Very tasty, great atmosphere, plenty of activities for the kids, and very friendly service. We will definitely be back!

We spent the weekend here at the campsite. We ate here on Saturday – we couldn't get a spot for dinner, so we arrived at 3 p.m. It wasn't crowded. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We had a variety of pancakes (savory and sweet) and a large Caesar salad. We were all very satisfied. The portion sizes were perfectly adequate, and the various toppings were also very tasty. We can say that the visit was worthwhile – we are satisfied.

Last weekend we went to Pater Pancake for dinner. We had a reservation for 6:30 PM, and because we still hadn't had anyone at our table after 7:05 PM, we ordered directly through the app. We also indicated that we wanted to order food. It took quite a while before anyone showed up. In the end, the tomato soup and the carpaccio were delicious. The apple pancake and the apple, bacon, and cheese pancake were excellent. Only when we wanted to pay did we ask once and indicate it once through the app. In the end, an older woman came to take the payment herself because her colleague hadn't arrived. It was a shame, as rush hour was definitely over, but forgetting a table with two people was also a real shame.

The food is fine, but what's not mentioned on the website is that the play area is in a separate building, so children can't play while they eat. And you have to pay extra: for two children and two adults, it's €10.50. It's a shame, because we came so the children could play independently while waiting and after dinner.

We ate very tasty pancakes! The price may be a little more than an average pancake house (18.50 for a Turkey pancake with, among other things, shawarma and fries), but they are also well stocked! Friendly service and some toys on the table for the children to be entertained. Which didn't take long, because the 5 pancakes were on the table within 20 minutes. For an extra 2.50 you can enter the park and go to the playground and swimming pool. We did not do this due to time. Indoor playground closes at 7 p.m.

Good pancakes, a large swimming pool and indoor play hall for the little ones to entertain them. In the summer they can play outside and go to the petting zoo. Recommended!

We went for a pancake at half past four in the afternoon. I don't really like pancakes, but these were really tasty and all 4 of us liked them. Staff also very friendly.

Where to start. Booked on Monday July 24 at 6pm with 6 children and 7 adults. It started with the QR code that kept timing out because we were "not fast enough". Finally managed to get drinks and food through. Then a waiter came to the table to check if everything was correct, which was very nice. The dishes were varied from main to main, but everything was allowed in one go. In the end we only got the starters. After indicating for the second time that everything can be put on the table at once, we waited another 80 (!!) minutes before things started moving. No one else came to the table and the children became impatient. Because it took so long, the waiter offered a dessert on the house. Then we finally got our food. 3x spareribs. Not possible, this was even worse than the jumbo spare ribs. It arrived at the table compressed and half lukewarm. The menu said it was marinated, but a brush with sauce was simply brushed over it after it had been in the oven for 5 minutes. Beef steak: was great, nothing to complain about. Schnitzel: was very dry and had no taste. Pancake with cheese and mushrooms: was undercooked. You could still see the batter. This was defended but come on, this could have just been baked even longer. We went back to the bar with the spareribs and the pancake and eventually the chef came to our table. He explained a few things and said he stood behind his product. Respect for that, but maybe your products are just not good enough. We are not Karens or whiners, just young parents who often go out to eat with kids. We are not even particularly critical, but the accumulation of all experiences from arrival to departure was really bad. I hope you will take this seriously, because from the service to the kitchen there are points that deserve attention.

On one of the hottest days you could not get a radler and there was apparently no more steppe grass, this only became apparent when the pancake was served and normal thick fries were placed on it. Initially, the thick fries were classified as steppe grass and then they were suddenly gone. Very busy and chaotic there was a large group of people for a party which made it seem like it couldn't be kept up.

The food for adults is great. The children's meals consist of sugar, salt and fat, so they are not really suitable for children. But we haven't had that in any Dutch restaurant before. Regarding the service: we waited 10 minutes until a waitress noticed us and then waited another 30 minutes for our food. We also noticed that about 20 minutes before closing time, 4 out of 6 waiters took a break, even though there were still tables to be cleared. Clearing the tables basically took a long time. For example, if our table had been cleared as soon as we arrived, we would have seen the QR code with which we could have ordered even without a waiter. But the last plate wasn't cleared until our food arrived. By the way, every table has a QR code like this. You don't have to store any data there. The table number is automatically adopted. It works very intuitively, even if you don't speak Dutch. We tested this with a second course of drinks. And yes: unfortunately only Dutch is available as a language.

