Placed a 90-euro order! They forgot a kapsalon doner. The owner claims it wasn't ordered, but he makes a big deal about it and immediately says he'll charge you an extra 10 euros. What terrible customer service. I'll definitely never come back here again!

The food was not cold, not warm, but they forgot one pizza, which is possible, but then you call and are told that you can just wait another hour to an hour and a half after having waited for 2.5 hours, they don't care, bunch of fools.

I placed my order at 4:15. I asked what time they would deliver, and they told me they'd deliver between 5:00 and 5:15. It was 5:45, and it still hadn't arrived. I called them and told them. They yelled at me, saying they'd called me three or four times even though I hadn't called once, that they'd been at my door, and that no one was home, even though I'd been keeping an eye on the door the whole time. I didn't really know how to respond. Then he said he was busy and hung up.

Ordered something again today from Pisa. Still nothing has changed... I deliberately ordered food well in advance but more than 1.5 hours later, still no food. NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN!

What a horrible place this is, we ordered food through Thuisbezorgd, the food arrived and we looked at what we had, a few fries for a menu, the menu was also cold, the pizza was cold and the kapsalon was also cold, I called them and then got a big mouth from that Turk at Andre, can't be such a whiner with Andre, later my father also called and he also got a big mouth, the only thing we asked for was new hot food but that's not in his dictionary, now you can tell us we will never order from here again

The food is good, but the service is terrible when they make a mistake in the order! They don't bother to fix the mistake and deliver the missing item.

Disappointing delivery experience - cold food and poor service We ordered pizza at 4:45 PM and called beforehand to check the delivery time at Landal 't Loo. They said it would take 45 to 60 minutes and that the delivery would take place at the fountain. We were waiting there right on time. At 5:45 PM, there was still no one there, so we called again. They said the delivery driver was on his way, but again, it took a long time. It wasn't until 6:10 PM that we received a call saying they would be there "in three minutes." Unfortunately, the pizzas turned out to be cold. When we reported this, the response was: "You should have called sooner; there's nothing we can do now." No apology, no solution. With two young children aged 2 and 4 who simply wanted to eat on time, we ended up heating up the pizzas ourselves. Very disappointing. Tip for future guests: coordinate carefully when the delivery person will actually arrive, and expect little understanding if something goes wrong.

I ordered a large shawarma, but I had to go to another shawarma shop afterward, as the portion was so meager. The taste was good, though! But this was a one-time deal, as it was far too little for the price. It's definitely a place for those with a small appetite or who have a bit too much money.

Earlier today we were here for dinner, once we arrived we were asked cash or card. Where we indicated that we wanted to pay by card, this was not possible and had to order it on the site and put it on pick-up so that we could pay for it. We ordered 1x schnitzel menu mushroom cream sauce 1 schnitzel menu pepper and 1 Turkish pizza hot, for this we already paid about 60 euros. After waiting an hour I walked inside and the order was not ready yet. 10 minutes later we got it. Fries were refried, schnitzel was very greasy and fried for too long and the cream sauce that was on both the mushroom and the pepper menu as if it came from a packet. Customer service did not even want to ask where our order was because he brought it alone so we had to arrange it ourselves, older people who wanted to sit outside had to clean their own table with a handkerchief. Opinion n bad business

We are on holiday in Oldebroek and we thought we would have a few pizzas and shoarma dishes delivered, the dishes we got are not what we are used to .... let me put it this way, with us a dish is a dish with 2 pittas and 2 sauces and a well-filled salad bowl with dressing instead of a bowl as thick as a good slice of cheese dressed with water and that for the same price, here you get no sauce (or forget) no pittas and the pizzas are so thin and the tomato sauce is questionable whether it is on it (can't taste it). Something positive, the calzone was well filled, but with us you also get sauce to pour over it. The shoarma was good and the fries too, and they were very friendly. I understand that there are a lot of cutbacks these days on size and thickness, but I believe that too much pays for itself, because let's face it, if you get too much, people always say, "I'll go there again next time."

Always been a regular customer. And I don't have high standards, but I have been disappointed so often by Pisa Oldebroek. The fries and potato slices are so terribly salty. They're just completely red from the spices. Sometimes the meat just doesn't go, just bought chicken breast and it wasn't hot. Consistency is also lacking. Often not the right sauce or no salad. Or they don't have something in stock. I don't like to criticize directly, but I want to remain honest. You would expect the food to keep getting better. But it's getting worse. I won't be ordering here again

On holiday in Oldebroek. Just picked up pizza and had a delicious meal! Really delicious pizzas! Even our son who doesn't like anything ate 4 pieces. The lady on the phone could be a bit more customer friendly. Big 5 stars for the pizzas!

Ordered at 5:00 PM for delivery at 6:00 PM. After 6:20 PM I had not received an order and was told they were on their way. After calling again for half an hour, I finally received the order at 7:00 PM. Unfortunately the food was already cold and part of the order had been forgotten. We order here regularly. The food is delicious. If delivery is required, they do not let you know whether they will meet the target time. They are welcome to send an email stating that it is not feasible in 45 minutes and that it will then take approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes. But okay, the food is good. Until last week. Missed opportunity. So they don't provide any service.

The hot wings and pizza were delicious! Fries were salty. Delivery was 10 minutes late, but you can't say anything about that for Saturday evening. Worth repeating.

Ordered pizzas with some guys from our football team. We liked these. Especially with our star player W. Van den Bosch, who managed to eat 9 pizza slices within 4 minutes. Half an hour after the delivery time, I called how and what, and immediately got the voicemail. Tried calling many times and nothing but voicemail... Haven't heard anything since, I think it's ridiculous. Do NOT order online here, if you really want it, pick it up... What a disappointment for us unfortunately. Waited an hour and a half for our order. Ordered ham with melon, what we got was a bowl of lettuce with 4 pieces of melon without ham :-( and we paid €6.50 for that. The 'delicious' tomato soup was heated up soup from a can. The pasta was very greasy, but a fair amount. Only the schnitzel with cream sauce was tasty! Unfortunately, neither did the fries. Never again for us

Yes, you can eat good fat here. It is recommended to eat it on site and not have it delivered. You really notice a difference in quality (with the exception of pizza because it is always tasty and good) Tuesday is pizza so each pizza is 8 euros. We and the kids enjoyed that! This is better than your daily shawarma bur. Deserved 5 stars!
