I love going there for coffee on the weekends. The staff is always welcoming and makes the experience really pleasant and cozy. The bolo sandwich is amazing, and I always end up getting a pig in a blanket too.

I had to literally say wow when I tried the coffee. It was that good. And absolutely the cutest service.

I asked for oat milk and was told “this isn’t Starbucks”. Staff was extremely rude

I stopped by NU Koffie & Delicatessen early last Saturday morning, and it was a wonderful surprise. It's a small, cozy place that seems unassuming from the outside, but ultimately offers much more than you'd expect. Perfect for starting the day calmly and with a good atmosphere. The service was friendly and fast—exactly what you need at that hour when you need coffee to function. You can easily order something savory or sweet, without any hassle or long waits. Simple, but well-executed. I had a cappuccino and a croissant, and both were truly delicious. The coffee was full-flavored and well-balanced, and the croissant was crispy, fluffy, and fresh. An ideal combination for breakfast, especially if you like something sweet with the first sip. The best part is sitting outside and watching the city slowly wake up. Amsterdam at its most tranquil, with a cup of coffee in hand—small place, big experience. Definitely a recommended way to start your day. P.S. And as an Argentinian, it was extra nice to see that the person serving me was wearing a River Plate shirt—my club, the biggest in the world. ❤️🤍

The toasted sandwich (with a kind of mushroom ragout) was absolutely delicious! And the coffee was excellent too.

As a Melburnian, can vouch for the quality of the coffee and the toastie with Dutch cheese and kimchi was fantastic!

My daily delight in the Jordaan! Maybe I am a bit in love, but living so close to this place feels like a dream. The coffee is a million out of ten, rich, smooth and made with care every single time. Their sandwiches? Just mmm, seriously next level. The vibe is crazy cozy with warm smiles, great tunes and that unmistakable neighborhood charm that makes you want to stay all day. This little coffee and deli has truly become part of my daily rhythm, and I would not have it any other way.

Worst experience I had while in Amsterdam. This is the kind of coffee place where the staff is rude and acts like you are disturbing them when you enter the shop. Asked basic questions about a coffee drink and was met with irritated attitudes from both baristas. Wish I could go back in time and skip this place. My coffee was also mediocre, so not even worth the disrepect, lol.

I ordered a Matcha Latte. First the Matcha came out of a plastic bottle, already liquid. Second they only had oat or cow milk, then they charged 0,70 euros for ice cubes!! Of course the matcha had lumps :-( Not professional!

The best coffee I've ever had. We ordered two lattes, a sandwich, and a muffin. Everything was wonderful! The coffee was perfect, we even ordered a third to go. The place is very, very small, so you eat quickly and leave when you see people waiting. It would be nice to have more space, but that's part of its essence. The menu is limited but very good. The cheese and Bolognese sauce sandwich was a great innovation, I loved it.

Best coffee I had in the Netherlands, great quiche, super friendly! We needed a quick coffee and a bite to eat with a big group so just sat outside on the benches and they were happy to help us out, and as a bonus the coffee was amazing!

Recommendation! It's not cheap, but you get something for it.

A small, cozy coffee shop where I tasted a delicious espresso. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. Employee Jaap deserves a special mention: he was incredibly attentive and did his work with a lot of passion and care. Highly recommended for anyone who likes good coffee and great service!

I was in Amsterdam for a two week work trip, and NU coffee was near my office. I had coffee every morning and even left with some of their merch. Great vibes, great espresso, the owners are friendly and the place is in Jordaan which is a great area of Amsterdam. Love this spot !

Everything great!! Hot chocolate deliciously creamy, flat white very good and delicious sandwich. It is a small place with few seats, but in terms of taste and service there is really nothing to complain about!

I rushed to wash my mouth that was hurt by the last restaurant before closing. The hand-made Kenya beans are okay, and the matcha latte is just right. The guy was in a hurry to get off work but still completed this order with good quality and quantity. Drinkable.

It can be a bit hard to find seating even with the outside benches if you looking to sit in as it’s bit on the smaller side and very popular. Coffee was lovely, very smooth and we had blueberry muffin which was also very tasty. Would recommend.

In a city with some of the best coffee I've ever had, NU ranks as, if not the very best, then certainly in the top three in Amsterdam. What makes NU a cut above others, on top of the coffee, is their overall vibe: the decor, the funky and eclectic tunes, and the friendly staff.

August 2024 They claim to have the best coffee so you can thank them later ... so I had to try. Entering I saw already the beans of the Espresso Factory. And I know they are a bit acidic- for my taste - and that I don't like too much. More of an Italian espresso drinker. So that was also what I got. Perfect service though, nice people, really small place what gives a good vibe with some small pastries. Croissant needed a little bit more oven time but otherwise fine. Real nice place to go to

Lovely cafe with great coffee and snacks. Located within 3 tram stops west of Amsterdam Centraal, it exudes modern homely vibes in a chic neighborhood. The decaf in flat white had a good fragrance and coffee sweetness with abit of acidity for balance. The apple tart was fantastic - the tart crust was not too thick with big chunks of apples piled. That was a good bake 😊. Beware though it has limited sittings.
