Pizza Express Eindhoven in Oud-Woensel

Worthless tent, not located at Kruisstraat 75 at all. Have opted for delivery, it says pick up. We arrive at the location at the agreed time, no pizza express. No phone number to be found anywhere. Then we'll just go home. We receive a call an hour later to say that we can pick up pizzas at another location. It is now 2:15 and we don't feel like cycling another 15 minutes to pick up pizzas.

What a bad tent. Ordered at 2:00 AM via UberEats, it was stated that the food would be there between 3:15 AM and 3:35 AM. We went to sleep at a quarter past 4. The delivery person was at the door at 5 o'clock in the morning. Indicated that it was no longer necessary and fortunately received a refund through Ubereats. Wouldn't recommend it

The worst experience of my life!!!! I ordered through Uber Eats, the food was super expensive, I specified that I would wait for the delivery man at the door, never EVER! arrived, I called the restaurant to give me the delivery man's number and they gave it to me in a bad way, lying to me telling me that the delivery man had already gone, without letting me speak they hung up on me, I was always outside my hotel waiting and he never arrived, when I managed to communicate with the delivery guy from the same restaurant (two and a half hours had already passed since I placed my order) the delivery guy told me that if I wanted MY FOOD, THE FOOD THAT I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR, I had to give him €10, I told him that Yes, when he arrived, we argued about not having to give him €10 when I had already paid for my food, he threatened to take my food again if I didn't give it to him, even when I had already paid for it, in the end, he took my food and he never delivered it to me! It's complete extortion, don't trust that restaurant! Be careful!!! It's good that I ordered a responsible app, they returned the money for my order a few days later, but I wasted my time with miserable people, how unfortunate that people like that exist. I WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE IT A STAR, SCAMMERS!

The place closes at 3. I ordered at 2:54 and these guys got my order done very very well.

I ordered a pizza, it never came and when I called half an hour after estimated time I was told its on the way. I called back over an hour later and I got yelled at with cursed words. Ridiculously bad service. Shame I can not say anything about the food, as it still never came.

Just do not order anything from here. Terrible service..

Ordered a pizza via Uber Eats and did not receive a pizza. I have never experienced this before. Called the company, they didn't even know anything about the pizza and they hung up angrily. I have already received the amount back from Uber Eats.
