvolde. Bij dominos 1x thuisbezorgd gekregen en de volgende keer kom t niet meer want was t te ver.
