The only place in the Netherlands where the espresso tastes like in Portugal. Pleasant, calm, and efficient service for 24 people. Pastries delicious, vegan pastries also tasty with a choice. Tasty organic lunch of soup, quiche, and salad. Including coffee, tea, and juice, ultimately not expensive: less than 36 euros per person.

A truly special place where you immediately feel at home. The atmosphere is relaxed, cozy, and inviting. The menu is small, but that's precisely what makes it so charming. Every dish is prepared with great care, tastes delicious, and impresses with its quality. The vegetarian and vegan options are particularly excellent. Another highlight is the beautiful garden with its many cozy nooks. There, you can enjoy your meal or a coffee in complete peace and quiet – even if you're dining alone. A place you'll want to return to again and again. Highly recommended!

This is truly such an incredible hidden gem! De Rading is a place of hope, and so is Lunchcafe Piment. Every dish I have tried here is truly amazing. The food is all so incredibly fresh, and I have been told that a large part of it comes from the estate. The salad with every dish is a treat in itself. And the atmosphere is so relaxed and cozy!

Nothing but superlatives... First of all, the location: a long table set where, fortunately in beautiful weather, we were able to celebrate a private party with 25 people. Furthermore, Jimmy and his partner had prepared a delicious summer meal and a suitable snack for the children as well. Add to that the amazing service, which made the party complete! Many thanks.

Undiscovered gem. Usually when I come here it is quiet and I don't understand why. In the middle of nature, good price and truly delicious food.

Our lunch party for 28 people and 5 small children could not have gone better. What stood out was the super friendly service, the wonderfully relaxed atmosphere, and the exceptionally delicious food in a simple yet very cozy space, with a lovely large garden and surroundings around the building when the weather was nice. But the conservatory also offers a great space when the weather is bad! There were plenty of toys for the children to play with, and they loved the mini pancakes! There was also ample parking space. The Portuguese wine was almost too good, and the dishes, besides being healthy, were also very tasty; they looked festive and unique! And on top of that, a lot of it was from their own garden and pesticide-free. Afterwards, we received nothing but compliments from our guests! And that is ultimately what you do it for! It's a wonderful place to be; the people are relaxed, very hospitable, and it's cozy. The price-quality ratio is excellent, everything is organic and delicious. They take dietary requirements into account and are very flexible. Highly recommended.

What a hidden gem this is. My parents and I had a wonderful lunch here, while the little one enjoyed cycling around and exploring the beautiful green garden.

We had a wonderful lunch outdoors. Salad with fresh herbs, delicious soup, and wonderfully fresh bread. Peaceful surroundings, plenty of space for children.

The nicest place in Hilversum with the tastiest food!

Last Saturday, we celebrated our 30th anniversary at Frédérique and Jimy's Piment Catering at Land InZicht (Landgoed Rading - Hilversum). It was, in one word, amazing! Everything could be discussed, young and old alike had a great time with the games available, and the food was delicious! It was great fun to introduce our group, including many meat lovers, to a very broad and dynamic selection of vegetarian appetizers. And the fact that most of it comes from their own garden made it extra special for us and our guests. The wines, beers, and organic juices were delicious too! Frédérique and Jimy, thank you for the hospitality and your perfect service! Your vegetarian delicacies are BY FAR the tastiest in the region.

A party for 40 people is a challenge, something you don't just organize overnight. Piment took care of everything: a beautiful location, delicious food, a completely relaxed atmosphere, and plenty of space and light. The layout allowed everyone to get to know each other and sparked wonderful conversations. The food was not only delicious, but also beautiful and plentiful.
