The Spicy Beef Soup was a bit spicier than I expected, but I enjoyed the challenge—it didn’t take away from how flavorful and delicious it was. The glazed fried chicken was absolutely top-tier, possibly the best fried chicken I’ve ever had. To top it off, the tropical peach drink was incredibly refreshing—light, healthy, and perfectly balanced without being overly sweet. Everything was on point!

Absolutely delicious food! It was my first time trying Vietnamese food and I loved it. The food looks so simple yet packed with flavours. Their food halal too. :) I really liked the egg coffee; one of the best coffees I've had in a while.

Definitely a very tasty vegetarian meal - good, lots of it and well worth the money. Too bad: the staff doesn't speak Dutch, not even a few words like 'good evening' or 'please'. It is very cramped downstairs. The jasmine tea was delicious but also insanely pricey.

First time eating Vietnamese food for my boyfriend and I, and it was really great! Food was delicious, service was super friendly and the interior/atmosphere was beautiful and cozy. I accidentally ordered the wrong soup, but this was resolved very nicely by the chef. Restaurant is definitely recommended if you are looking for a tasty Vietnamese restaurant in Rotterdam!

Terrible service. Ordered and waited 40 minutes. We asked the waiter how long it would take and then she said she accidentally gave the last of the pho to people who came after us and didn’t even tell us that we wouldn’t get any food. Would have waited there for an hour like an idiot if we didn’t ask. Still had to pay for the tea as well didn’t even get the courtesy of that either and decided to leave.

The food here is expensive and not authentic at all. They did not even provide lemon and fresh chili for the beef noodle. The cutlery was dirty. It took an hour to wait for the food.

Been here twice. It was chaos both times. Will not come back. This time. We ordered drinks, but they only arrived after we had finished our appetisers. We asked about our drinks twice (because we were thirsty) but we still did not get them until we had been sitting down for nearly 45 min. We ordered two appetisers. The fresh spring rolls arrived first. The fried spring rolls arrived 15 min later. The pho with sliced beef was very disappointing. Too much onion. The rice noodles were broken. And, to make it worse, the broken rice noodles had turned into one big clump. At most Vietnamese restaurants, you can season your pho with fresh herbs and spices. Not here - which I thought was a shame. Service was a mess. Our server was not attentive. I do not think he understood us (when we asked about our drinks). And, it bothered me that he kept throwing the dishes on the tables, instead of putting them down. I thought it was disrespectful. Also, paying took ages.

The staff is frendly and agile. The food is prepared with care, and according to the original Vietnamese recipes. Definitely recommend it.

Delicious food! We shared the Banh Xeo in advance, great! I preferred the caramalized salmon with egg noodles instead of rice and that was no problem. Perfectly marinated and fried salmon and the noodles were so tasty. My dining companion's rice and chicken were also very good. Good quality for a great price, recommended! Friendly (English speaking) staff.

Delicious miến măng gà eaten with dried bamboo as it should be, lots of chicken and delicious taste. The banh canh tôm is prepared with great care, with homemade balls and lots of shrimp. I am Vietnamese myself and I really appreciate the food here! One of the better places to eat Vietnamese food in Rotterdam.

Spontaneously found this Vietnamese restaurant this week. Seriously everything was really tasteful. Plenty of meat. I think a disadvantage is that the restaurant is halal, so there was no porky anywhere to be found. They also had a whole set of special Vietnamese coffees, such as the egg coffee and salted cream coffee. Service is super cute! Thoughtful and really cute. All in all, I highly recommend having a bite to eat here

Ate here on Saturday afternoon/evening before a concert in Ahoy. Super tasty, nice terrace, home-made ice tea is highly recommended and the lady who served us had a sense of humor all evening despite being very busy. Nice place!

The food is amazing. But the service is very bad. Super nervous stuff. If we order dessert, we have to stand outside and wait until it is ready... while we have just eaten at the table for almost 60 euros...........

I ate at the restaurant on June 16. The first time I came a month ago, although the restaurant announced that it was open until 9am, when I arrived at 8pm, the staff announced that the restaurant was empty so it closed early. I waited 15 minutes after asking you, but then you just dialed the phone and completely forgot about our child. Feel so bad.

It was nice. Far too chaotic, with a manager who wanted to do everything alone. The staff was only allowed to deliver. And there was little to do in that regard, because the waiting times were far too long. Then the food was still cold. It tastes good, but yes, when you have to wait longer than an hour, everything tastes good.

Service is fast but not welcomy. Not hospitable. The food is ok. I ordered the Nguyen beef pho but the tail is very chewy even hard to bite. The beef and onion dry noodle is ok. Not much option for sauce for anything.

As a Vietnamese I can say that food is wonderfully authentic. Chicken wings starter was surprisingly tasty, full of flavor and juicy. Fresh lime ice tea and hanoi egg coffee are highly recommended! Customer-friendly relaxed atmosphere in the restaurant.

