We had a wonderful evening with good food.

Cozy restaurant, beautifully decorated and nice and spacious. It's just a shame our son was celebrating his birthday and upon entering we asked for one of those firework cannons, so to speak; we saw them passing by repeatedly but unfortunately they forgot about us.

We had a delicious meal there and the service was excellent and friendly. Cozy atmosphere!

After a difficult start, we thoroughly enjoyed our tapas. The service was friendly and efficient.

I went to the Netherlands to visit a friend and he brought me to Onsz because he wanted me to taste a Dutch speciality, the Dutch tapas! Naïvely, I told him that I thought tapas were Spanish but he told me that the Dutch people made their own version, which piqued my curiosity! The restaurant is ideally located in the heart of Oss and has a car park close to it. Although, it is a nondescript building from the outside, inside the restaurant in itself is luxurious, with wood, metal fittings and quality furniture giving the place a certain touch. When we arrived, we were nicely welcomed by the staff, whose members are around 25-30 years old. In true Dutch fashion, they were accessible and friendly without feeling too familiar. We thus ordered many different items, ranging from chicken, to fish, to vegetables, to meat and it was delicious! Portions were fair and quality was absolutely top notch! Everything tasted balanced and made with care! I felt like royalty! Price was fair regarding to overall quality experience. I absolutely ate _smakelijk_ ! ;) If you want to taste some nice and convivial Dutch cuisine, Onsz might be the place to try!

What a great experience. The concept was, of course, already familiar. All the wait staff were equally nice. Good portions of the dishes and freshly prepared. Very diverse menu compared to the competition. The new method with tablets works great. Just perfectly balanced. Highly recommended!!!

We had the all-inclusive tapas menu tonight for two people. Three hours of unlimited ordering, including soft drinks, beer, and/or wine. The food was good, and the service was great!

Well, what can I say? The food itself was really mediocre to bad. I am obviously full and we were waited on hand and foot. What we ordered was on the table 5 minutes later. Not that that is a big deal, but when half of it is lukewarm to still cold and the food is of a fairly low standard, I can only conclude that this is not top-notch for the 45 euros I paid for it.

The evening was fantastic! The dishes were very tasty and the staff attentive, extremely friendly and efficient. Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed all the dishes. The staff also provided excellent service. A big plus is the menu, which clearly explains what's possible for various allergies. My son has celiac disease and was able to enjoy a gluten-free meal with us.

Enjoy a cozy tapas meal, as everyone knows by now. Orders are three dishes per person per round. The staff is friendly, and you can, of course, create the atmosphere yourself. Reservations are recommended, as it's always busy. They also take into account guests with disabilities and allergies.

We (a couple and our mother) ate here yesterday (January 25, 2026). We had eaten at Onsz several times before, when it was still part of El Saludo, and we'd never been disappointed, and thankfully, we weren't disappointed this time either! The food was delicious, with plenty of choices (tapas), and it was served quite quickly after ordering. However, I did find the presentation of the plates a bit dull at times; that could have been done a bit better. The chairs are a bit too wide for the table for four, but they are very comfortable. We don't come to Oss very often, but if we were ever in the area again, I would definitely eat at Onsz again ;-)

You'll only enjoy this if you have very low standards. Way too expensive for the junk that comes out of the kitchen. Tip: use the tablet instead of the notes, otherwise you might have to wait a long time for your food!

We even enjoyed playing a board game at the table while enjoying the delicious dishes – and that felt just perfect. The staff truly deserves a compliment. Extremely friendly, welcoming, and always with a smile. Nothing is too much trouble: extra dishes, a change to a dish, a little explanation – everything was arranged with pleasure. This contributes enormously to the peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. The restaurant itself is neat and clean, which immediately gives you a pleasant feeling upon entering. The concept is fun and surprising: small, flavorful dishes, neatly presented, and always something new to try. One minor comment: the mussels were a little less fresh and clean than expected – but that's probably the critical eye of a true "child of the sea" speaking here. 😉 Everything that comes from the sea deserves a little extra attention. Otherwise: wow! An absolute 10/10 for atmosphere, service, and experience. Had dinner at Onsz Oss for the first time on Friday. The restaurant is located in a beautiful, characteristic building. The staff was very friendly. From reception to leaving the restaurant. We were less satisfied with the acoustics. We were sitting at a table with 8 people and we had difficulty understanding each other. It was very noisy. Most dishes tasted great. I really liked the USA hamburger, mon chou with cherries and the Bastogne parfait. Unfortunately, a few dishes were disappointing. The schnitzel with mushroom sauce was a chicken schnitzel that you can often buy on sale at Albert Heijn. So not a real schnitzel. I really didn't like the prawn croquettes with cocktail sauce. It looked more like 2 burnt fish sticks. The portions were not all about the same size. The mussels in herb butter only contained 3 mussels. A dish with mushrooms was also very small. I never received the kebab skewers I ordered. Other than that I had a very pleasant evening. But next time I'd rather go to one of my trusted addresses for tapas. I found the price/quality ratio to be disappointing here.

