What an awesome place! I booked for a few tarts and they were super kind, always responding and helpful. The tarts were amazing and my guests adored them! Super flavourful and tasty, tasted like home (as I am Portuguese) and the presentation made with care as well. I recommend and will be back for sure!

Customer-friendly people who help you with all their love. They sell a little bit of everything and they have delicious fresh warm bread and rolls every day and delicious sweet pastries such as pasteis de nata and many more delicacies. What a surprise. Found quite by chance through Mr. Google on Sunday January 26, 2025: Pastelaria Lusa in Helmond. I never knew there was a bakery from Portugal. Really delicious (and fresh) pastries entirely according to a Portuguese recipe. And (of course) also Pasteis de Nata (the original Portuguese internationally known pastry with vanilla cream. In addition to pastries, they also have other original products from Portugal in the shop located on the Molenstraat. Really great. You feel like you're on holiday. They also make cakes on request, for all kinds of occasions. You can really surprise your guests with them at a birthday, party or communion. I am already happy to get something delicious again soon.

Friendly seller, speaks both Dutch and Portuguese. In the store you feel like you are in Portugal. So much choice in food and tableware.

It's always like coming home (Trás-os-Montes). I love coming here. They always welcome us with friendliness and a smile.

The best pastel de nata from the Netherlands.

Never knew, but many Portuguese products are sold here, including chicken piri piri sausages, sauces, wine, etc.

They have very tasty sandwiches and sweets, and if you know a little Portuguese the owner will be very happy.

Very friendly staff and because I was so early, the sandwiches came out of the oven piping hot. The pastéis de nata were also still warm.

We discovered this Pastelaria a few weeks ago! Delicious bread, rolls and croissants. Also sweet treats, savory sausages and many Portuguese products, including wine. Extremely friendly staff/owner. We will keep this store in our favorites list. Obrigado 🇵🇹

A very authentic Portugese Bakery and shop. The sweets are amazing on flavor and the prices are very reasonable. A small hidden gem in the middle of Helmond. Make sure to come early, the pastry flies of the shelf 😉 Ps. Making pictures of the food is very hard for me, since I rather stuff my face then take out my phone 🤤

Alberto maakt de allerlekkerste pastel nata 's. Lekkerder heb ik ze nog nooit ergens gegeten. Van de Nata's van Alberto blijf je eten. Van eenieder die op mijn aanraden de proef op de som genomen heeft, krijg ik dezelfde reactie: " verrukkelijk".

Para quem se encontra deslocado, este é um belo sitio para voltar a Portugal... :) Pastelaria e Snack-bar tipicamente PORTUGUÊS!!!

Enorme hoeveelheid gebak gekocht zonder van tevoren te bestellen als verrassing voor mijn Portugese vriend. En zelfs na sluitingstijd nog 4 hoofdgerechten kunnen bestellen omdat mijn vriend dit zo lekker vond in Portugal. Met alle liefde klaargemaakt en rustig kunnen eten, totaal geen haast. Hele attente gastheer en een leuke sfeer. Het gebak is heerlijk!

Een echte Portugese pastelaria zoals je die in Portugal vind. Echte goede originele producten. Het gebak is heerlijk en wordt zelf gemaakt. Ze hebben ook een kleine kaart met ook hier Portugese gerechten. De koffie is uiteraard goed en alles tegen zeer goede zeg maar weer Portugese prijzen. Verder verkopen zij kleine Portugese producten om mee te nemen. Echt de moeite waard om te bezoeken en de sfeer van Portugal weer te proeven.
