I had high expectations because of the positive reviews. You can see and feel that the pizzas are made with love. The ingredients and toppings were of good quality. However, I'll be honest, the pizza dough is thin and a bit too crispy, without a nice, airy edge (like Neapolitan style). This pizza crust isn't quite to my taste or preference. Still, four stars, because the quality of the food is excellent.

Today I picked up three delicious pizzas from this cozy little pizzeria in Monnickendam. The staff is incredibly friendly and everything was exactly to my liking. Really recommended, both for locals and for visitors or tourists who are in the area!

Small pizzeria with only pizzas on the menu and 1 casserole. Delicious pizzas for a great price. Delicious starters. Nice ambiance, friendly. Would love to come back again.

We had a lovely meal and it was great that we could go there at the last minute with a group of 7.

These pizzas were the best we have ever had! They were not too wet but not too dry and nice and crispy. The atmosphere is absolutely great! You can chat with each other and listen to some nice music. As soon as you walk in you immediately feel at home. It is a nice, cozy place with delicious pizzas.

Was eerste gast van de avond. Gemengde voorgerechtjes vooraf, gemengd gerecht (met 3 🌶) daarna. Vrolijk bord met frisse kleuren van de ingrediënten. Pittig, maar geen risico op brandwonden. Vlotte bediening, muziek werd op verzoek direct zachter gezet. Aankleding van de wanden gunstig voor geluid!

Excellent Pizza with top quality and very tasty produce. Positively the best Pizza in town. The staff are very friendly and they stock a very good selection of wine & beverages to pair with your meal. Also top quality espresso coffee which is harder to find in Waterland.

Net weer weer besteld! Wat een ongelooflijk lekkere pizza's worden hier gemaakt. De bodem heerlijk dun zoals ze horen te zijn met verse ingrediënten. Eindelijk een pizza waar je niet een naar gevoel van krijgt in je maag :-) Echt een dikke aanrader!

Wauw wat een heerlijke pizza's! Nog nooit zo'n goede pizza gegeten! Wat een smaken en de korst zo krokant. Zo hoort een pizza te zijn! Een heerlijk witte smaakvolle huiswijn er bij maakt het helemaal compleet! En super fijne, vriendelijke bediening/ personeel! Gezellig en sfeervol restaurant! Een aanrader! We komen zeker nog een keer terug!

Oh mijn God wat zijn deze pizza’s lekker!! Ik kom zelf uit Amsterdam/Diemen en maak vaak de rit naar Monnickendam om hier met mijn familie te genieten van zijn pizza’s. De eigenaar Floris doet altijd zijn uiterste best om overal de beste, aparte en meest verse ingrediënten vandaan te halen, vandaar dat hij elke keer nieuwe spannende specials heeft die keer op keer super lekker zijn! Binnenkort opent hij zijn nieuwe restaurant in het centrum van Monnickendam met een mooie wijn- en craft beer kaart.. ik kan niet wachten. Ga zo door Floris!!

Dit zijn gewoon heel goede en lekkere pizza's. Vers, bodem niet te zacht of hard en goede ingrediënten.