Food was good, but the pancake could have been a little longer. Operation is very different, some enjoyed the work but others couldn't help but smile and didn't know what to do with the toddler. But you learn as you go, so this will work out fine! The main course came very quickly, but the dessert took an extremely long time and there was no waiter around to ask for something.

Reserved for 12:00 on a Saturday, received confirmation promptly. However, the restaurant was not open. This resulted in children crying. Pity.

If you come from outside the campsite, you will have to look for the entrance, which is behind the building and is poorly signposted. There is no disabled parking space. The actual pancake restaurant was not open, so we turned out to get a table in the Patershof. For the indoor playground, which is located in another building, you must get tickets - free of charge - at the campsite reception. The Patershof itself has a small play corner with some old toys. There are nice coloring pages with rebuses. The children also enjoyed decorating the pancake themselves. Ordering food via the QR code is not necessary. Attentive and friendly staff visit regularly. Wide choice in the range, reasonably priced, in addition to pancakes there are also other dishes on the menu. The pancakes were too thick for our taste and not fully cooked, but they still tasted good and were richly topped. Lactose free is possible. A great restaurant for once.

So take into account when making a reservation that there will be more children present than in a regular restaurant. Quality of food and staff is very good. Price and quality are good. The tables were cleared while we were still there, which is fine, but cleaning the table while you are still sitting also made us decide that we no longer need dessert. We were not placed in the actual pancake restaurant but in the normal restaurant. With 8 adults and 6 small children at 5:30 PM, you hope for a quick delivery. However, we waited more than an hour for our food, even though the place was less than 60% full. After the pancakes were served we were very satisfied. Yesterday we had dinner with 4 adults and 4 children. The staff is friendly and the prices are reasonable for a pancake. The other dishes can be a little less economical in terms of quantity. If you are already a visitor to the campsite, there is no need to look any further, here you can eat well.

Ate here with social deal. In terms of final discount, the deal is a lot less than suggested. Especially with small children who have enough of just one pancake. The choice of pancake through the deal was limited, it was excluding drinks and there was no dessert / kids surprise included. A little less pinching would have been nice. The bacon onion cheese pancake was delicious, the pater pancake specialty was undercooked and the raisins had partially lost their sticks which made it crunch unpleasantly. Service was fast and friendly. We were able to sit Corona-proof. The indoor playground is fun for 1-1.5 hours and there is also something to play outside with some swings and a simple swimming pool. All in all, a very successful afternoon outing for the kids.

Long wait, All you can eat is almost impossible in terms of waiting time. Wrong pancake at first. Then no cooked pancakes. Especially gluten free, very thick and undercooked. Banana is not fried. 1 loose banana is placed on your pancake. In short, a travesty.

Tomato soup was bland, didn't really taste like tomatoes. Pancake was a bit too thick and apples were not peeled, but it tasted fine. After all, the space was not really attractive and unfortunately did not keep up with the times. For the rest, the restaurant does have a wheelchair-friendly entrance.

We decided to go to Pater Pannekoek for dinner. We sat here for 2 hours without eating. We received drinks after half an hour, the menu after 45 minutes. When she came to take our order after an hour, she asked for each order which number on the card belonged to it. After an hour and a half, two wrong pancakes arrived. The waitress literally said: "Here's a pancake with bacon and something else. Yes, I don't know what's on it." We gave everything back, and after two hours, the foreman came to tell us that our receipt had fallen behind the printer, so we didn't get anything. The business also closed fifteen minutes later. We stood with our mouths full of teeth and bellies without food.

Relatively expensive for what you get and very slow in delivering dishes. We waited an hour for a salad, two steaks, a schnitzel and two pancakes. That should be possible faster! The baguette beforehand also only arrived after half an hour. Furthermore, few fries and hardly any vegetables. Friendly staff.
