Oliebollenkraam Heerenveen in Wijk 01 Heerenveen

What scammers! The currant buns were tough and small. And all that for €1.50 (!) each!? Everything has gotten more expensive, but on the last day of the year, I felt the most ripped off in 2025. Never again!

Delicious oliebollen, good quality and friendly people.

This oliebollen stall has been in Heerenveen for years. It used to be excellent quality and a good price. Now, they charge different prices for 6 oliebollen, ranging from €7.50 to €9. And they're not the quality we're used to. Such a shame!

I picked up a mixed bag of oliebollen on Wednesday afternoon. They were delicious. Follow the heating instructions on the bag. Enjoy!

Currant bun: Cold and chewy! For €1.20 each. Baked fresh daily? It didn't taste that way! The service could also be a bit friendlier.

On New Year's Eve 2023, I got oliebollen (Dutch doughnuts) from Guhnen. Despite the crowds, the service was prompt and friendly. The oliebollen were mediocre; the regular ones without raisins were somewhat okay, but the raisin buns were tough and soggy, absolutely not tasty.
