New York Pizza Vught in Wijk 01 Vught-Zuid

Returned the pizza, and after over an hour, they wanted me to pay for a cold pizza. I advised them not to pay upfront, but at the door and check if it's cold. Joj had to leave without any money.

Don't order from here! I ordered pizza tonight, and according to Thuisbezorgd, it was supposed to be delivered at 8:14 PM. Then, at 8:46 PM, I got a call saying the delivery driver had been hit by a car and that they were making and delivering a new pizza as soon as possible. Then, an hour later, I got a call saying they couldn't find a delivery driver and that I had to pick it up myself. Disgraceful! I even paid the delivery fee! When I arrived, it looked like a ball pit. I got my food and, as compensation, a small Ben & Jerry's for free. Wow, and that after waiting over two hours for food. When I got home, the food was also ice cold because it had been sitting there for a long time. I live 5 minutes away, so that wasn't the problem. All in all, a terrible "pizzeria" with no reasoning power.

It took a very long time before it was delivered. Then the wrong thing was delivered. Then another 1.5 hours waiting for the food to arrive. In short, no more New York pizza Vught for me.

I ordered two pizzas on Sunday, June 1st. They ran out of cheese 🧐 and promised I'd get my money back within 5 business days. It's now been two weeks and I haven't received anything. No one has contacted me either. I called today and was told the delivery driver forgot to take payment at the door some time ago, and I'm now being penalized for that. Incidentally, the order was placed in a different name (shared household). They're also very rude on the phone, and you're put on hold for 10 minutes. I contacted the franchise.

To order something before 6:00 PM, only to receive a delivery notification at 6:30 PM, while the delivery will not take place until 7:00 PM. This way I keep my statistics to the head office good, crooks.

Um... ordered twice through Thuisbezorgd. Both times, way too late... They said it would be 20-35 minutes, only to have it take over an hour, and then the pizzas were lukewarm. Remember, I called the branch several times for an update, only to have the delivery delayed each time. No more from now on.

The pizza arrived quickly, but it wasn't cooked through. I called and they helped me right away and got a new one.

Ordered regularly but ordering via the website, app or home delivery is suddenly no longer possible. For some reason they no longer deliver, a shame.

I ordered a pizza at 4:38 PM. At 5:18 PM, the delivery driver called to say his scooter had broken down en route and that he would pick it up as soon as possible to deliver the pizzas. It happens, of course, no problem. Half an hour later, still no pizza delivery driver. I called the store, and only after half an hour did someone arrive to pick up the delivery driver. They said they would check if the pizza was still warm and then call back to see if the delivery driver was still coming or if we would receive a new pizza. The delivery driver arrived at the door without any communication, bringing cold food. I called the store again to say the pizzas were cold. Initially, they refused to refund the money, but we certainly weren't going to wait another hour for a new pizza after waiting an hour and a half, so they said they would send the pizza driver back to pick up the cold pizzas so I could get my money back. Half an hour later, still no delivery driver. I had to call the store AGAIN, and then I was told, "The delivery driver said you wanted to keep the pizzas and that no refund was needed." After more back and forth over the phone, they finally agreed to keep the pizzas and get a refund. Never goes well here at New York Pizza. They might as well close the place down.

Delicious! Ordered online and was able to pick it up within fifteen minutes. Friendly service in the store. The food was nice and hot and absolutely delicious.

Even though I did not receive the right pizza, the service was good and I still ate a delicious pizza. thank you 😊

Waited an hour for a finally cold pizza. Worthless!

We ordered at 3 o'clock for half past six. In the evening we called to see if we could receive the order at 5 o'clock, but then they said that the courier was late so they couldn't promise anything. At a quarter to six we called again to find out where our pizza was. We were told that the time had been changed to half past seven, but pizza was finally delivered at 10 to 7 Furthermore, food was delicious

Pizza's gehaald en heerlijk gegeten. Harde werkers al die gasten. Petje af.

Goede zaak, vriendelijk personeel. Soms gaat het mis , dat is menselijk, maar dan zijn ze niet flauw in een goede oplossing. Over het algemeen goed, lekker en goede prijs kwaliteit

De bezorging was heel lang Het eten was koud en misten me bestek

Pizza hier bestellen gaat altijd goed. Lekker en niets op aan te merken. Laatst fingerfood besteld en dat was een drama. Kippenbout en wings waren niet te eten. Je moest eerst door een hele vetlaag heen voordat je een stukje vlees proefde. Niet aan te raden.

Pizza was lekker. Alleen de chinees aan de toonbank was niet heel beleefd.

Wat een bizarre ervaring. De jongeman die bestellingen opnam had geen flauw idee wat de acties waren(?).. bij balie medewerker nr 3 uiteindelijk maar online besteld.. wat bleek, bestelling verkeer door gekomen… kortom, niet naar toe gaan..

Pizza's zijn heerlijk, maar voor de derde keer staan er acties in de Abri's in vught die niet terug te vinden zijn op de site als je wil bestellen, waardeloos!