First of all I have to say that it is difficult to get fresh food these days, it was simply delicious and I go to a lot of restaurants! That 8'5 is certainly justified! Thank you and also smooth and friendly service.

The food here is always delicious and the service is good. They have a play corner for children, which means that parents can also eat here in peace. Because the play area is placed around a corner, you will not be bothered by screaming children.

Went there yesterday for my birthday with family. It was not what we were used to, it took a long time to receive the dishes, and the receipts for the desserts were lost twice, it took a very long time before they arrived. Was bad with the sevice this time. Won't be going there anymore for a while. I spoke to the manager about it, but he is very arrogant.

Friendly staff, tasty dishes and, above all, a very pleasant atmosphere! Certain dishes could be better, especially the “exotic” dishes. Definitely a nice location to have a nice evening.

Yesterday we had dinner at Onsz with colleagues. The building looks inviting from the outside and many places to eat inside and outside. Only the host and some runners didn't really feel like working. At the start he walked to the table, but the line (enjoy your meal, have a nice evening) was told without meaning it. Was a bit run down. The first impression was not too good. In addition, the runners (except for 1 young man, hence the 2 stars instead of 1 star) did not feel like placing the food and drinks on you. They stood at the end of the table and it was held in the air like, take it on. We were also not asked if we were okay with helping. We had to pass on a lot of things and it was the way that was done, sometimes in a snarky way. At one point we said that we had all had a long working day and asked if it was possible if it could be passed on to the person. because we're going out for dinner sometime. And that person has not returned to our table. I'm writing this review because it's kind of ridiculous that we pay around €60 per person and we actually did some of their work. We wanted to order drinks several times where an employee was waiting to assist you, but no eye contact was made, there was quite a bit of yawning and then they walked away several times. If you want to fill more tables, you could do something about this. The food tasted great and there is a lot of variety to choose from! Compliments to the chef, interior designer and caregivers!! But I definitely won't be coming back here again.

An all you can eat tapas restaurant. wide choice of different snacks. Something for everyone, desserts are also included. I found the taste of some of the hot dishes a bit disappointing, but the desserts are very tasty! Legend: 1) Terrible! I don't recommend it, I will never come back! 2) Too bad, below my expectations, I won't come again. 3) Ok, nothing wrong with that, but nothing special, nice for once. 4) Fine, worth coming back. 5) Excellent! I recommend, I will definitely come back!

Met een groep van 6 stellen (12 personen) in een 'bruisend' restaurant gegeten dat afgeladen vol zat. Volgens mij zaten er wel zo'n 250 gasten blijkbaar te 'genieten'. Van de ene teleurstelling in de andere vallend (verkeerde drankjes brengen, bruschetta tonijn blijkt gewoon een broodtoastje met bolletje tonijnprut uit de emmer op een bedje van sla uit de zak, lauw opgewarmde kleine als tappas bedoelde hapjes zonder uitgesproken smaak, zwieberzwabber halfgare frietjes en keiharde ijsbolletjes "tja, beter dan dat ze gesmolten zijn". Niets, op het heerlijke pils na, bleek vers en goed warm. Alles was blijkbaar 'uit de koelkast in de highspeedcombi' vers. Eerste en direct de laatste keer dat ik dit restaurant bezoek en ik zou het ook niet aan iemand aanbevelen (op het pilsje na) maar vind het onvoorstelbaar dat ze afgeladen vol zitten. Is er dan niets in Oss te vinden waar je je voor maar liefst € 60 per persoon bedonderd voelt? Wat drijft mensen die bedrijf binnen? Wat een rot gevoel hou je over aan deze schuur. Gelukkig hebben we het desondanks wél erg gezellig gehad.
