We got our order after 2 to 3 hours later and 2 calls later. + we got very cold food after that with not even the right ingredients??

Pizza so nice, as is all the dishes, it is clear that the quality of the materials to make their meals because I feel the difference when visiting other places, quickly everything is very clean

Ordered food, accidentally clicked pickup, and immediately called to see if it could be changed, but nothing was possible. No one was helpful. The salami pizza went down the drain.

I discussed the possibility of canceling an order twice over the phone. They told me I could arrange a refund through Thuiszorgd, and the next day, when Thuiszorgd asked for confirmation, they insisted they knew nothing and had dutifully been making the pizza. They also indicated in the app that I had picked it up, even though they knew that wasn't true. You think you've received good service, and they're just fooling you. It's a shame.

The staff at Pizza Pronto are incredibly friendly. I just had the four-cheese pizza, and compared to Fratelli, it's a bit better! Thin crust, generous toppings, and excellent value.

A terrible experience. Same as last time. Waited two hours for my food, only to receive it lukewarm and overcooked. At least, if the delivery driver didn't drop it. I'll never order from here again; they can't even cook rice.

Regular customer at Pronto. My favorite place to order food when I've had a long day at work and don't feel like cooking. I know my food arrives quickly, with a smile, and is delicious and fresh. I'm really happy with the service, the food, and the delivery time. If you live near Pronto and order through their website, you'll (almost always) have your food within 30 minutes! Highly recommended, and I think they deserve a higher rating than they currently have 👏

And with a minimum order cost of €32.00 it is not feasible for a single person household and far above my intended budget. We have been waiting for 2.5 hours now. On home delivery it was indicated that it could take 25 to 45 minutes. Called after 1 hour. Then it was indicated that we would be the next order. Called 2 more times. Now, just over 2.5 hours later, I received cold pizza. Hair salon is fine. But delivering so much later with small kids is not okay. If it is too busy it may take longer, but please indicate this on the site or do not accept new orders. This is not an advertisement.

Walked past the building, leftover fries were thrown into the grass outside. When I indicated that this would only attract more seagulls, I received a very aggressive reaction from the man with a cigarette butt in his mouth at the side/kitchen exit with the question "come then, come then"!!! Food isn’t too expensive and the opening times are perfect

I placed an order for delivery and got a confirmation. Only to find out that the place is closed. They did not pick up when I called them.

Ik kom hier al meer dan 12 jaar. Het eten is altijd erg lekker. Tegenwoordig haal ik hier af, omdat mijn adres buiten het bezorggebied ligt. Dat was in het begin niet zo. De mensen zijn altijd vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Een pizza besteld die na 15 minuten al bezorgd werd. Pizza was lekker en warm!

De pizzabodem met kaas was lekker (dun), maar de zalm uit blik heb ik eraf gegooid. De botjes zaten er namelijk nog in. Ook jammer dat er op de folders en het raam een actie stond (2e pizza 6,50), maar blijkbaar niet meer gold. En de dozen op hun kant op de vieze vloer zetten voor het vouwen zag er niet zo smakelijk uit. Eén doos kwam nog tegen de schoenen van de bezorger.

5 uur de pizza,s besteld. Na 2 uur eindelijk bezorgd Ik vind dat wel een beetje te lang. Pizza waren heerlijk.

De pizza magherita was prima te eten! Echter kwam de bezorger 20min te laat en kregen we een pizza magherita ipv een pizza mozzarella. Erg slordig

De beste vegetarische pizza. Heel erg lekker. Een ster minder omdat de bezorging meestal veel te lang op zich laat wachten.

Ik bel altijd van te voren, omdat ik een pizza wilt die niet standaard op het menu staat. En dat is gelukkig geen probleem. De ene keer haal ik het op, de andere keer bezorgen ze super snel en ik kan pinnen of contant betalen. Gewoon zoals het uitkomt. Altijd heel vriendelijk, ik bestel er zo 1 x per 2 weken en echt altijd een lekkere pizza.

Prima eten, snelle bezorging (eten warm) en niet duur. Bestelling klopt altijd en wordt netjes verpakt.

Lekker eten, prijs-kwaliteit verhouding top, snel bezorgd en bezorgers zijn altijd vriendelijk. Kan geen slecht woord erover zeggen!

Koude pizza gevraagt zonder champignons en met knoflook.. Wat denk zonder knoflook en tering veel champions luisteren totaal niet naar je bestelling slecht pizza zaak die er is

De pizza's * marinara en pronto waren te slap en een te hard randje , ondanks dat was de smaak overheerlijk.Waarschijnlijk een drukke avond , ik geef ze het voordeel van de twijfel want bijna altijd is het top.

Twee turkse pizza’s met kaas afgehaald. Alles qua kruiden en groenten erop gevraagd. Pizza was doordrenkt in sambal en er zat geen knoflooksaus en kaas op. Ik kan gelukkig goed tegen pittig eten dus hij was gelukkig nog te doen. Pizza was sompig en niet krokant. Vriendelijk personeel.

Eten is altijd heerlijk! Goede service ook. Zeker een aanrader.

Tijdje niks meer besteld na teleurstelling enkele maanden geleden. Deze keer helemaal TOP! Heerlijke lamshoarma en kip schotel, lekkere knoflook saus, echt verse salase en lekker gekruide patat. Warme pita's, alles zeer snel bezorgd. Cijfer 10 vandaag!

Sinds ik deze pizzaria ken kom ik niet meer bij de concurrenten. Vooral pizza "pizza Pronto" is een aanrader :) 🍕

Tot op heden bestellen wij regelmatig hier. Je krijgt een verrassend portie voor wat je betaald.. En het wordt zelfs nog thuisbezorgd.

Het eten is altijd super lekker. Maar ik heb al voor de zoveelste keer 1,5 uur op mijn eten moeten wachten. En woon er 5 min vandaan. Echt zo jammer.

Het eten was gemaakt met liefde!