Would of loved to try this place based on reviews and during my weekend I was in Rotterdam however, when I attended the restaurant (1.5 hours before closing) based on their website, they told me the shop was closed and their sign still showed as open.

Too bad, we were just looking forward to authentic Vietnamese food. Appetizers Summer Rolls and Goy Ga are okay, no more no less. Then Nuygen beef Pho and Spicy beef noodle soup. The first tasteless soup and the 2nd tasteless but slightly spicy soup. With a huge amount of over-cooked tasteless meat in both. Where are the fresh Asian herbs? Unfortunately, only curls of lettuce, which quickly become snot in a hot soup. So disappointing. Friendly staff, but no insight into the catering industry. That starts when you enter the nicely decorated shop upstairs, downstairs there is a cellar where we are placed, we made a reservation some time ago? Fortunately, this is resolved quickly and friendly. The main course is served without the starter plates having been removed and the table is really a very small table. When it comes to further wishes, such as something to drink, the guest and the greenhouse are really being neglected. Left Pho and soup more than half full and after not eating for half an hour, it was not noticed by the staff. We wanted to try the salted cream coffee. Finally I pay at the counter, forgetting about the loyalty discount. Friendliness alone won't get you anywhere, more attention to guests is really needed!

Jammer, hier hadden we nou net z'on zin in, authentiek Vietnamees eten. Voorgerechten Summer Rolls en Goy Ga zijn oke, niet meer niet minder. Daarna Nuygen beef Pho en Spicy beef noodle soup. De eerste smaakloze soep en de 2de smaakloze maar licht spicy soep. Met in beiden een enorme hoeveelheid doorgekookt smakeloos vlees. Waar zijn de verse Aziatische kruiden? Helaas alleen krul sla, die al gauw snot is in een warme soep. Teleurstellend dus. Vriendelijk personeel, maar geen kijk op het vak horeca. Dat begint al bij binnenkomst in de leuk ingericht zaak boven, beneden meer een kelder waar we worden geplaatst, we hebben al een tijd geleden gereserveerd? Gelukkig wordt dat gauw en vriendelijk opgelost. Hoofdgerecht wordt geserveerd, zonder dat de borden van het voorgerecht zijn weggehaald en het tafeltje is echt een heel klein tafeltje. Wat betreft verdere wensen, zoals nog wat te drinken, wordt de gast en de kas echt tekort gedaan. Pho en soup voor meer dan de helft laten staan en na een half uur niet meer eten niet opgemerkt door het personeel. We wilde nog de salted cream koffie proberen. Uiteindelijk maar gaan betalen aan de balie, waarbij de loyaliteitskorting wordt vergeten. Met alleen vriendelijkheid kom je je niet, meer aandacht voor gasten is echt nodig!

Summer rolls and spring rolls were tasty, but the chicken shrimp soup with 0 shrimp, fried rice and chicken came straight from the microwave. How bad, there was no taste, the chicken was rubber, the fried rice was soggy, the soup was cold. And what a mess in this restaurant, there is storage everywhere, and the toilets were filthy, once but never again

Ended up here via Social Deal. Actually they were full but they made a spot for us. The food was very good! It all came together quickly, so within an hour we were outside again after a 3-course dinner. Definitely eat here!

The food was super tasty and smooth. If you don't ask for a break, you will have had 3 courses of dinner within an hour. Decent prices. Super fresh. Really tasty. Gluten-free did not go well the first time (fried onions go wrong in many places, including here), but it was restored well and there were many options. Tip: ask for a table far from the door or downstairs. On an evening with a major event in Ahoy, groups of people come half inside, half outside, there is no room, they ask questions and wait with the door open and that is really very cold in the winter. Doesn't depend on the restaurant, but it's useful to take into account. Egg coffee is really the discovery of the year for me, already. So delicious!! We would love to come back.

I ordered the jujube herb homemade ice tea, shrimp soup, and stir-fried beef and onion dry noodles. Every dish was amazing and well done! It's my fourth time here, and they never disappoint! The jujube herb ice tea was lovely and not overly sweet. Highly recommend the tea. We came around 7 on a monday and the restaurant was packed, but the staff quickly found a table for us. Around 8, the restaurant was calm, so I recommend eating here around 8 if you wish to not wait or come with a big group. The staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you very much for your service! Will definitely eat here again!

A table in the basement, not very cozy. We had the feeling that we had to hurry (time slot of 2 hours). While our starter was not yet finished, the main course was already ready on the table next to us. Pity! The food was okay, but not special (while Vietnamese food can be really tasty).

We werden in de kelder gezet met kleine ruimtes tussen andere mensen in. Hoop herrie daardoor. Vond het eten niet bijzonder voor een Thaise keuken.
