Wat een geweldig lekkere pizza’s maakt “Mario”! Zelfgemaakt deeg, dunne bodem. Belegd zoals jij het wilt hebben. Het restaurant zit bij ons om de hoek maar pas paar jaar geleden ontdekt. Sindsdien komen we er vaak. We nemen met regelmaat vrienden mee en iedereen vindt het geweldig. Mario is een ontzettend lieve gastheer! Zoals een bezoeker zei: een verborgen parel!

Today, my girlfriend and I picked up pizza from here for the first time. I can tell you, you won't find a more authentic Italian pizza in Valkenswaard or the surrounding area. I had the salami pizza, and my girlfriend had the pizza Pisa. Both are highly recommended! Since it was our first time here, I also got two small rolls and homemade herb butter. Delicious again! You'll be seeing us back here often.

‘Never judge a book by its cover’. I don’t think I could even find the name of restaurant on the outside of the building. The staff were super friendly and the food delicious. All fresh and home made. The Tiramisu is a must eat dessert! The €20-30 is inclusive of the dessert.

The atmosphere is fantastic the moment you walk in. The chef is really nice, and he's also incredibly good. And if you're staying at Center Parcs, don't waste your money on that mediocre, overpriced pizza; come and enjoy a meal at Mario's.

There were six of us there. When we decided to order, we were told that there were no pasta dishes available today, only pizza. This dampened our anticipation somewhat. After we ordered pizza, it took a little over an hour for the food to arrive, even though the pizzeria wasn't that busy. The food was relatively okay, but the pizzas could have been a bit larger to make it more affordable.

Small but very cozy pizzaria. The staff work here with love, which is reflected in the quality of the dishes. We as guests were allowed to decide for ourselves how the pizza thickness would be achieved and this did not disappoint! You can taste that everything is freshly made, the herb butter was delicious (not overpowering), the tomato soup was soft but full of flavor, and the pizzas were generously topped without and wonderfully thin. This made it crunchy with every bite. All this for a nice price!

Had a delicious pizza here with a group of friends! The restaurant has an attractive atmosphere. There was enough space for our large group and it's nice that you can watch the open kitchen. The pizza had a nice thin base and was generously topped with fresh ingredients. The staff was very friendly and very helpful with us! We had made a reservation in advance and everything was well arranged, so we were able to join straight away on the day itself. I would definitely go here again if I'm in the area!

Terrible. Normally I only post when it's good. I don't post bad experiences. But now there is no other way. I don't understand those 4.5 points. Man (cook) pretends to be Italian. Since we were with Italian company, you were quickly recognized. My friend had a lasagna, frozen and chewy on the inside and burnt on the outside. Give it back and take a spaghetti instead just like I had. All four of us had diarrhea all night. And therefore this response. After the bad lasagna he was suddenly unfriendly. (we were discreet though) and afterwards he also wanted to have that lasagna paid for. You won't see us there again. That case needs to be inspected. You'll get food poisoning from that.

Ik hou echt van de pizza's die ze hebben. De eigenaar is ook erg vriendelijk tegen me. Omdat ik het restaurant al eerder had bezocht en hij uitriep dat hij erg blij was me weer te zien, had hij ons wat dingen "van het huis" aangeboden. Deze dingen die van het huis waren, waren echter niet van het huis. Hij bracht ze in rekening en stond erop dat mijn partner een voorwerp zou krijgen dat aanzienlijk duurder was. Daarnaast gaf hij ons niet de volledige gespecificeerde bon toen we om de bon vroegen. Uiteindelijk betaalden we 2X het bedrag dat we oorspronkelijk hadden moeten betalen. We gingen weg met het gevoel opgelicht te zijn door hem en we willen hierdoor nooit meer terug. Dit was ook niet de eerste keer dat hij me kosten in rekening bracht voor artikelen "van het huis". De andere keren was het verschil niet al te groot, dus ging ik met tegenzin akkoord om het gevraagde bedrag te betalen. /// I really like the pizzas they have. The owner is also very friendly to me. Upon entering, my girlfriend and I were received very friendly. While waiting for our pizza, our cook was the nicest cook I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I definitely plan to drive 45 minutes to eat here again. Because I don't think I will find such a tasty pizza anywhere in the Netherlands, 5 stars from me!!!

It took 2 and a half hours for the pizzas to arrive. After an hour and a half of waiting we wondered where they were and then the man got angry and said that we should help ourselves. Then a group of 8 people (there were 5 of us) came and said they got their pizzas after fifteen minutes. When we got our pizzas we were given a sandwich for which we had to pay 10 euros extra without asking. Very bad restaurant. Domino's is even neater.

Picked up food from Pisa for the first time tonight. As soon as you enter, the wonderful scents greet you. An enthusiastic entrepreneur, with a passion for his business but especially a passion for preparing his food perfectly. In between waiting, I was able to taste freshly baked baguettes and minced meat. Everything is freshly prepared. Delicious! Upon arrival home we had a super tasty meal. We will definitely come back!

Reserved for 7pm. After an hour of waiting standing up, we were able to sit down at the table. Sandwiches with herb butter and pizzas (Tono, Salami, Americana & Romana) were tasty. No fast food. Slow operation.

My husband, my son and I had a delicious meal at Pisa. Not a fancy restaurant, but we actually like this. Just a cozy and friendly atmosphere. The owner prepares the food with passion and is very friendly in contact, as is his employee who served. The homemade herb butter and spicy sauce are highly recommended. We even got some sauce to take home because we liked it so much. My husband really liked the pizza hamburger. He is very critical and never actually finishes his plate, but this time he does! We will definitely come back!

Zeer goed gegeten heerlijke pasta's en stokbrood kruidenboter! Hier kun je nu echt zeggen dat het eten vers word bereid!

Heerlijk krokante dunne bodem pizza, heel betaalbaar! Kleine zaak met eigenaar die al 38 jaar met passie pizza ‘s maakt en dat proef je. Ze zouden het ook pizza passie kunnen noemen.

Het eten is zeer goed. Alles zelfgemaakt. Groenye uit eigen tuin. De beste pizza"s van Valkenswaard en omstreken. Gezellige ambience om daar te eten. Heerlijke tomatensoep en stokbrood met zelfgemaakte kruidenboter, ook om mee te nemen. Kun je de pizza niet helemaal op, kun je deze in laten pakken om mee te nemen. Goede bediening en vriendelijk personeel. Zeker een aanrader!

Even tijdens een tussenstop een Pizza gegeten. Ook al was het erg rustig, de gastheer zorgde voor prima sfeer. De pizza's waren zoals oma ze vroeger maakte volgens hem en dat kan best kloppen ze waren heerlijk!! Tussendoor kwam een moeder met 2 kinderen pizza's afhalen welke de kinderen zelf mochten maken!! Super leuk toch? Al met al een gezellige en lekkere tussenstop gehad. Bedankt Mario!!
