Parkeren Erwijn in De Korte Akkeren

Bit naff for a so-called cafe to not have beer on tap. Just Hertog Jan in bottles. Selection of other drinks was equally naff. It’s like she stocked up on supplies from Lidl, converted her bike shed, brought in furniture from a cafe that was closing down, and opened up for business. Bartender was perfectly fine. She’s very frank and Dutch, but that doesn’t mean she’s rude. She was saying it like it is, not wrapping it up in apologies or genuflections.

Stopped in for a drink while I was in Gouda. Staff were nice and beer was delicious.
