It was very busy, but the man was friendly and everything was very well organized :) Despite the crowd, we were helped well! They're open until very late, so it's a good place for a drunken snack.

One of the best snack bars in The Hague, very friendly staff and the fried chicken is delicious, definitely recommended!

I waited a really long time for my fries special. I understand it can be hectic sometimes, but we had to take a taxi home. So it's a shame it took so long. 🙏🏼

It was a complicated affair. I didn't receive half of my order, but after a brief explanation, it was resolved. It was a bit of a back-and-forth, but in the end, I got the correct order. I was up for half the evening. They didn't quite believe it, which was disappointing.

Just want fries and they come with a sea of curry. Act normal, man. That's not how we're married! The guy behind the fryer was babbling away, but luckily the manager was able to fix it. A great example of hierarchy. We can all learn something from this, unlike the socialists (DENK). Haha.

I wanted a shrimp brodje but was sold out. Chef propose a curry with garlic sos. "Chef it was excellent" Coke and big delicious fast food for 7,50 is more than fair. Of course if you don't like street food climate there's planty of more fancy places around.

What a dramatic store this is I pay for 2 croquette sandwiches 1 fries, 1 water 1, fries extra and 1 cheese soufflé and they give me half of my order and throw me out! Never again this

If you want to get a stomach ache and get sick from the fries and oil, eat here. It used to be the best in the Randstad a long time ago, but it's long gone. I had a stomach ache all day.

Very satisfied. We came in with a huge appetite and a gluten + lactose intolerance. The gentleman was super friendly and helped us quickly and knew exactly what we could and could not eat. In the end we went for very tasty chicken satay skewers from the grill with fries and my favorite sauce. Definitely recommended. Especially how we felt welcome 🙏🏻

Great for fries after a visit to the Plein. Staff in my experience patiently deals with the drunk guests. Ratio sauce-fries also good.

The fries and the flames were inedible. Old frying grease. Completely soaked up. You shouldn't expect much late at night, but this is way below par.

The fries were green, the bread had a nasty taste. I always eat here, normally it's fine to eat, but this time I couldn't get it into my mouth.

You will see them smiling and making lovely conversations with everyone at 5am in the morning! I always get ''broodje frikandel speciaal'' and fries, and highly recommend them too. The burger is also quite good and it is quite a big portion -- will wake you up immediately!

A while ago I got a takeaway while drunk and I had to bring a Mexican peanut sandwich for my friend and I said Mexican curry. They accidentally made a Mexican peanut, my friend would like to thank you for this because the Mexican curry sandwich is inedible, you are the OGs of The Hague city.

If you don't go to Piet Patat after going out, you're not doing well. Lovely people, crispy fries, delicious mayo and chili, and what more could you want?

What used to be the place to eat a greasy bite during or after going out has now become a run-down place. Clearly a new owner (this one used to be a real winner, but now......) and new ridiculous prices! A simple frikandel is €3.50 and that is the cheapest on the menu. The quality of the food is poor, old fat is used and the staff who work there are far from friendly. Someone asked if his bill was correct, namely 4 fries (no sauce) and 4 small nasi disks for 28 euros. The man behind the counter thought that was a strange question and shouted: "Yes, everything is expensive these days and if he thought it was too expensive he shouldn't buy it from him anymore".... There used to be staff from The Hague and there were nice old photos of the past, but they are gone and now only advertisements for things they do not (do not want to?) sell. Furthermore, it was quite disturbing that the man behind the counter, speaking loudly in a foreign language, thought it was more important to talk to friends standing outside than to be friendly to his customers. NEVER go to this place again because this is simply an insult to a snack bar (and that is quite an achievement).

Scamming drunk girls by "accidentally" overcharging with the pin machine. Instead of charging 2,50, he was charging 25,00 and hoping they won't notice. Fortunately the customer noticed and cancelled the transaction. The staff look like they are intoxicated and they are undercooking the food since they are too buzzed to have any idea on how to prepare a proper portion of fries. It's a pity, cause this used to be a The Hague staple!

For me, these are really the worst fries I have ever eaten anywhere. Incomprehensible, because Piet Patat was one of the better snack bars in The Hague. In any case, I will never go there again.

Work is being done at a high pace. You never have to wait long here and it's open for a nice long time.

Das Essen war okay, Frikandel und Pommes durchschnittlich, etwas überteuert. Zentrale Lage,daher haben wir dort auch gegessen.

Prima cafetaria in het centrum van Den Haag. Super lekkere patat en erg goede pindasaus. Vriendelijk personeel en gezellige sfeer onder gasten.

Bijna iedereen is er wel eens terechtgekomen na een avondje stappen: Piet Patat. Soms een beetje dringen, maar dat mag de pret niet drukken. De mensen achter de toonbank blijven onverstoorbaar hun heerlijk knapperige frieten serveren, gebakken in goed frituurvet. Een aanrader voor wie in contact wil komen met het echte Den Haag en de echte Hagenaars en Hagenezen!
