I wanted to order kapsalon without fries (which is available at every place). I paid through Thuiszorgd (home delivery). This place called me to say that wasn't possible because it apparently cost too much meat. When I told them I could have the same amount of meat, they refused. So even though they would earn more (less work, less product), they still got in my way. I wouldn't order from them if they were so unfocused on customers.

Since the new owner took over in 2022, this restaurant has been highly recommended! We had another delicious meal with the family tonight. The friendly family always greets you with a smile and a chat. The food quality is excellent, and compliments to the lady who prepares everything fresh. Keep up the good work, guys! Until next time.

Delivery time was just fine. The food was truly delicious; I had an Adana Dürüm and it tasted really good.

I don't know if Dutch is difficult, or if they don't give a damn about their customers. For years I've been trying to get my hair salon without tomatoes. Unfortunately always without success. Strongly discouraged to order here if you expect customer service. Too sad how difficult it is to not deliver tomatoes when explicitly requested. Greetings from the Dotterbloemhof. Ordered food online here today. Shawarma was already cold upon receipt but fries are also part of the menu which you pay for. They forgot to deliver these and we called immediately at 18:37 and they said they would deliver them but at 20:00 we still hadn't seen or received anything. It's only a bag of fries and hopefully they'll save some money now but that's not how you treat paying customers.

Bad experience and extremely rude staff! We came here to break our fast and were looking for a halal restaurant. Upon entering, we immediately noticed that the restaurant was cold and lackluster, but hey, we mainly came for the food. When we received the menu, we wanted to order a deal with an appetizer. Suddenly, we were told the price had doubled because the menu was two years old. When we asked if all the prices were different from the menu, the staff member reacted incredibly rudely. He literally told us to check the website or leave. This was almost time to break our fast! Instead of simply giving a normal, polite explanation, we were simply told to leave. Incredibly poor service. We left and will never return.

We went here for iftar during Ramadan, and this gentleman kicked us out. The reason? He had outdated menus from two years ago. I asked if the prices for the other dishes were correct. His response was that if I didn't like them, I could just leave. This gentleman sells halal meat, but clearly doesn't understand human nature. I would advise any Muslim against eating here.

Food is ready quickly and tastes very good. Highly recommended!! Very nice staff, very sweet and fun enthusiastic people.

On 15-2-25 we ate there again after a long time. We were surprised by a new owner who welcomed us kindly. We ate Adana dish and Chicken skewer dish. The food was fresh, not too dry and good in taste. Recommendation for the owner: the interior consists of warm colors, but the lighting is too bright or too white, so the atmosphere is not really warm. Perhaps more atmosphere can be created by using appropriate lighting. Otherwise a friendly family business with good food.

Ordered tonight and received nothing. Ordered here previously on the recommendation of friends and the food was good. That's why we also order now for our guests. Order would be delivered around 6:55 PM. After an hour nothing, so I called. Turns out the restaurant was closed on Wednesday so they canceled my order. We wait 2 hours for food that never comes. No sorry nothing. When I indicated that this was not appropriate, they simply hung up. If you treat your customers like this, you will never see me again. So for us, never again ocakbasi and just back to Marmaris in the Voorstraat.

New owner of Iraqi origin for 2 years. Rice is delicious as is kofte, lamb chops and other grilled meat.

We sat with my wife and child. The lady was super sweet and friendly. Food was also great, tasty tender meat. A mix grill was more than enough for us. We took the rest home, it was really great!

We haven't been there for a very long time, there seems to be a new owner, the food is no longer what it used to be with the old owner. Same goes for the service and friendliness. Meat also no longer smelled good. They don't do anything to compensate either. This isn't even worth 1 star.

New owner, food is not what it used to be with the original owner. Same goes for the service, friendliness. Truly terrible.

Yesterday I ate the lamb chop dish after working 16 hours at a festival, I didn't look like much but I was well welcomed. Beautiful family restaurant and the food was delicious!

