Pizzeria La Piazza in Bilthoven Zuid West

Finally, a pizza maker who listens when you order an overcooked pizza. It was delicious!

Extremely customer-friendly (even opened early for an order before work 😊) and good quality pizzas, definitely worth a repeat visit.

Response to the pizza baker's comment on 10-05-2025 I understand very well that you don't get me. You work with Thuisbezorgd, but you don't know how to stick to agreements made. It is logical that you don't understand other things either. The quality of the pizzas may be good, but there is much more involved in doing your job well. And yes, if you only respond well over 5 months after the incident, it is logical that you can't remember anything about it anymore. Once again: Negative point. Unfortunately, you can't earn negative points here. Not an honest pizza baker. Making mistakes, not delivering pizza correctly, and then keeping the money for themselves. But thanks to their stupidity, they lost me, and I have found a better quality and tastier pizza place. I am ultimately so grateful to them! Ordered pizza again, and again not from you guys. First my money back! Ordered pizza, but not from you guys. You are not following Thuisbezorgd's rules. You deliver pizzas at the wrong times, and solve this problem by keeping the money yourselves and no longer delivering pizzas at the correct time. OR WOULD YOU HAVE WANTED ME TO OPEN THE DOOR FOR YOU NAKED FROM THE SHOWER, BECAUSE YOU ARE STANDING AT THE DOOR MORE THAN AN HOUR TOO EARLY???? Keeping the money is definitely theft in this case! On Dec 28, 2025, yet another bad experience. This pizzeria works with THUISBEZORGD. However, they do not record all the information, so orders are delivered much too early or too late. And then the customer is told that they are the ones who didn't specify a time. But you can't even place your order without choosing that time! Bad experiences more and more often: Cold food, too late, the wrong thing delivered, ... I am increasingly dissatisfied with this establishment. The above was a year ago. I thought, I'll give them another chance. Unfortunately, way too early and the pizza wasn't nice and warm. Response to the pizza baker's comment: I understand perfectly well that you don't get me. Once again: Minus point. Unfortunately, you can't earn minus points here.

Delicious hot pizzas that were delivered within half an hour. Great!!

Unfortunately, the pizza didn't impress me in terms of taste.

The pizza was delivered very quickly and was really delicious. Good place!

Delicious pizza, I have never eaten such a tasty pizza in my life.

Very good restaurant, delicious food and very friendly people

Lasanga was burnt at the bottom. No bread and garlic butter. I wasn't used to that, pff 😫

Delicious pizza, friendly staff, beautiful plates (they can rotate) and nice warm heating!

The owner is super friendly and the food was really great, especially the pizza (it was amazing!)

Unfortunately... after ordering for the umpteenth time, where things often went wrong but recently went well... today it went completely wrong again!!! Pasta Pollo was cold and the cheese wasn't even melted!!!! Shawarma platter special... all the shawarma was half a bun instead of two... and the special one had no onion, mushrooms, or bell pepper in it!!!! You call them politely first... and then you get a rude response!! Well, forget it!!!! Now they have picked up the food and I have received a refund! Never order from here again!!

Nice local pizzeria. We took pizza to go, and it was very delicious. The owner is very friendly!

Very satisfied. The shawarma was delicious, and I think you'll find one of the best pizzas in Bilthoven here.

Don't go there, it's not normal what you pay for what you get, there is literally nothing on the pizzas

Shawarma sandwich 8.50 sorry but never again 2 small pita breads half filled. Normally you should get a container of meat with a separate bread roll.

Delicious pizzas and other dishes. Neat delivery.

Friendly staff, nice hair salon with good meat

There was almost no cheese on it, the meat on the shawarma was so old that it had no taste and was very dirty at the same time, not recommended

It's not a comfortable place to sit. They don't serve coffee or tea. The pizza tasted good. You're better off picking up the food and eating it at home.

Review: Fantastic Pizzeria with Delicious Food! I am very pleased with this pizzeria. The atmosphere was warm and cozy and the staff was friendly and attentive. The food itself was absolutely amazing. The pizzas were perfectly baked, and generously topped with fresh ingredients. Especially the pizza quattro formaggi is an absolute must. The pastas are also highly recommended. This pizzeria has quality and taste, I will definitely come back here!

Ordered a few times, but a waste of money........... More often bad than good...... Italian bun is just bread and is delivered as a flat simple toasted sandwich with a meager topping and no vegetables........ "Italian bun" on the Munukaart is misleading at this place...... With a hamburger menu you get burgers without buns... Quality of fries is very poor...... Soggy soggy pizzas, only solution is a garbage can........... Strange delivery people (certainly not all)...........

Always good food, only downside is the time of delivery. Not always though, probably due to rush hours and shortage of delivery staff. For some rare reason we they seem not to be to eager with supplying hot sauce (sambal), never figured out the reason why, when we do get it, it is delicious!

Friendly and fast service, good prices for simply delicious pizzas!

Waited an hour and a half for a cold meal, pizza was limp and dry. Cheers!

Ordered Pizza Doner Literally 10 pieces gone, you call and you get the answer Yes those are our portions Last x here 👎

Never had such a good meal in a long time

The food was delicious, but I ordered 2 Burger with fries and got 2 Burger peties with fries, so without a Burger bun or toppings.

Had to wait 2 hours for order. Pizza with mediocre toppings and when the order finally came it was incomplete.

Pizzas and dishes are always very tasty. And friendly staff.

Pizza delivered cold and burnt after 1 hour and 45 minutes of waiting

Not recommended, unfortunately I cannot post photos of our burnt sandwiches and I will never have to wait that long again

I like coming here, the owner cooks with passion, invests in good products, and I am always treated kindly here. Recommended!

My 81 year old mother waited outside for an hour for the pizza, the delivery person was just an hour late and came with burnt pizza with very little vegetables, the tuna salad was lettuce with a little canned tuna. Very bad!

I ordered a pizza and paid 2 euros extra for extra chicken and when the pizza arrived there was almost no chicken on it and the pizza was super wet and I couldn't even pick it up, really not recommended people, I called afterwards and the boss himself just hung up.

Well-filled, delicious pizzas, delivered quickly. Not too salty; good taste!

Uiterst behulpzaam personeel. En lekker eten!

Good pizza for reasonable prices!

Prima pizza's! Precies op de afgesproken tijd klaar.

Awesome taste with best price. I loved the pasta and I am very critical about pastas, I am becoming client forever.

Zeer vriendelijke personeel heerlijk pasta heerlijk pizza en altijd op tijd eten klaar

Very good pizza! Crunchy crust and lots of veggies.

Geweldige tent, paar keer per maand hier heen.
