Nearly got hit by the Aspendos driver. What an antisocial guy in that car.

Due to lack of ATM, did not order here.

We've been customers at our local Aspendos for a long time, but never again since yesterday. Three weeks ago, our order was supposed to take 3/4 to an hour, okay, then you know what to expect. In the end, the wait turned into a total of 2 hours. Yesterday, we ordered again, it was supposed to take 3/4 of an hour, but it turned out to be 80 minutes. I called after 70 minutes and was treated very rudely. One of the comments was: customers were sitting lazy on the couch at home!!! While they had to work so hard 🙄 and the food was still half cold, never again!!! A long time later, on September 16, 2025, we gave it another chance. Ordered for 4 people on a "normal" Tuesday, it was supposed to take 46 minutes, and after over an hour we called to ask where the order was? The laconic response of it's busy...and the hour and a half we've been waiting for is now really over (be honest about how things are!!) Never again Aspendos, there are plenty of alternatives in Helmond

I ordered at 5:45 PM and it arrived at 7:00 PM after calling to ask where it was. The restaurant (food stall) is 5 minutes from our house; it's not a Saturday, and a kapsalon and durum are ready in 2 minutes. We didn't eat it because it simply wasn't good! It's now 2 hours after dinner, and my partner and I are both miserable with stomach aches and nauseous. So it's probably not clean in the kitchen or it was prepared with dirty hands. With my background as a chef, I can't understand this. It's simple food that you can't really mess up, and the hygiene regulations are clear and uncomplicated. I also told the delivery person that if I order something, it's because I want a quick meal and don't feel like cooking. If I have to wait 1 hour and 15 minutes, I might as well have cooked it myself. From now on, I won't order from here again; it takes a long time, it's not good, and I'm sick of it!

Nearly killed by an Aspendos driver. He overtook me on Helmondseweg while an oncoming vehicle was far too close. I had to slam on the brakes to avoid an accident. He'd been tailgating me constantly beforehand, and after passing me, he continued tailgating other drivers. He also threw trash outside a few times along the way. I wanted to call the restaurant first, but judging by the other reviews, that's pointless. They don't care. Their staff just sleep in those cars.

Good quality food for years and fast service despite the crowds.

Delicious good and fresh food, nice and good employees. Really recommended for a quick and fairly cheap meal.

17.45 ordered online and would take 45 minutes, normally this is correct with them. 19:00 still nothing, called said it was coming. then called again at 19:40 and would be in the car.... 19:50 still no food. 2 hours after ordering, this is absolutely ridiculous. finally the food is there at 20:00.. also 3 of the 4 containers of garlic sauce open in that plastic bag so everything under. really what a balls place! NEVER again!!!

Grillroom used to be a good pizzeria, but unfortunately, you don't get what you order anymore, and you're also met with rude, big mouths when you tell them you got the wrong thing. Such a shame! I still want my money back, actually! I can't eat what we got because of an allergy. The staff there are so nasty and angry these days, yuck! You're making the wrong order, aren't you? You don't really pay attention to the comments that come through...but we're the ones suffering now. I'll never order from them again. It's a shame because the people who worked there years ago were very friendly. The people who work there now know nothing about customer service.

Placed an order yesterday (order 8838). The order was placed at 5:10 PM, according to the email "please allow 45 minutes for delivery". After almost an hour and a half (6:30 PM) I called myself (why don't you call yourself if it is running late?), the delivery person had "just left" and they could not indicate how long it would take. In the end about 20 minutes. In the end there was a lot of damp/wet in the bag and the food was no longer even lukewarm, but cold. I don't understand how you dare to charge people the full price (+€1) for this. Making your customers wait almost two hours for cold food.

very bad service. had ordered a pizza via Thuisbezorgd.nl, the ingredients list is incorrect, not all ingredients are listed for some pizzas. this can be a danger to allergy sufferers like me. When you call with the complaint they say, it has been on our brochure for years, just take off what you are not allowed. Ordered two pizza's there both were delicious! The people working were very nice, they even made some jokes on how I was 3 minutes late. But they kept the food warm for when I got there. Will for sure order there more often.

This employee has been sleeping like this in the car in the parking lot next to the building for weeks! He is the man who brings your delivery to your door in the car that he also sleeps in…. I just ordered a Greek dish for 2 people and had it delivered to my home when I got home. I missed the rice and was told that I had to indicate this if I wanted it and if I then indicate that the meat is dry and tough, I have to do it myself. Hier hebben ze lekker eten. Maar als je om 14:50 je bestelling gedaan hebt en ze zeggen dat het drie kwartier duurt geloof ik dat. Bereiden inpakken en brengen. Maar dan komt die koerier van Thuisbezorgd.nl pas om 16:00 aan de deur. Een uur en tien minuten. Dus eten koud. En dat zo vroeg in de middag DANK JE WEL Thuisbezorgd.nl.

Ik bestel hier regelmatig. Geen poespas maar gewoon goed. Vriendelijke bezorger. Lekker vlees, ruime porties, en de sambalsaus is ook echt pittig :)

Ik adviseert iedereen iedereen om daar te bestellen en niet luisteren naar de onzinnige verhalen.

Prima gerechten, vriendelijk personeel. Enige reden voor het ontbreken van de laatste ster is de prijs. Ze zijn relatief duur (bijvoorbeeld durum donor voor €6,= waar die elders voor €5,= ook verkrijgbaar is.). Maar dichtbij altijd een goede optie.
