Wrong order, they barely speak Dutch on the phone. Order a product only to be told it's not on the website... How else could I have ordered it? Furthermore, the quality of the pizza is deteriorating, but prices are going up. Poor service lately. It used to be different.

I got a pizza here once. I didn't like it. But there aren't many places that make good pizza anyway. I don't have any other experiences to share.

I felt completely uncomfortable during the massage. The room was cold and not relaxing at all. Honestly, this was the worst massage experience I've ever had. I also felt like she only wanted money from me and didn't really want to provide good service. I don't recommend this place.

Ordered here for the first time, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The pasta was excellent and the portions were generous. The Margherita pizza was also truly delicious. My order was ready quickly, and the staff was friendly. I also received a complimentary cup with gingerbread cookies, which I really appreciated. We already knew the pizzas were delicious, and the calzone was also incredibly filling. But the pasta Kowet is truly fantastic! We also received a nice surprise upon delivery. In short, a truly fantastic company, very customer-friendly.

I ordered a pizza from here last night through Thuisbezorgd. To my horror, I found a piece of iron in the pizza while eating it (see photo). This is extremely dangerous and completely unacceptable. I will never order from here again.

The pizza I ordered was cold and disgusting, and the desserts were frozen and inedible. I left a review for home delivery, and the owner called and threatened me that if I didn't delete the review, I would never be able to order from them again.

I ordered a salami pizza with black olives, which was delicious! I ordered a shrimp pizza with extra shrimp, which wasn't what I expected at all. I think the shrimp were fried and added to the pizza later, or something. For a pizza costing around €20, this is a huge disappointment!

I'm leaving this review with a heavy heart because the food is absolutely delicious, but I won't be ordering from here again. I ordered food last night, and it took over an hour and a half to arrive. The delivery driver forgot half the order, so he had to pick it up later. Upon arrival, he rang the wrong doorbell, and by the time he returned, the food was already cold. Upon receiving the delivery, the delivery guy immediately left without even apologizing or showing any understanding. The service is truly terrible.

They forgot 1 pizza. And they would send them quickly. Called after half an hour and it would take another 10 minutes. Another half hour later we canceled it. Never mind. They are going to refund the money. We'll see. Edit: now 3 weeks later, still nothing. One of the most expensive pizzarias and I found the pizza quite tasteless. Garlic sauce (usually free at others) costs another euro per container.

The same delivery person comes by again to pick it up and apologizes in broken Dutch. But when I ask if he can give my money back, it's "euhhh I don't know, no...". Still haven't received my money back, so I'm forced to write a bad review. Very sorry about this...

We had to wait 45 minutes longer for our 4 pizzas than indicated. As far as we are concerned, this is not a major problem, but what we find very bad is that there was no communication at all. When we called half an hour after the original delivery time, we got no one on the line. We tried several times but never got a response. Once we got our pizzas, two were not as ordered. Then called again and was finally able to get in touch. With some resistance from the owner, I received an apology plus the money for the two incorrect pizzas. All in all, not a great experience and not great service. Still 3 stars because of the food, which tasted good, and because of the money refunded.

I just ordered a vegetarian pasta here and while eating it I regretted not going for the XL option. It's not even finished yet, but it's so delicious! The delivery person was very friendly and the delivery time was very fast! I almost felt bad that it was still hot upon delivery because I had no patience after the 1st bite. De pizza smaakte best oké, toppings waren lekker en bodem knapperig, maar miste wat smaak. Pizza zou 11 euro moeten kosten, maar ik betaalde 12 via een tikkie? De prijs/kwaliteit verhouding vond ik niet zo goed. Verder vriendelijk personeel.

Wij hadden tweemaal een pasta, een calzone en een pizza. We waren allemaal erg tevreden met het ontzettend lekkere eten. De bezorging duurde wel aan de iets langere kant, maar het wachten was het zeker waard en het eten was nog lekker warm. De bezorger (ik denk de eigenaar) was super vriendelijk en erg vrolijk. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar :)
