Very poor customer service. Ordered food around 7 o'clock, I can understand that it is very busy on a Saturday evening. Finally, 2 hours later, no food was delivered. Called the restaurant and was told it was on its way. Now 20 minutes later nothing. Called again and was told it would arrive in 5 minutes. In the end nothing, called again but was not answered. Then received a message that the order had been canceled. Called the restaurant again and asked why it was canceled, the man on the phone was very rude and did not talk to me. Finally, 2.5 hours later and still no food. We will never order from here again.

I had to go there Pay € 15.00, the price had changed they said. That's just ridiculous, because on their own website it says €5.00 and on that of home delivery too. The owner responded below that the price has not changed, but I still had to pay €15.00. I will never come to this business again and will advise against it to family, friends and acquaintances.

Hello amigo. This is really not possible. After waiting an hour and a half for your order: burnt meat, fries that are overcooked and way too greasy, potatoes that are too salty and just a six for the lahmacun. And everything cold. No free soft drinks as the website promises. Not disappointed for the first time, but this was really bad. Most of it was thrown into the green container. Wasted money. Literal. Immediately deleted the Amigo app to avoid being tempted to make the same mistake again.

Have food delivered. My meat was burnt and lukewarm. My fries were tough and cold. Really not edible. Everything thrown away. Certainly not worth repeating.

Cold meals and delivery takes too long

Food is decent. Service is downright terrible. Food is routinely late (once even 2 hours late), orders are often incorrect or incomplete.

The food itself is very good, but the service is extremely poor. If you order your food at 6:15 PM, after placing your order you will be told that you have to wait almost 1.5 hours!. There you are with your visitors on an empty stomach... Then the delivery person always arrives at least 15 minutes later than indicated. This is not a one-off, but happens again and again...

When we called at half past seven to find out where it was, it still had to be fixed. I complained about this and it was laconically waved away. Unfortunately we had little choice but to accept this, we had to eat anyway and ordering something elsewhere was no longer an option. When the food finally arrived at 7 o'clock, the quality turned out to be nothing to write home about, bland mess, and it was also not really warm. I advise everyone who reads this to order food from Besito or the Paramid, where it is always on time, nice and warm.