Ordered food via home delivery, neatly indicated that I wanted fresh fries, last time they were also cold and limp. Order comes and the food is again lukewarm and weak. I called the restaurant and got a lady on the line who didn't understand me at all, then the owner. The gentleman responded briefly and wanted the other order back. The gentleman rang the bell and immediately said that it was fine. I indicated that he could look in the bag himself, the gentleman started shouting that if I didn't trust his food I didn't have to order anymore. Said to gentleman that this meter. The last time was and the door was closed. Never any problems with the previous owner.

Apparently we hadn't been there for a long time, because unexpectedly we found a new owner. Quality was always top and more than worth the money, now very disappointed. €40 for an Antep grill dish that did not look appetizing and was not necessarily tasty either. All in all, it was expensive to pay, not full and certainly not eaten with taste. We will definitely not come back here again. Scanty and mediocre quality, it's a shame that you don't do justice to the Ocakbasi name.

Omg, Bad smell, bad taste, you can't eat this kebab at all, I really don't know what to say, I also ate the same Adana Kabab in Turkey but none were like the one I got tonight, it was very bad . Not all restaurants can be trusted.

I visited this restaurant before and stopped, and now I came again with the new owner of the restaurant. He is a very respectable person, the service is excellent, the staff is clean and the food is very tasty. I really recommend it If you visit this place you will really enjoy it.

Sleeping staff with their mouths open and completely out of the world....ordered two Turkish pizzas...unfortunately the onions were very dominant....and too few staff so this man was allowed to sleep for incoming guests...woww. . not recommended

Well I ate here with my wife and child. It was nice, the people were friendly, especially the women. My daughter left very happy. Really great, the food was also incredibly tasty. Recommended if you want to eat something other than quick fast food. Top

Wij bestellen weer vaker. En de kapsalons zijn echt heerlijk. Vandaag weer heerlijk gegeten! Bezorging was op tijd.

Clean, friendly and cosy atmosphere !

Hier kun je pas heerlijk en betaalbaar eten! Service is top en aardig behulpzaam personeel. Interieur hoef je niet veel van te verwachten maar maar alles daarom heen is top! Lekker vlees van de grill. Wij zijn hier nu al 2x geweest en komen zeker terug.

laats een shoarmaschotel en een kapsalon besteld. Zat alleen geen broodje bij de shoarmaschotel, gemeld en toen kregen we er 2. Super service! Het eten was overigens ook echt heerlijk!

Vandaag sinds een lange tijd weer gegeten. En het is nu overgenomen door een nieuwe familie. Helemaal gerenoveerd en het is een prachtige locatie geworden! Heerlijk gegeten en super gastvrij ontvangen! Hier gaan we weer vaker heen! De nieuwe eigenaar heeft er alles aan gedaan om het naar ons zin te maken!

Woon zelf in Dronten, kom om de 2 weken om mijn broertje te zien hier in Lelystad. Sinds ik ocakbasi kapsalon heb gegeten, heb ik ook van geen ander een kapsalon gegeten. Bestelling was toen straks even mis gegaan maar kan gebeuren want iedereen is een mens! Netjes opgelost! Super service!

Zeker 1 van de beste Restaurants van Lelystad. De service binnen is goed en de bezorging is prima. Er wordt altijd contact opgenomen voor bevestiging.

Yemekler çok güzeldi personel kibar ve güler yüzlü herkese tavsiye ediyorum

We hebben de mixed grill voor 2 personen voor €35 besteld. Smaak van het vlees was prima. Voor dat geld verwacht je dan best wat vlees maar dat viel tegen. 5 kleine stukjes kip, 5 kleine stukjes biefstuk, drumsticks, llamsvleesrolletjes en durum. Sausjes, sla en brood waren wel vers en goed van smaak.

Nieuw interieur is helemaal top, altijd vriendelijke ontvangst hier.

Een restaurant met een overdekt terras. Vriendelijk personeel. Na het voorgerecht moesten we wel lang wachten op het hoofdgerecht. Voorgerecht: Linzensoep: was goed Meze met brood bestaande uit cacik en ezme: heerlijk. Adana schotel bestaande uit 2 adana's patat en salade: deze was echt lekker Kipvleugel schotel: was heerlijk goed doorgebakken niet aangebrand. Helaas geen tijd voor een toetje.

Lieve mensen en heerlijk gegeten. Echt een aanrader!
