This tent is well run by enthusiastic people. I like to read a newspaper with my coffee, but unfortunately I can't always find one now that it's getting busier.

The best Café in Scheveningen! 👍🏼🤩 We love to go there when we’re around the corner. The coffee and the chai latte are perfect, the food is tasty and the staff is more than friendly. And not to forget the stylish location. Highly recommandable!! 😍🤙🏼🏄🏻‍♂️

We had a really great breakfast there. Price-performance is right in all respects. The mother and son as the owner team are super nice. Our breakfast came quickly and tasted great. The banana bread is highly recommended 🤍

Lovely cafe with great vibes on the water with warm friendly staff. My cortado with oat milk was excellent. This was a recommendation from a guy I met in Stockholm who used to live in Haguefor 2 years. Highly recommend this spot for a break.

Delicious coffee and relaxed atmosphere This coffee bar is an absolute must for coffee lovers and gourmets. The coffee is delicious and the atmosphere is cozy, with an extensive lunch menu to enjoy. The owner has an in-depth knowledge of coffee and, in addition to the usual coffee, tea and soft drinks, also offers coffee from the 'higher segment'. Ask about the special Geisha and premium filter coffees and you will receive a detailed explanation, after which the coffee is brewed especially for you in a single-serve jug that is good for two cups. The crowd ranges from young to old, including families and local wave surfers. The atmosphere is relaxed, with a cheerful tune in the background that adds to the atmosphere. The service is excellent and the menu offers a tasty selection of burgers, toast, eggs, croissants and various pastries. The decor is basic, but this contributes to the charming and relaxed ambiance of the coffee bar.

A very nice coffee spot on the Hague map, this place is not the most accessible (due to parking reasons) but if you are walking by you should definitely come and see. The staff are friendly and helpful, the coffee is delicious and aromatic, and the pastries are fresh and tempting. You can also enjoy the cozy atmosphere and the lovely view of the canal. This is a hidden gem that you don’t want to miss.

This family owned business is a real (hidden) gem in Scheveningen! The food is delicious and there are many options. The coffee is amazingly done by Jean, the kindest guy I’ve met!

Papan Breakfast was just excellent! One of the best flat white I’ve ever drank! If you want to get good quality and also nice price for that what you are eating - you need to visit this place. By the way the music inside ist really fitting for the atmosphere !

Best coffee in the area! Serves a great flat white. Excellent grilled sandwiches, eggs on toast and meat/ vege meat burgers! Nice vibe, lots of seating inside and on the terrace. Wifi and power plugs available and they’re laptop friendly.

They were out of cinnamon rolls one evening. My little son badly wanted one. Guess what? They offered a solution and baked a couple of them for us, about an hour to their closing!

Ik ben gisteren voor het eerst bij Papan koffie gaan drinken, en wat een lekkere koffie hebben ze daar! Een collega van mij en trouwe klant bij Papan, Alex, raadde dit tentje aan mij aan. Ik was er samen met mijn zusje en we zijn allebei erg enthousiast. De koffie was echt heerlijk, en het bananenbrood ook :-) Zeker een aanrader! Ook de eigenaar is erg aardig. Ik kan niet wachten om de verschillende koffiebonen uit te proberen. Tot heel snel!

The 5€ sandwiches are a bargain, great food and better coffee.

I think is a relatively new spot. The coffe is delicious and the service it's outstanding. Definetly a spot to go when i have to work from home. Best wishes to the stablishment and staff! :)

Super leckerer Kaffee, schnell Bedienung. Kleiner Nachteil, die Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen sind direkt an der Straße.
