Pizza Calzone very wet, a bit sticky but lots of vegetables!

We went to a pizza place today, and upon arrival, we quickly realized it was a delivery service. The place had no atmosphere. There were only four tables. Where you could eat. There were no guests eating there. For the first half hour, it was just the three of us and the staff. At one point, a loud group of people came to eat, making it impossible for us to have a conversation. The food was fine, the service was okay, but a bit slow. When we asked for cutlery, it didn't arrive until I'd already finished my first slice of pizza. Even when I asked for a carafe of water, they brought three bottles of fresh Friesian water. All in all, it's better to eat pizza at a restaurant where people are seated. I won't be back. Maybe order takeout next time.

We ordered by phone; it was late and the restaurants were closed. The pizza arrived piping hot, like it was straight from the oven, and the aroma was irresistible. I highly recommend the pepperoni pizza. It's a halal restaurant; everything is halal, and the owner is Arab and Tunisian. Thank you for the excellent service.

The pizza dough tastes like cardboard, not seasoned at all. Unfortunately, the tomato sauce also doesn't have much flavor. The price-performance ratio is not right (in our opinion). The food was prepared quickly and packaged neatly.

Great pizzas, always well made and delicious here, only the sad thing is that the last time I was there I got stomach cramps and felt nauseous, otherwise the food is always delicious here

When ordering, a portion of fries was missing upon delivery. I called back at 6:09 PM for the fries. ag ag sir sorry 10 minutes of fries coming. 7.15 pm you call again and you get another person who does not master or understand the language. but once I asked the boss, he didn't know anything again, yes, yes, I'm bringing fries right away, so I said, keep the fries and never deliver anything here again. They should learn the language and then maybe they can speak more humanly instead of what what what ?????

Ordered from this store for the first time today, but also the last time. My husband had 2 long hairs in his shawarma dish and my daughter had mold on her pita bread.

When we visited my father's nursing home, we decided to order pizzas from Pino. Friendly delivery person, pizzas were hot, timely and looked tasty. Lots of fresh vegetables. Halfway through the vegetariana I cut through brown-black sandy goo. Not that tasty. Cut that out and continue eating. Afterwards I pulled a stiff curly hair out of the cheese. It tasted less and less good. Photo sent and contact with the restaurant. A whole story was immediately started. The cook said it was spinach and it would be bald and they always have important customers. I have no idea what that has to do with it, everyone is important I guess. In any case, what I said was unacceptable, no one really listened, no questions asked, no one laughed at what I said. I barely got in there. They did say that they wanted to make it up to me, but I don't know what that means and I don't want pizza anymore. I just would have liked to hear that they found it annoying for us too, maybe even an apology. The misunderstanding, denial, discussion and not taking it seriously leaves an unpleasant aftertaste.

I ordered a pizza and kapsalon here for takeaway and everything was super tasty. Extremely friendly staff too

Just ordered food, my shawarma is swimming in the water. Called to say this is not good. Offer no solution and very rude. NEVER AGAIN. RENNNN. I paid almost 40 euros and didn't eat. If you want food poisoning, order here.

Since Pino's new menu they have improved dramatically! Super tasty döner and the pizzas were fantastic! I will definitely come back more often!

They are always fast, but the quality of the pizza varies quite a bit. The toppings are sometimes not distributed properly, causing one half of the pizza to be bare and dry.

We always order our pizzas from Pino. The pizzas are always delicious. They are baked in a brick oven and have a lot of flavor. I think the people in the business always work very hard! We thought it was worth a good review! :) We do not understand the negative reactions because the other pizza places in the area are not as tasty as the pizzas at Pino, in our opinion.

Just ordered a pizza. Unfortunately, when it arrived, something was not quite as desired. Which I'm not used to from them, so I called and had a new pizza delivered. Of course, this can always happen, so I am happy with the service and it was resolved neatly. Pizza was also super tasty. Thanks for the service until next time.

Grote porties maar echt hele vettige kebab. Echt zoveel vet heb ik nog nooit in een gerecht gezien. Het loopt er gewoon uit.

Echt een top tent, lekker snel en heerlijk!

We hebben hier vaker eten besteld maar de pizza is niet altijd even goed belgd. De laatste keer zat er weinig tonijn en tomatensaus op de pizza. Jammer, want andere keren hebben ze super lekker eten.

Generell ganz gut. Leider ziemliche Unterschiede in der Qualität der einzelnen Speisen. Sehr freundlich.

I had pizza here. This is not an Italian style pizza. The dough was yeasty, puffy and soft. So it's not something I expected, but it was tasty, fresh and with a lot ingredients. Escpecially I liked the tomato-vegetable sos.

Dit is mijn favoriete pizzeria en ik denk een van de beste pizzeria's in Roermond en omstreken. Vooral de bodem is heerlijk. Mijn tip bestel eens een pizza taco speciaal. Dat is pizza die je nergens anders krijgt. Het personeel is altijd super aardig. En niet geheel onbelangrijk het is daar ook netjes en schoon.

Prima locatie om een pizza of shoarma te pakken na een avondje stappen.

Enorm groot aanbod wat fantastisch is. Vriendelijke mensen. Snelle bediening. Eten is prijs kwaliteit erg goed. Maar het restaurant is echt 3x niks. Ze moeten echt sfeervoller maken zodat het een volwaardig restaurant worden want nu is het een cafetaria sfeer. Maar misschien is dat de bedoeling. Hoe dan ook voor af te halen of bezorgen echt erg goed. 4 sterren geen 5 is puur voor restaurant die sfeerloos is. Want eten en vriendelijkheid is 5 sterren. Vooral het zoontje was zeer leuk.

Aside from the uncommon errors, like adding way too much cheese on the pizzas, the food is excellent! Very customer-friendly staff. And you can get your order sent to your home for 1. 50EUR (in the Herten/Roermond region). Overal, a recommendation from me!
